This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Staff is generally not friendly and unhelpful, dining surfaces are always dirty and sticky, boxes and garbage are usually piled up along with old milk cartons in the store front(near order pickup), the coffee is not bad but doesn’t make up for the other lacking features in the store.

I took a pit stop here early in the morning and got a latte in an almost empty store. I got my drink quickly and it’s a very convenient on-and-off of I-84 Southbound location. As others have mentioned, the parking lot is undersized and laid out for the convenience of not creating gridlock at the I-84 ramp. So at other time except early morning be ready to yell and curse at just about everyone else using the lot because no matter how you park, they will be in your way. Considering how early it was, I expected the bathrooms to have been a bit cleaner/fresher.

Walked in there 7:20AM ish on a Sunday, two employees there acted like I was invisible, and continued to chat away … I was literally standing in front of her, and she acted like nobody was there. I finally asked if I can order, and she was acting like she didn’t really care. No greetings, not much of interaction … The service at this place has always been spotty … I wouldn’t go there again … BTW, if I have the option, I wouldn’t even give a 1 star.

The parking here is terrible/very hard to get in and out of. The drink I got was sugary despite me telling them half sugar/pumps. Disappointed/go to Bristol or farmington if you have the choice.

I’m a fan of Starbucks. I go all the time. They are always nice but this time one of hrm wasn’t. This was the first time ever that I came across a bitchy barista. Her name is Andrea. I had $ 100 and one of the other baristas asked if there was change and she shouts out no we can’t accept it, bitchy face and all. Face me and tell me nicely you would appreciate a different mode of payment. Don’t give me attitude, you know? I will definitely be reporting this to upper management.

This is a small location with one of the worst parking lots I have ever been in. The restaurant is small and seems crowded with just a few customers in it and the flow makes it very hard to get out after you pick up your drink. I could deal with all that, but I can’t deal with employees who don’t greet me or act like I’m bothering them when I place an order. Next time I’ll just go to the Starbucks at the Target, they do a better job training staff.

Location is great as it is just of 84. Parking lot is oddly shaped and they don’t have nearly enough parking for the amount of traffic they have. Service is poor. The Barista was distracted and actually walked away halfway through my order.

Very bad service! The lady who rang me up was not friendly at all. The girl making the drinks was slow as molasses! The man behind me got his drinks before me! WTH?! Parking area is a zoo. Give this one a miss!

Same great coffee that I expect at a Starbucks but this place needs a good cleaning. Dirt and dust bunnies in every corner, sticky fixing station top and tables that I won’t sit at because of fear of getting my jacket dirty. I know that they are busy but you have keep it clean. At $ 4 a drink I expect to not have that gut feeling of fear that I’m eating dirt.

I once didn’t like this Starbucks due to how crowded and awkwardly shaped the parking lot is. I’ve started coming here more often due to a new commute to work and the staff is friendly. The drink are a little slower than other Starbucks I have been to, but I can’t complain, they always make it right!

This literally has to be the WORST Starbuck’s I have been to. Call me a «typical white girl» but I really wanted by freaking PSL. Any ways… l I agree with everybody else that the parking situation here really sucks. Instead of putting the actual starbucks set off from the road, and farther back and parking in FRONT, They did this weird L shaped parking lot that is close to impossible to maneuver around. Then they proceeded to make it so small that you can easily run someone over trying to leave. I entered at approximately 7:45, which gave me over 15 minutes to get to my destination which was not even 5 businesses away. I waited… I waited some more. then waited again. There were about 5 barista’s total, but only 1 was making drinks, a very skinny girl with a very short blonde haircut. Then, another random 30-ish kid literally«wandering» around, looking like a lost puppy. When I finally approached the counter, a girl that seriously resembled Ms. Piggy decided she was ready to take my order. She did not greet me, say hello, or ask me what I wanted. I said Large PSL. She looked at me, corrected me because I said LARGEANDNOTVENTI(Sorry I refuse) and proceeded to tell me how much it was so I could pay. She was very rude. I proceeded to wait. wait again.then wait some more. By now, it was 8am. Thanks you jerks, now I am late. Didn’t think a PSL would take 15 minutes. Anyways… then as I am waiting, a young girl is talking to her friend, the blonde with the short hair. And as she is talking and kinda making drinks,(yet again, the only one I mind you), she ends up scooting her a free drink… looking around to make sure nobody saw… and gives the girl a free large drink. Must be nice. I just paid enough for my unborn kid to go to daycare for my PSL… but this girl gets them for free INFRONTOFTHEPUBLIC!!! Hook your friends up with free stuff NOTINTHEVIEWOFTHEPUBLICEYE!!! This was the first, and last time ill ever go to this location.

It took about 15 minutes to get our coffees with at least 7 people who ordered after us getting their drinks first(which were far more complicated than our orders). When I asked if the drinks had been accidentally overlooked the barista was extremely rude in saying«can’t you see I have 30 drinks back here to make?» When we finally got our coffee mine was lukewarm. Just not very nice.

Typical starbucks, good location right off exit 32 from i84. The store is usually clean, however, the parking is awful. The lot is almost always full, and sometimes not even worth driving around to the front of the building to park. This place would probably make a super killing if it had a drive thru. But I still come here for my starbucks fix when I’m in the area, or just passing through.

My friend and I arrived late in the evening and ordered drinks. I wanted tea and my friend wanted a medium Pumpkin Spiced Chai. The employee was kind enough to hand me a ring of cards that described all of their teas. I asked for a single teabag of «calm» in a large cup(so that I could have more hot water). Our orders came out as requested. What didn’t was the price. Almost $ 10! Our Batista admitted that she overcharged for the chai and corrected the error. Then, I explained that I should have been charged for a small tea since I only had a single teabag. Then she corrected her error again. Goodness! If we weren’t on the ball about that we would have been gypped!

Terrible parking lot design. People’s inconsiderate-ness and hogging half the entrance does not help either. The layout inside is also poor, you’re practically standing on top of people sitting to have their coffee while you’re in line. Also, they did not have any peppermint syrup… and its the middle of white peppermint mocha season, which was extremely disappointing

5stars for barista’s. Parking lot sucks I always use Denny’s. I wish they had a drive thru would make sense easier to get on n off 84. Drinks don’t always taste good but they are awesome at remaking them. And if you want to try something new but not sure if you’ll like it don’t worry they want you to try new things and will gladly make you something else if ya don’t like it.

My first thoughts about this location are«the parking lot sucks» and«why the heck isn’t this a drive-thru location?» This store is right off of I-84, and it is prime real estate for a drive-thru. Instead, they operate with a small entrance to the parking lot that is barely visible, forcing drivers to snake their way around one another in an effort not to ding their cars. The inside of the store is long and narrow, and as a result of this, the line snacks between chairs and the snacks display, making for an uncomfortable wait in line. The upside? Big windows and friendly staff. There is barely any room in their baked goods counter, and the chairs are few and far between(I’m guessing that they probably seat about 18 people, max), and it’s crowded at best. But mad props for putting together a Nonfat Earl Grey Tea Latte fairly quickly. But at 8 in the morning, you should — without a doubt — have more than two people working the counter/coffee area. Yikes.
