My new favorite place for salads! They are huge and depending on they kind you get you can get 2 or 3 out of it! Greek salad with chicken for dinner tonight, and lunch tomorrow! Huge amount of chicken breast. You get garlic knots with them. Hubby didn’t finish his chef salad it was so big… Will def keep ordering salads from there…

I ordered from here couple times I order pizza and couple of dinners and when the food came it was still hot and tasted amazing

Very disappointed with the service. I called for delivery for 2 philly cheeseburgers. Spoke to a woman that didn’t speak stellar English, thought I meant grinders. I corrected her and said no the cheeseburgers with peppers, mushrooms and onions, PHILLY cheeseburgers. Said it very slow so she would understand. It was delivery and that was prompt, and the guy at the door was great but when I went inside, I noticed it was wrong. I called to tell her how she misunderstood me for the 10^th time of me explaining what I wanted to her on the phone, and she argued with me that «I never said that” — which I obviously did if she thought I meant a grinder. I had to explain to her that a philly cheeseburger was on her menu. It was my first time ordering from here and I never will again. The burgers were fine but overdone as I asked for medium. Just be prepared if you order takeout, to make her repeat your order.

We are wicked picky pizza snobs, and we really enjoyed the pizza from Paradise tonight. We will absolutely order again!

Just ordered food from here for the first time and I am highly impressed. They delivered within 20 minutes of calling and their chef salad was delicious! I got creamy Italian dressing with it and it’s the best I’ve had. Definitely will be eating here again!

If I could rate with zero stars I would. Ordered food from this shack through the GrubHub app and never received my food but they still charged me. Other than that food from here before is bland, cold and the salad I ordered was slimy, I assume from being old? But who doesn’t prepare fresh salads nowadays… Go back to the hood

Where to start with this one?
How about the microwaved corn beef Rueben? I’ve had better sandwiches in nightmares.
At least the salad was edible. Can’t really F that one up. It’s pretty easy, just like cheese pizza… or so I thought. The first pizza had a mark on it like someone left a beer bottle on top of it while it cooked. That’s right… the first pizza. I was already a bit annoyed because they told me the food would be there in 20 minutes. It took almost an hour! If they had told me an hour I wouldn’t have cared but if you tell someone 20 minutes you should at least make it 30! I called and told them about the pizza from the twilight zone and asked if they could send a new one. They told me once again 20 minutes. I figured this time the pizza would at least be here in 20 minutes since I’ve already waited all this time. Nope. Pizza took over 30 to arrive. We tried eating the pizza…“tried”… It was made with low quality dough and cheese (I think?). Not sure if there was even any sauce on there. No seasoning. Undercooked. I’ve microwaved better dough and Kraft single packet cheese before.
This place sucks. Do not ever eat here. Ever.

We ordered delivery as it is pretty crappy out tonight and didn’t want to go out. We ordered onion rings, wings, 2 philly calzones. One no mushrooms as there’s an allergy. I asked specifically to label them to avoid confusion.
We got our food pretty quickly, the calzones were huge. My roommate cut them both to see which one had mushrooms since they did not label. They both appeared to have mushrooms so I called to say something and the girl on the other end basically told me I’m a liar, she said that’s impossible they were cooked separately. After arguing they were going to send another, we opted to eat the apps and not deal with the calzone because I’d rather not play with epi-​pen tonight, I honestly won’t go back due to the rudeness of the girl answering the phone. Which sucks because that calzone looked pretty freaking amazing.
I left 3 stars because the food is good as long as you don’t have any allergies

1^st time eating here. Had an eggplant grinder with cheese, green peppers and onions. Delish. I will return to try other menu items. Hope this place is a keeper. So far so good.

Let me preface this by saying I work in a weird part of Cheshire. We’re far closer to Southington than Cheshire, and a lot of places hear Cheshire and get nervous about delivering here. (And everything that’s *not* Burger King or Subway is JUST far enough away to kill too much of a lunch break to get there and back.) The other day I was trolling Grub Hub to see if anything had been added for delivery by work (tons of delivery service places with a $ 15 minimum and 4.99 plus 15% of orders fee) and saw Paradise had popped up ($ 10 minimum, and 50 cent delivery fee. HIGH FIVE).
They apparently recently opened, and look to be affiliated with Paradise Pizza in New Britain.
They delivered within the promised time frame (actually 20 minutes earlier — originally quoted about an hour for the food to show up) and the driver was nice (Some places around here have drivers that are jerks.)
Ordered a roast beef sandwich on a hard roll (deluxe style so it came with a pickle, fries, and coleslaw) which was delicious — my only complaint is they left the lettuce off (oh well?)
To bump my total past the $ 10 threshold for delivery I also got a cannoli which was meh. The filling was delicious, however the shell was kind of soggy. Honestly though, if that’s the only thing I can complain about, that’s pretty good.
Looking forward to trying more stuff from here — I’ll revise this review accordingly — but what little I’ve experienced so far is good.
