Open at 6am?!? Bullshit. It’s 6:15 doors still locked and lights still off.

I’m giving the owner of this I hop a 1 star acted as if this was normal that I got served moldy bread and said he would bring me a new one and that’s all I heard from him not even a sincere apology nothing it took a employee to try and offer up a free meal that they give the employees once a day to give to me cause she felt so bad that the manager is cheap and careless I wish someone would look into this kitchen see how clean it really is never again !!! And thank you to the employee Who offered help if give her a 5 star

Dropped by to evening of pancakes. Wrong, 20 minutes later, hadn’t been offered a beverage. Stopped by the cashier, and told the manager. I’M now having a great breakfast at DENNEYS.

Talk about a slammed pack joint on the weekends! It’s may be busy but usually worth the wait. My wife and I have always enjoyed the chain pancake place but the last time visiting this location the food was not up to par. The server was pretty young and not experienced. I think we saw him twice, once to take our order and the other to drop of the bill. The food seemed like the cooks were so slammed they over cooked and everything was pretty blah. Which is unusual for this chain. Well that’s my two cents about my last visit. It does seem to go up and down so hopefully the next go around its better.

We come here once a year on Halloween, it’s tradition. Tonight we went and it was kinda disappointing. The waiter was good, the food was terrible. I ordered chicken Parmesan and it was… Burnt? Idk what it was honestly bc I couldn’t cut through it. I was pretty bummed out about it. My husband and kids seemed to enjoy their food, it kinda took a long time since there wasn’t anyone else really in the restaurant but the waiter was good and he kept our drinks full. I mean, I’ll come back next year bc it’s what we do but I’m hoping by then it’ll be much better.

The single WORSTDININGEXPERIENCE in my LIFE. So, there’s that. At least that’s behind me now. It took 1−½ hours to have a breakfast. EVERYTHINGWASCOLD. Everything was ILL-TIMED. In the end, we walked out without eating. Three diners, three failed attempts. Cold food. Two of three meals were served cold. NOTHING was hot. Poorly timed delivery: eg: toast comes 20 minutes after eggs(no, that’s not a typo). Coffee delivered w/o cream(which followed 15 minutes later). Side dishes COMPLETELY forgotten. Our waitress waits tables like I clean house. There are 15 or so things that are supposed to get to the table. So, over the course of time, most of those things are brought to the table. The deal is, when you’re having a meal, certain key components MUST hit the table at the same time, or it simply isn’t a meal. Toast must come WITH eggs. Cream must come WITH coffee. If they’re not delivered together, if enough time elapses for the food or drink to get cold, it pretty much doesn’t matter if you deliver the missing ingredient – by then, it’s too late, it no longer matters. Our waitress offered the reason: We have to fight with the kitchen to get our orders. This appears to be a management problem; we ask to speak to the manager. A young man appears – «Are you the manager?» «No, there is no manager on prem.» He too says they do the best they can, they want happy customers, and they fight the kitchen like hell to try and get the food out. So, it really is a management problem. No manager on site; and an out-of-control kitchen staff, young, inexperienced wait staff. This store needs an actual manager, or it will not remain open for long. My Rating: EPICFAIL.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but sometimes you really need to warn potential customers. I’m visiting my best friend out here and while she was at work my boyfriend and I decided to get breakfast here because ihop is pretty good. We arrived around 1135 and was seated immediately. Our waitress came within 10 minutes of being seated which was excellent(note: not busy whatsoever at this time). We ordered our food, 45 minutes goes by and they messed up my breakfast. 70 minutes later they bring out my bf’s food and mine which was completely wrong. I waited 10 minutes more for them to come back the correct order. I started eating my fruit and had to spit it out because they were spoiled :(. The rest of my breakfast was mediocre. My boyfriends eggs were undercooked and he’s now sick. They didn’t give us a discount like they told us until the manager actually heard about our experience since our waitress was terrible about coming around to check on us. It almost took a solid 2hours to get out of there. Needless to say, this place is one big nope.

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. I am here with my daughter and there are only a few other people her and it took over 20 minutes to just get our drinks ordered. The manager finally took our order and he wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I find that very rude especially since he is very talkative to the other customers. I will never come back here

I was greeted by a friendly face, seated and my coffee came in few minutes. Food arrived quickly, wait staff were polite. I ate without being bothered because I was sitting alone. I appreciate that. My pancakes & eggs were cooked perfectly and delicious. Atmosphere pleasant for a summer day. A very pleasant experience

EVERYSINGLETIME I GOTOTHISPLACE!!! I used to go to this place once every few months for a pick up lunch order. It’s hard to mess up a pick up lunch order and they usually didn’t. Sometimes I’d have to stand at the vacant counter searching for an employee for too long but that was usually the worst of it. Dining in is a whole different story. It seems every time I get dragged in here by some family member or friend something goes wrong. Sometimes the food is cold. Sometimes the food is wrong. Sometimes the drinks never get re-filled. Sometimes the silverware is dirty. Sometimes something is floating in the water. Sometimes the check never shows up. Sometimes the waiter disappears. My mother and my kids went to IHOP on the 25th of July. I got dragged along of course and — not surprisingly something went wrong — the bigger story is that surprisingly — everything mentioned in the previous paragraph went wrong!!! WOW!!! The table was sticky. The food was sub-par. The drinks never got re-filled. We tried to find our waiter to rectify the situation but he had disappeared. My daughters ranch took over 10 minutes to come out. I had to get different silverware. The check was late. Every time we go to this place it’s not even a quarter full. It just amazes me that the food and service is so consistently poor. I’ve had my fill of IHOP. Thankfully so has the rest of my family so we never have to «give it another try» again. **I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the«to-go» orders were never messed up.

