This was 1 of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The front desk is not run smoothly. The rooms are so small, dated and the towels were the size of postage stamps. Their was not even a box of tissues in the room. The bar/restaurant closes at 7 pm so there was not a chance to actually have a night cap. There were some pretty big events happening in the area and«Guest Services»(1 person sitting at a small table) knew nothing about it. Upon check out not 1 person asked how the stay was, and did we have a nice time. Please save your $$$$$$ and stay someplace else. I know I will!

Upon trying to rectify the problem with this hotel, I spoke to the owner Dede Gotthelf who supposedly was named CEO of the year. Please stay away from her hotel if your child did not go to an IVY League hotel, as she told me that my son was a «low life» because he went to state school. Please email me before staying in this hotel as they are crooks and they are bigots. How this woman was named CEO is beyond me. Email me if you want to hear the conversation I recorded where she said my son was a dirtbag because he did not attend an IVY League school. BEWARE!!! BADPLACETOSTAY.

While the room was clean, it was pretty old.(moldy calking around the tub, things like that) The grounds were fairly well kept, but nothing to write home about condsidering the price and location. What we found unbelievably bad was the restaurant service. It was as if they went out on the street and hired children who have not only NEVER waited on people in a restaurant, but did not seem to have ever stepped foot in a restaurant themselves. Completely clueless as to the fact that one might need butter and syrup to go with their pancakes BEFORE they get cold… or a spoon with which to eat one’s cereal or perhaps a second cup of coffee. I could go on but I fear you’ll stop reading… Bottom line, this place was VERY mediocre for the cost.
