Service is meh at best. The sweet tea has no sugar and the service is as slow as if they had a full house. There are 5 tables total occupied but I had to go to the bar for Sugar because the service is all at the bar. WTFoolywang kinda restaurant doesn’t serve food? Guess this location is not related service wise to the Ferndale location, which is friendly and has service. So no doubt I must be here at the wrong time. 330pm on a Saturday afternoon seems ideal for a quick mid afternoon lunch, but I guess most people are drinking. I ordered chicken WINGSBUTGOT5 segments for $ 6.00. This place. Has lost my patronage and the bill isn’t even paid yet. Rosie You Are Needed In Taylor RIGHTNOW.

Ok. So here I am, updating my review for the second time. I am happy to say that they did eventually refund my money that was taken off my card without my permission. I also returned. Imagine my surprise when I had the same waitress from my experience of having extra money taken off my card for an additional ‘tip’. My husband confronted her and asked her what happened. She apologized and promised our experience was an accident. Sadly, management had never spoke with her about the missing money. In fact, she never knew anything about it until another server showed her my review on here. I will say, I don’t think the management or business practices are up to par, and this place needs some work. The weekend crowd is pretty scarce, so if your looking for a cool place to dance and have a drink, maybe look around. It’s hit or miss. The food is still pretty good, and the rental room is a decent size. But I can’t say as positive a review as I did on my first one. With each visit, I find myself losing hope. I hope it gets back to the way it was when they first opened.

I will say first, we have only gone for Kids night on Tuesdays when they have someone dressed up as a character from a kids show/movie(Minion, Dora, etc.) — So extra points for having people doing this that are great with the kids and create a great atmosphere considering it is a bar type restaurant. Each hostess we have encountered has been nice and pleasant. The Club Keno is good and the TVs are set up well so parents can play and catch some news/sports. The waitstaff has ranged from decent to great, but none where we were disappointed with our service. The adult food we have gotten has been good. The Steak Tips and wedge salad are especially good. My wife raved about the chicken alfredo as having very good chicken that was done, yet juicy. Going on Tuesday we get the kids meal for free, which is good because the one complaint is the kids meals. The pizza is very bland, but we did find out they will add toppings without a charge to help. Also as a parent you hate to have scolding hot food/plates sent with a kids meal as it makes your child have to stare at their food for 5 min, which can be annoying. They have crane games for the kids but one is a clear scam game and the other has been out of order for over a month. So overall I would certainly say to give this place a shot, especially if you have a young child and want a decent meal and good time for them. There are some minor things I mentioned that make this place a 4-star, but after going there over 10 times and leaving happy I would say that is a great track record.

Went there when they first opened up as rosie ogradys… took 30 – 40 minutes to get a burger, when there were only 5 or 6 other customers in the place. Waitress was nice, but not«on top of things». Never been thete at night, heard there was a big fight in parking lot this past weekend.

This location is not like the other. If you want that authentic stone pizza experience that you connect with Rosie’s this is not the location for you. The service wasn’t much to be desired either. The food we did get was good.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. The Millionaire burger is probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Good beer selection too.

I don’t mind Rosie’s. The setup as another user posted is strange. I don’t understand the stage in the corner. I had the millionaire burger. I thought it tasted good had a lot of flavor. The prices are average for a bar/pub. Not too expensive for a burger and fries.

This place is a strange mix between sports bar and concert/bar. They have a huge stage in the corner, mirrored pillars like a night club then you look over at the other side it resembles a sports bar. Food was gross. Typical frozen chain type fair. I ordered a pizza and it was basically a frozen pizza they put some parm on. Tried the cheese steak, it was gross, could tell it was all frozen meat. No taste. If you want to have a bud light and watch the game I guess this is the place for you. If you want good food and a selection of craft beers I suggest somewhere else.

Place is cool even though it smells like beer. It just has a dive bar feel not casual restaurant. Probably wouldn’t bring kids here. Service was good, waitress was attentive and hostess sat us immediately and said goodbye as we left. My complaint here is the food. I ordered a philly cheesesteak and fries and my husband ordered a flat bread pepperoni pizza. My philly cheesesteak tasted like it was frozen and they just warmed it up. Barely any cheese or onions and green peppers, you know the stuff that makes a great philly. The bread was awful. My husband said he’s had better frozen pizzas. Maybe people get so drunk here they don’t care what the food is like. This place would be cool if they had great food. Hire a new cook!

