Morgan Movers

I moved with Morgan Movers. They were excellent. They arrived on time, were clean cut and top notch. They moved everything carefully and even set everything up for me at my new place. When I move again I know who to call. Thanks to everyone at Morgan Movers.

They showed up 1.5 hours late and with 2 people instead of 3. They charge by the hour and the move too a good 4 hours longer than they quoted so my bill was hundreds of dollars more than they quoted me. They refused to do anything on price and took ZERO responsibility. The movers were fine, but everything else considered, I would not use them again.

Would not use again because they make you pay in full before unloading the truck. They don’t let you know about this over the phone and you don’t find out about this business practice until they get to your new residence with your stuff. They refuse to unload until you pay them what the think it will cost to unload. In my case I was told after they got to my new residence that it would be $ 1000 (I had $ 900 on me) and they would not start until they had the entire amount in their hand. Turns out the original amount I had was more accurate since it cost $ 715. (I had moved previously and knew how much time it took the last time). They did give me the extra money back, but I felt very uncomfortable. They weren’t fast nor were they slow, but this unethical business practice turned my stomach. I’ve moved 2 times previously and never had a mover pull this move.
