Family owned & operated for many years. The chicken Francese is the best I have found so far. Staff is pleasant. Prices seem to be the norm.

Waitress was really very nice. Pizza was horrible. The place was dead, we should have known better. Poor girl claimed it was the time of year, it is clearly the food. Several other pizza places where busy. I feel bad for the waitress how does she make any money there. The pizza sauce had no flavor, fresh veggies used, old tasting meat. Left a strange after taste.

Pretty good pizza and pretty good drinks. Friendly staff. Small place not really loud or full of the ‘normal bar idiots’ one of my favorite places to go. Love the atmosphere! I haven’t gone in to just eat but they do have amazing pizza.

So I was looking for a quick bite passed this place so I decided to try it out… The good thing is there kitchen is open pretty late we got here around 10 and was happy to see they were still serving food. Now as ur coming into the place it was kind of creepy because there’s no one at the front door to greet you than when we finally order it took a half hour to get our drinks and we were at the bar and it was not busy there was about 10 ppl here… We ordered wings(was really chicken tenders) but I couldnt complain it was actually good… Need some help on making the place less creepy inside and better service but the food was ok.

A PLACEFORGORDONRAMSAYTOFIX TERRIBLEMUSHOVERPRICEDFOOD DARKOLDDECORE, PLEASEREADTHIS! Me and my wife had stopped by this restaurant on a Thursday evening to grab a bite to eat. THEFOOD: I ordered penne allavodka and it was horrible. The sauce was watery and the pasta was mush my wife had a caesar salad and it was soggy and horrendous. We didn’t even want to take the left overs. Everything we ordered was terrible outdated food, the wings were cold and chewy and the mozzarella tasted stringy and bland, best way to describe it is a cheap version of a grocery stores cheese in a block. Just terrible food and overpriced for what you receive THEDECORANDATMOSPHERE: outdated and dark. I felt as if I walked into an old house that dogs and cats lived in, or a funeral home. From the lamps to the chairs and the tables it just gives you almost a depressed feeling when you leave. Maybe it’s dark to hide what your eating. GETOUTOFTHE60s and step into the 21st century, the carpet stinks and looks as if a pack of cattle had trampled over it. Maybe that would be good for them that way they could kill one and get some fresh meat. Like I stated above this is something you would expect to see Gordon Ramsay coming to so he could attempt to fix it, yes it’s that bad. I have a wonderful pallet and I know good food. Hopefully this helps someone out and saves their money for a meal you will be satisfied with. I honestly don’t know how the hell they have remained open. DONTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY!!! :)

I was having some work done on my car so I walk over to this place for lunch. Cold day so feeling soup. Very friendly waitress tells me clam chowder is only on weekends. Ok skip the soup. Ordered a eggplant pram grinder. Pleasantly surprised. Well cooked and crispy eggplant. Very attentive waitress.

Family owned business in Southington for over 30 years. Recently remodeled. Food is decent but a bit pricey. A real chef could help out a lot here. Bar is nice and service is always good.

I am not very picky with my pizza at all but this was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered mushroom and olive but was brought sausage and olive instead, and I decided to eat it anyway because I do like sausage and I had already asked them to replace my beer(which tasted like it came out of a tap that hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS). The sausage was terrible… Even my husband(who is the least picky eater I know) hated it. Overseasoned, mushy, and terrible flavor. The sauce had a bad flavor as well and I wasn’t a fan of the combination of cheeses they use. The place was clean but the booth we sat in had a broken back rest and ripped seats, but whatever. The hostess was very friendly and the service was adequate, but I would avoid this one and try the pizza at Fire Place down the street!

3 stars because it is family owned and operated, also because they serve food until the bar closes. They need to tweak the menu and décor a bit, add some healthy option and just a few out of the box items to make this place shine. When coming here expect typical bar food in an awesome«down to drink» atmosphere! Get rid of those ugly chairs with wheels, throw some table cloths on, tweak the menu and its a 4 star joint!

I stopped here on the way home from work yesterday and got a small pizza with my colleague. It was horrendous. Burnt and chewy mess.