While out with some friends on Saturday night, we were looking for a nice place with some decent drink choices and some good appetizers. We ended up at Rosie O’Gradys. This was pretty early in the evening, as MSU Basketball was still on. They didn’t have the game volume on SOLOUD that you couldn’t talk to your friends, which I appreciated. Once the game ended, a lot of the building cleared out. They weren’t as busy as I would think for a Saturday before Easter which a «hometown» March Madness game. Our server had someone helping him(possibly training her, but he didn’t specify that). He was nice enough. He took our drink order and those came back relatively quickly. My friend ordered some french fries from the appetizer menu, and they took a painfully long time to come out. We were almost certain that he had forgotten to put the order in, seeing as it doesn’t take 20 minutes to get french fries. I didn’t eat any of the fries, but everyone in my group seemed to like them. I was VERY happy with their margaritas. I had asked the server which was the most popular flavor, and he said raspberry, so I tried that first. Delicious! Then I had pineapple. DELICIOUS! Then I ordered strawberry– DELICIOUS! My friend had the standard margarita, and my husband ended up trying the blackberry one after me having so many tasty ones– which may have been the best one! I love that they actually taste like fruit! The alcohol isn’t overpowering– it’s the perfect balance. I would come back again just for margaritas :)

The atmosphere was good. First we stopped for a couple drinks. I asked about the specials. The three bartenders conferred, and then said beer was half off. I don’t drink beer, so I asked for a drink menu. They said they didn’t have one. I asked for a dinner menu. Voila! There is the drink menu as I suspected! We ordered pretzel bites. They were okay, but it is actually deep fried pretzel bread. We joined our party, ordered a couple more drinks. After the gathering, we decided we were hungry. This is where things got bad. The waitress immediately took a disinterest in us when we ordered water. She had no way of knowing we had already purchased several beverages, but she decided we weren’t worth her time. We ordered a Ceasar salad and a ceasar wrap. It took forever to arrive. The ceasar salad was described in the menu as having housemade croutons. No way were these homemade. There was a large slimy black leaf of lettuce in the salad, and no Parmesan cheese. When my friend asked for cheese, the waitress asked, «you want MORE cheese?» She said, no it didn’t come with any. She rolled her eyes, turned on her heel, and said nothing. My wrap had no croutons, not even store bought, but it was supposed to. They chopped the entire head of romaine, big chunk of browned bottom core an all. I have had much better experiences at other locations, maybe a bad night, but I won’t be going back to find out. Oh, and the bathroom smelled like sewer, not like s@$!, like they have a legit problem with the sewer in there.

I went here to meet up with some people for one of those«meet up» groups. As there were single women in my age bracket present, I wanted to behave myself around food. Then I saw in the menu where it said«All you can eat spaghetti» for $ 3.99 on Wednesdays. As it was Wednesday and I can really put away the spaghetti, I soon did not care what the women thought in my lust for pasta. The waitress came and I asked if the spaghetti was in meat sauce. She said no, it was just a plain marinara, but if I wanted to add a meatball, it would be 2 dollars extra. I envisioned a baseball size meatball but when I asked how big the meatballs were her fingers indicated something less than the size of a ping pong ball. So I said«if I wanted 10 meatballs it would be 20 bucks then?» She affirmed this. I went for the Patty melt instead and kept my dignity in front of my newfound friends. I will say the service was excellent. My patty melt was very good and the others food looked good too. There was a girl up on a small stage with a guitar singing, who vaguely reminded me of Alannis Morrisette. I was surprised to see live entertainment. Overall everything was ok, just don’t get excited if they are advertising«all you can eat spaghetti».

Overall I like this place. They have good food and a nice beer selection. The outdoor patio is awesome in the summer and the fireplace inside is very cozy as well. Be careful when using your credit card on busy bar nights. I am 100% sure that the bartender gave himself an extra tip on my card(I specifically saved my receipt b/c he was so rude). Typically the staff is very friendly and I’ve never had any other issues. Just watch yourself.

