Absolute worst in the chain. Owners refuse to give customers fresh! They use low grade chicken to beginning with. Until they use up Chicken cooked first you’ll never get anything fresh. Potatoes are boxed spuds and their buffet has been sitting out for hours! Just a disgusting place. KFC was once an American Classic and now that franchises are immigrant owned– they do not want to marry nation«American.

This KFC is like any other KFC, so people who rated it low maybe are not up to date. I went in April 2015. It has crispy and original chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, cole slaw, biscuits, corn, green beans, stuffing and small salad. The staff replenish the food very well. It is $ 6 on Sunday, which was when we went to it. The green beans wasn’t replenished that much but other than that, this is a very good place to go to.

I always get drive thru and never have a problem. In fact, the woman at the window has always been very nice and professional. Consistent taste and quality as every other KFC. Remember, this is a review on drive thru only.

I don’t usually get a hankering for fried chicken, maybe once a year at most and this visit certainly didn’t make me want to come back any sooner than in another year! This KFC is a buffet and seemed to attract a very specific clientele; the type with lifted used pickup trucks, Yosemite Sam mud flaps, and confederate flags. The other patrons were barking orders at the server who seemed to be doing a good job about how to try to save $ 0.12. Yes, 12 cents. Then they asked if they could get 2 small drink cups in lieu of 1 large for the same price. The mother daughter duo of terror had no respect for the worker here who happened to be Indian. It was disgusting to see this.

We really like the pot pies, but more often than not they do not have them ready, at supper time, really makes me upset. Management needs to wake up!

Terrible! Sorry, this place had a lot of counts against, it. Granted, I was pretty much forced into coming here. There were about 7 in our group. We didn’t order anything out of the ordinary and it was noon on a Thursday. We waited over 20 minutes for the food. While waiting I used the bathroom, that made me feel dirtier then I did before I entered. I almost took a photo of the door handle to give you an idea… discussing. Food came out and I ordered 2, honey BBQ chicken sandwiches since I figured they were small at 1.39 each. Bad idea because I then just wasted $ 2.80 because both were gross, dried out and were ill prepared. They slapped some pre made chicken on a tasted bun, requiring extra BBQ to get it didn’t my pallet. There is a lot of rt 10in Southington, find another establishment.

Well, KFC is practically by definition 2-star food. But with the added bonus of shamelessly unlimited amounts at an extremely low price, an extra star! Let’s not beat around the bush: at this point in human history, the KFC buffet plus a medium drink and tax is $ 8.91 per person. That’s very cheap; even the lunch prices at a Chinese buffet will have you paying over $ 10 with tip. And if you come Sunday-Wednesday, there’s a sign on the door that says it’s only $ 6 per person, drink included! That’s MEGA cheap. For that kinda money, you get what you’d expect. A crappy salad bar, vanilla and chocolate pudding, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, green beans, carrots, stuffing, baked beans, macaroni & cheese, chicken noodle soup, a hot dessert, and two kinds of fried chicken. That’s it. I’m fairly certain I mentioned every item available. The buffet runs until 8PM. So, if you’re a high schooler looking to have an eating contest, this is your place.

I wish I could give no stars to this Kentucky Fried Chicken. The staff is very unfriendly. I ordered 12-piece chicken strips, and I know for a fact that the strips I got were about half the size that I usually get when I get them from KFC. They were out of mashed potatoes, so I had their wedge fries. They were overly greasy(I mean sopping). You’re not going for healthy food when you go to KFC. But I expect good portion size, and a little less grease. It should not be dripping. I will not return for a long, long time.

For a KFC I am giving it 4 stars because of their customer service. I love KFC but never get to eat here, there arent many around and if I want fast food KFC is farthest from my house and mark’s house… so its a treat if I get it lol… i love their mashed potatoes and cole slaw. This KFC has the buffet– all you can eat. The key is go during peak rush hours so you dont eat things that have been sitting under heat lamps all day. Mark and I ordered something and they give us 2 coleslaws accidentally… so Mark told them and they actually replaced it with something for free and let us keep the coleslaw. Now that is good service!
