Bartender was very nice. Got wings and soft pretzels. Have to say for bar pretzels they were very very good. Also hit with excellent dipping sauces which is a big thing with pretzels. Wings were just ok never been a huge fan of them at bww. Bartender was very friendly and on top of everything. Refreshing to see. Think her name was Shannon. It’s set up well if your coming for football or fights. Tons and tons of TVs and lots of space so you aren’t bumping into anyone. For BWW not bad…

Not in my wildest imagination did I think a chain restaurant could be so off from what I’m used to at my local Bdubs. I was in the area and like a dream come true it was boneless Thursdays. I ordered my favorite Asian Zing wings and the meat was horrid. The tender chewy meat I’m used to from their boneless wings was not the case. It was more rubbery and harder to chew. I was extremly disappointed as the point of Bdubs is honestly the wings. It has wings in the name so every chain better make sure their wings are actually good. Seriously, you need to use fresher chicken. This chain did have awesome specials Monday-Friday after 9PM and we got Mozz sticks and Fries which you can’t really ruin. The two stars go out to our server Jessss who was super fun and made sure we were taken care of. She probably would’ve swapped our wings if I asked too but I decided I’d get Taco Bell across the street after to satisfy my taste cravings.

Bleh… they changed their menu, they eliminated everything i would normally eat here. My bf loves the wings, and they usually had a good selection outside of wings. I settled for a tasteless, pre-cooked, could tell it was frozen burger and over cooked wedges. It was pretty gross. For a $ 40 bill for dinner, i’d much rather go to a mom and pop place. Severing my ties with BDubs.

Service was a little disappointing – we were sitting in the bar/lounge area having some beers and apps and watching football. Atmosphere was great and the food was fine. Around 8pm or so our waitress got«cut» and her shift had ended. She proceeded to tell us she was cut and that she wanted us to cash out and that a new server would take over. The waitress who was taking over our table never came to us. When we finally approached her to order our beers after 20 minutes without drinks, she acted as if she had no clue she was taking over our table… Not sure where the disconnect was, but that is exactly why this type of service and table switching should not be allowed. Management needs to step up. I am not sure if this is common for this restaurant or if that server was out of line, but I worked as a waitress and my managers would never allow that. It’s not appropriate to ask a party to pay in the middle of their meal, and then open a new check for their dessert, so why would be be appropriate to do the same thing in the bar/lounge area

Buffalo Wild Wings is all about«Wings, Beer, and Sports.» In fact, that’s their slogan. If you go there not expecting more than that, then you’ll have a pretty decent time. If you go there expecting really high-class food and a nice sit-down experience, then you’ll be disappointed. B-Dubs(which is what I’m sure pretty much everyone calls it) is loud and crowded, especially during big events such as UFC pay per views, so be prepared for a lot of «bros» if you go during a big sporting event. As for the food, their wings aren’t too bad, but not as good as you’d like from a place that has«wings» in their name. They do, however, have a pretty good amount of flavor varieties as well as a rotating«BBW lab» flavor that always sounds interesting. VERY surprisingly, I recently had a pretty delicious banh mi-style sandwich off of what I’m guessing was a seasonal menu. The pork had a nice flavor and sauce, but what really made the sandwich was the cucumber, pickled carrots, and jalapeño peppers on top. I never thought I’d go to a place like Buffalo Wild Wings and get something like that, so it was a lovely surprise. Overall, it’s a loud sports bar with pretty good food if you don’t get your hopes up too high.

It’s BWW. High calorie, fried foods– chicken wings with sauce on them. Can’t go wrong. Service isn’t consistently great. A select few servers are excellent, the others make it seem like they’re working in a hell. Always clean.

The food is the only thing that keeps me coming back. But now, I am only going to get take out because I had the worst dining experience of my life. I have a better time at the drive through at McDonald’s. We arrived and we are seated in the corner. We sat, waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our order and bring us drinks, despite the fact that 2 different waitresses walked by us multiple times. We finally had our order taken, and the waitress got it WRONG. we had to wait another 15 minutes for her to bring us the correct food and more drinks. Then she said the manager would come over and bring us the receipt and talk to us and he never came. 20 minutes later she came back with the receipts. The food was good but the service was terrible. Will only do take out from now on.