I love this place. The Rosie Best Burger is cheaper than a burger at Red Robin and most of the area restaurants and is really good. Everything tastes fresh. Plus, they decreased the price from 12 to 6.75 since they opened(but now no sides are included with it). The wings are pretty good as well as the Corn Beef Reuben. My girlfriend gets the Mac and Cheese which is a huge helping(I find the Mac to be just ok, but she loves It). The service is always attentive and they usually have some pretty good specials or events.

Was on a date and after walking the Wyandotte street fair, we were starving and looking for something on the way home. We passed Rosie’s on the way to the fair and thought we would give it a shot. We walked in and the place wasn’t to busy. We were seated immediately and were greeted by our nice male server. He explained about the different beer selection and gave us our menus. he said that they were known for their hamburger’s. They had a fair selection of food, some Irish some not. We started off with an appetizer of Artichoke spinach dip, and it was so good. The chips were absolutely delicious, the dip was non traditional in our eyes. A bit thicker and cheesier then normal. tasty! Drinks came out in mason jar looking glasses, with really cute napkins for our silverware. My date ended up going with a burger, and I went with the chicken strips. The home made ranch dip had some extra kick to it, which I loved. We both devoured our meal and were really happy with our experience here. My date’s burger was hearty and he loved it. I guess they make their burgers fresh here daily, so nothing is frozen. Overall we were both really pleased with our experience. We would gladly return in the future for more dining here, and the prices are fair for the place. Definitely worth a shot if your in the area. They also have a great outdoor seating area with a fireplace/firepit, but we passed on sitting outside since the threat of rain was high yesterday. I would love to spend some time on the patio next time I go.

The hubby made me come here to check out what became of the old Malarkey’s. The bar stools are comfy. The indoor/outdoor patio area is always a desirable feature. The service was pretty standard. Nothing stellar, but our server was attentive and didn’t let our beer go empty. That’s more than many places can say. One thing my husband pointed out was that our beers came in the appropriate glassware. My Guinness was in an imperial pint and his Fat Tire was in a logo challis. The food: we had the BBQ pork Mac & Cheese and the Downey’s Fish & Chips. Fish came as one large filet with slaw and fries. The fries were a bit limp, but tasted fine. I’d order it again. The BBQ pork Mac & cheese was yummy. Just make sure there’s pork AND m&c in every bite. The saltiness of the pork balances well, since the m&c was not at all salted. Would we come back? Fore sure :)

For being Irish, there are very few actually Irish items on the menu. Waitress service was awful. Stay away from Lauren. Took forever just to get her to check on us so I could tell her my Shepard’s pie was bland and awful. I would have added salt and pepper but for some reason they don’t put condiments on the table. $ 12 for a small crock of Shepard’s pie. Not what I expected to pay. They have been open long enough to work out these kinks. The manager did ask us about it before we left and took it off our bill(sure hope so since I only are two bites).

Located on the corner of Dix and Eureka, I’ve seen many places change through this location. We were having a girls lunch here and all wanted to try it out. We walked in to be seated immediately. The bar/restaurant is very open and bright. There is a stage off to the right for weekend entertainment. Nice touch. There is a private area in the back for an event or parties. It’s very clean so no complaints there. I started off just ordering water with lemon as did my friend. Lemons were not brought for either of us but it’s happened before so no big deal. The group wanted to try their spinach and artichoke dip. This was by far the best decision made there. So cheesy and full of garlic that a vampire would burst into flame. I love garlic so I was in heaven. It’s served with fried pita chips which really made this my favorite. They were crispy and light complimenting every bite of the appetizer. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there. I had ordered the mushroom and bleu burger medium accompanied with fries. The burger and fries were both way overdone. Needless to say I was disappointed with my meal. That’s not all I was disappointed with. Our waitress was also making herself less than noticeable. it was few and far between seeing her. Her attitude toward us was less than acceptable. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers. My recommendation is to skip this place so you won’t be leaving disappointed like I was.

It’s St. Patricks day today… they want to charge $ 5 cover for the tent, then it’s $ 7 a bottle. Yea, that’s some juvenile crap. We dipped, we’re going to mcafferies, I bet their beer taste the same and we’re $ 5 richer. Thank goodness for the Internet…(«,)
