This location needs a seperate line for the«entitled and the dumb!» The staff did the best they could under the circumstances. The lines were long, the same customer kept calling the store every two minutes, and the customers were difficult. I was returning textbooks and did everything ahead of time. All I needed was a receipt. I waited 35 minutes because one person DIDNOTWRAP/PACKAGE THEIRSTUFFBEFOREGOINGTOUPS, and another had no concept of reality(she was appalled at the idea that insuring your packages is an extra fee, along with an expedited shipping being an additional charge). The customers made it way more difficult than it had to be, and held up the line for everyone else. Google reviews had the same complaints. The staff kept their cool and worked as fast as they could, but I will not be returning anytime soon unless the customers grow a few brain cells. Please make these people have their own separate line called, «the entilted and the dumb.»