Wait time was long, our waiter was great. Then went to pay, an employee sees me coming, walks away without saying a word and does not tell anyone that I’m waiting to pay. So I just stand there until I’m noticed. If the staff does not appreciate the customers that patronize this business then I will go somewhere that knows the value in customer service.

Slow, slow, slow service. Even though the place is almost empty. It doesn’t take all that long to make eggs or pancakes; I’m thinking they’re woefully understaffed, though there are two waitresses occasionally wandering by the seven tables of customers…

WORST service I have ever had!!! A few bites into my meal I found a HAIR! I sent the meal back showing them the hair in the food and they took 20% off the bill when I only had a few bites. We asked to speak to a manager and apparently there was«no manager» there today. We sent the bill back saying that they needed to comp us for my meal which they finally did. Our waiter Erick(who was the one in charge) brought it back and threw it on the table not saying a word. We went took pay for the other dish we ordered and the one who was«in charge that day» would not even look at us. Will NOT be going back.

IHOP missed the mark on 22 march. Went in at around 9 a.m. and got seated right away. Only problem was the hostess seats us and throws the menu’s on the table saying, with a tone in her voice as if she is annoyed, here are the menu’s and specials and walks off very fast. Hostess had a scowl on her face the whole time. I noticed that she treated people of a lighter color the same way. She sat several people around us and noticed that while lighter colored people were treated with a scowl and attitude people of her color were treated with a smile and were engaged in a conversation of how their day was. This is inexcusable service. This is why people have issues with people. I did nothing to this person and yet I get treated like a criminal. I will not be going to IHOP anymore and will contact the corporate office to ensure that this type of racial treatment stops. Do not contact me with discounts or free meals that is not the issue. The issue is that of employment of racially bigoted people. Unless this is fixed I will not be a part of your racially fueled angered employees who serve me food.

Pretty disappointed. We went because we had a bogo entrée with a 2 drink purchase coupon, but we didn’t find out until it was too late that it was only up to $ 7 value. I don’t think any entrée on the menu was this cheap. This place is way over priced. Drinks aren’t included with kid’s meals, which is just silly. With this place being right next door to an awesome Red Robin, I don’t know why we would ever come back here.

Just your standard IHOP breakfast. Our waiter mark was awesome. I had the stuffed French toast and some hash browns and my hubs had the chicken fried steak. Nothing to complain about here today :) big kuddos to our waiter mark. My 19 month old was with us and he brought her food out before ours. That was a huge plus!

I’ve been here two times. Both times I have taken the meal to go. Both times I have ordered up the breakfast sampler. Lots of meat! The eggs have been cooked perfectly and the meal was just right for what I was looking for. Both times I have taken the pancakes to go and given them to someone else. Pancakes are a rare special treat for me. Anyway the hash browns both times were fluffy and crispy at the same time. The whole meal was really perfection, especially considering I got it to go. The service both times I stopped in was quick… probably because I have gone in very early. But no matter… it’s amazing that I’ve gotten in and out just as fast as any other fast food joint in town. And my food is cooked to order. From the looks of the entrance this IHOP is nice and new and well taken care of. I think we are lucky in the Reno/Sparks area to have some good IHOPs. Sure it’s a chain and I know I am getting some food that wouldn’t catch the label of organic/GMO/locally grown. But darn it, sometimes a place is open when I need them to be. So 4 stars and a Thank-You to the morning staff at IHOP for being so good at what they do!

«C’mon… It’s IHOP, not the Ritz.» I overheard this last time I was at the Galleria IHOP by an older gentleman sitting in an adjacent booth. That sentiment kind of sums up my review. It’s IHOP. It’s affordable, it’s pretty good breakfast food and they’re set up to handle kids. That’s essentially what my 4 stars are based on. Every time I’ve ever been to the galleria IHOP, they’re always kind to my children. They chat with them and they ask them what they’d like to eat. Little things like that go a long way with parents. I’ve never ordered the crepes, the international pancakes or anything tootie fruity or fresh and fruity. I get eggs bacon and toast. I subscribe to the keep it simple rule, this way you’ll never be disappointed. It’s nothing too special but it’s good food served by nice people… I mean, it’s IHOP, not the Ritz.

After working all night and waiting to get my tires rotated I decided to head to IHOP for some coffee and the crepes they keep advertising. I was initially excited about the carafe of coffee they leave, then I tasted and smelled the coffee. Seriously smelled like it was made with old bath water. The taste wasn’t much better :-/. So much for coffee. Then I ordered a raspberry crêpe combo, the fresh raspberries looked amazing in the picture on the menu. The food seemed kinda slow, they were pretty busy for a Monday morning, no big deal. Eggs and bacon came out, cooked as ordered, but no crêpe. Several minutes later the crêpe appeared, not fresh raspberries but frozen or something. Ok, no big deal, then I take the first bite and it was cold!!! Such a disappointment. Save yourself a trip and go to one of the local breakfast places or even Starbucks!

My family and I came here later on in the evening for some breakfast food. It was absolutely dead. There was an older couple and us. Our server was great and I really like their new fruit drinks. I got the tropical strawberry one. My oldest brother tried all of them. He said his favorite was the watermelon. Now to the food… My mom was given the wrong thing. My brother liked his appetizer combo and my oldest liked his grand slam. My food however, for being JUST brought out was cold and my hash browns were soggy… Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of food and the fact I paid $ 52 dollars for something I didn’t like. I made sure our server was taken care of though. Will I return? Probably not, I’ll try my luck with Peg’s.
