I also had an extremely terrible experience with this branch. I ordered three suits that I needed for interviews, but it took them over 1 ½ months to get me the suits. When I would call repeatedly to find out where the suits were, I would either get ignored or they would never call me back. Absolutely terrible customer service for a place where I am spending almost $ 1000. I will never shop for anything there ever again.

We went to Jos A. Bank in South Windsor and got excellent customer service from Antonio. We bought a beautiful long wool winter coat for $ 130. Their two day sales are great! They also had a $ 300 pure cashmere mens coat on sale which was beautiful and soft! Friendly helpful salespeople and nice store. Excellent shopping experience!

My husband was the best man in a wedding, and the groom along with all of the groomsmen rented tuxes from Jos A Bank. The tuxes didn’t arrive until the night before the wedding, and NONE if the groomsmen’s tuxes fit properly. My husnband’s pants were too big, and too short, as were the sleeve of the jacket. All of the tuxes looked like clown-​suits. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

This is a review of the tuxedo rental service at this location. My fiancé and I made an appointment and went to this store to consider renting tuxes from them. We were completely ignored when we walked in and had to chase an employee down to show us the options. They had no tuxedos in store and just handed us a book to look at tuxes. When we said we didn’t know much about selecting tuxes and were looking for advice on the various types of tuxes, the employee told us to just look at the book. She spend the whole time acting like we were bothering her and provided no help whatsoever.
We had another appointment at another retailer (Men’s Wearhouse) and they were much more helpful. They also had tuxes on display in the store so you could see what you were getting. I wouldn’t bother with Jos A Bank for tux rental.