This has to be one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings locations that I have been to. It is certainly better than the Waterbury location. Our waitress Jessica, was quick, funny, and kind. Food was cooked to order and delicious. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Not as bad as Unilocal would make it seem, not as good as the commercials make it look. It’s a sports bar. It’s not too fancy. Came here for a late dinner and for that, it was a pretty good deal. $ 5 wings. $ 5 for sliders and fries. And $ 3 beers. The wings were definitely the best part — jalapeños were my preferred toppings. The sliders were just ok. Nothing beyond what you would get almost at a burger place anywhere. Nothing fancy. Service was fine and it was nice being able to watch, the Yankees, Rangers and other games on. But not worth the extra trip.

A shame. I like Buffalo Wild Wings but the management of this location are doing a lousy job. Wait staff don’t care. Service slow. Ruined experience. I’ll never return to this location. Go to the one in Wethersfield.

Went today for trivia, steak wrap was beyond salty, fries were decent though, cheese curds were par and the fried pickles were decent nothing to special. Beer specials were nice but one glass was soapy. Southington has better to offer

The worst. Undercooked wings. Awful service. Horrible sports viewing experience. Management refused to turn up house volume on a live no-hitter in progress. Avoid at all costs.

Oh yes indeed. I am confused as to why this place is only rated 2 stars on here… but then again, I have only had take out… never ate inside. But I really liked everything I had… jerk boneless chicken wings, soft pretzel, awesome onion rings and these cinnamon donut hole things with caramel and chocolate sauce. I would order from here again in a heartbeat. YAY!

I eat wings 5 nights a week! I was going by here one night and figured we try it out. There was only about 3 tables with people, Very slow, the waitress took the order took a while to bring the drinks! About 45 minutes later! Brought the wings, they had to have been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time! Dry, the flavor was horrible! I will never go back! Can get much better wings Anywhere!

Ahh, BWW — good for a calorie bomb combo of regular and boneless wings with fries and a beer or two. Or in my case draft Angry Orchard. Get the dry buffalo seasoning on the boneless and a sauce of your choosing on the regular. Garlic parm is good. I like this particular location better than Waterbury, it seems far less noisy and definitely less crowded. Service was a bit slow for the amount of people in the place(not many) but not really anything to whine about.

The food is great here. If I’m just looking for cheep food, cold beer and big TVs I love it here. HOWEVER I think the staff needs to be re-evaluated. I came to this location and got pretty drunk(its a bar and the giants were playing what so you want from me?) our bill came to about 40, I payed with my card leaving a $ 10 tip. When the transaction went through my bank account said I paid $ 65!!! Our server took $ 25 for himself. Unfortunately I left my copy of the receipt at the resturant. Our server was very nice the entire time, but obviously likes to take advantage of people using their cards when they get drunk. I won’t be going back to that location. If I was able to give 0 stars I would

I understand this is a sports bar — so if you like LOUD, then this is the place for you. I came here last Saturday to watch a UFC fight. We had a pretty large table of people and there were two tv’s above our table and one of them had a random show on and the other had the UCONN/Michigan game on. We asked if they could switch one to the fight and they said they would. About 30 minutes later the TV was finally changed. Also, the chairs were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. I’ve never really noticed chairs before but when you’re going somewhere to eat and stay for a while to watch sports, they should really have invested in some cushioned chairs. The waiter kept reaching over me to hand people drinks, food, receipts, etc. which was EXTREMELY aggravating. At one point I just took a drink out of his hand and handed it to the person to avoid his armpit in my face once more. He was nothing special and the food was gross. I would never come back here.

This is a Sports Bar. And very noisy. However the selections on sauces for wings is very extensive. I had the dry Buffalo traditional wings which were good and a little spicy. While another at our table had the habanero mango that nearly put me under the table. They have their wings down but the menu shows so much more. Another at the table ordered a sampler platter with soft pretzels, a dip, poppers and boneless bites. All were good. Our night had a couple screaming kids that the parents refused to remove outside. It was very noisy. Not a very enjoyable evening. A glass of wine and two beers with a table of four came to $ 80. No meals. Just apps and wings. I’d probably go again but on a quieter evening.

How is everything, sir? «Average» Yep, thats about it. Average chain location. Average waitstaff. Average service. Average ticket time. Average tasting food. Average prices. Average time before you hit the bathroom afterwards. Everything was average except for that 1 giant mutant chicken wing that looked like it was pumped full of steroids. I passed on that one.
