Excellent customer service. I called for an order and the staff was very helpful and polite. The arrangement was ready later that afternoon when I went to pick it up.
The fruit was fresh and delicious, I will definately use the Southington store again. The staff did a great job!

Stopped in on a whim in hopes to get just the perfect arrangement to take to a gathering. Not only did I get delicious & fresh fruit, I had superior service from both the employee and the manager. They asked me questions about the occasion and what kind of fruit I’d want included… very attentive to detail and to make me satisfied. Even though it was a large arrangement, I was able to take it with me within minutes & it was loved by all! There was even some left over & I took a bag of it home myself, as well as sharing the rest, and it was so nice to see how long the fruit actually lasted & tasted fresh! Thank you Southington Edibles for making me look good at my party & treating me like a friend, when I’ve never stepped foot in your store before! Top notch facility & quality products! You will not be disappointed!

I ordered a Star of David from there for my meeting the fruit was very soggy had a bitter sour taste. So I called the next day. Talk to somebody who said there was a manager. She was being very defensive. And said there’s nothing she could do and said the owner of the company would call me back. So nobody never call me back I called myself three days later. told her what was going on. And after bickering with her on the phone. He said she gave me a gift card that was only good at that store. I told her that im from out of town. So is there something else you could do or give me a refund. She rudely said no. I didn’t care that fruit was bad. I got upset how they handle the customer service. So I’m going to take there gift card. And send it to some random person in the phone book. But whenever I do come and visit town over there I will never do business with them.

I’ve ordered from here numerous times with no disappointments. Today I rolled in late afternoon for some choc covered strawberries for my anniversary. Despite having enough to satisfy my order on display, she asked me to wait a couple of minutes so she could make a few. She didn’t like a couple she had prepared and wanted my order to be «perfect.» LOVE that kind of attention to detail!

This is my first experience with the Edible Arrangements chain in Southington. The concept is great because there are a few people who hate cut flowers. Don’t get me wrong a gift is a gift, I loved the Hello Kitty bouquet I received but I wish so much money wasn’t spent on it. I received the bouquet on Thursday and by Friday afternoon the cells in the fruit started breaking down.
For anyone who’s going to get a bouquet from here don’t bother getting the upgrade because frankly you can’t tell. An upgrade was sent to me but it DIDN’T look as full as it does on their website. Always look for coupons because there’s always one available.
