Delicious pizza and great delivery. Only not rating at 5 stars because most weekend night all the tables are reserved and you can’t eat in the restaurant. It would be great if they left some tabes open for regular visitors and not reserve them all. We order delivery most often due to the reserved tables. Delivery is fast and hot. They always get it right. We enjoy their pizza a lot.

Got a Groupon for this place and decided to try then out. Love the fact that there are outdoor horseshoe pits. Menu looked ok, order garlic bread, wings and a Fiesta pizza. Garlic bread was dry and was really just a sub roll, no sauce :(. Wings appear to be baked, good and spicy, make sure you check you get the number you ordered, ours were one short! ! The pizza arrived and it looks good, lots of toppings, and fresh. Overall the place is ok. Some other points that i can’t not comment on. A very young kitchen crew, no hats, very friendly. older«MANAGER» who stood behind the counter arms folded, and a miserable look on his face for the entire time we were here, made us feel like we were being watched while we ate, a little odd. Not welcoming, not customer friendly.

I just had a couple of pizzas delivered tonight. It’s Mothers Day, my hubby is working, I didn’t want to cook, and wasn’t in the mood to go out… Anyway, this definitely hit the spot and I came up with the ultimate veggie lovers pizza to order from Pizza Factory. They don’t have much for veggie lovers in their specialty pizza selections, but this should definitely be added, in my not-so-humble opinion. ;) I ordered a medium gluten free cheese pizza and then added: mushrooms, spinach, red onions, artichokes, and tomatoes(I got them cooked, but you can have them added after it is baked, too). It was a beautiful marriage between all of the veggies and their amazing sauce. Their sauce has a delicious fresh tomato taste. By the way, their gluten free crust is probably the second best out there that I have tasted so far(and it’s quite a bit less expensive than my number one choice plus a bit thicker and therefore more filling). I also love the fact that their gluten free pizza comes in a medium size. It’s the only size(most restaurants only offer gluten free in one size), but many only offer them in small. This is much better for us. My son prefers Meat Lovers types of pizzas; the more meat… the better. I ordered him a Wolfpack. It contains: mozzarella cheese, ham, Canadian bacon, sausage, pepperoni, salami, and bacon. He was one happy guy! I was also happy to get a special price on the Wolfpack pizza tonight. When I called, I asked if there were any specials and they happened to have one that included this in a medium size. We actually ended up paying a bit less tonight for these two medium specialty types of pizzas than the last time I had Dominoes delivered and ordered a medium plus 2 small gluten free pizzas(two of them were 3-toppings each and one gluten free was a specialty). Both times we had leftovers, but we actually have quite a bit more leftovers this time, with a more generous amount of toppings, and higher quality. I honestly thought I was saving money at Dominoes. Nope!(In case you don’t know… Once you start adding in gluten free pizzas, the coupons don’t apply, they are more expensive for the same size pizza, and the crust is always a thin crust that may or may not taste very good.) Every time we go to this particular Pizza Factory, it just seems to get better and better. This was the first time having them deliver, though, and it went smoothly, too. We are actually planning on meeting many friends there again later this coming week and no… I’m not getting tired of it. I believe that they are much better than most(if not all) of the similar types of pizza places locally. This is especially true out of all of the ones who deliver AND have gluten free.

We had ordered an extra large sausage, mushroom, and olive pizza to be delivered with a medium cheese pizza. Our pizza arrived and we noticed it did not have sausage only mushrooms and olives! I immediately called them and told them as who wants to eat a mushroom and olive pizza unless you are a vegetarian! They told me that next time you can get a free pizza on us for screwing it up so we just dealt with the flavorless pizza as we were already hungry from waiting for delivery. So… the next time I ordered I asked for my free pizza, and all of a sudden the story had changed!!! Now I was told that our OWNER says we can only have bread sticks for free!!! REALLY??? We do not want breadsticks with our pizza that is already made of BREAD!!! I think this is a very bad way to run a business and treat a customer that has been getting pizza from you since you opened! At the very least, you could have offered us the largest order of chicken wings as a reminder we spent $ 40 on our last order that was WRONG! I will have to take our business elsewhere and let everyone else know about how these people do not stand behind what they serve! :(

There are 4 pizza restaurants near us(now that Round Table left.) Pizza Factory is our favorite! Most pizza crusts just tastes like bread, this dough is super delicious. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean.

It’s OK. Not the best pizza around by any means. Garlic chips are always good but the pizza dough is always soggy. Let me take back what I said about the garlic chips. tonight they were burnt. We ordered sandwiches instead of pizza. The Italian sub was greasy, the pastrami I could only muster 2 bites) was wayyy to salty and neither one of them were warm like we ordered. Our daughter ordered the ravioli and let me ask how is that marinara sauce??? It tasted and looked like tomato paste with salt. How hard is it to get good food around here???

Found this place on Groupon. Paid $ 9 for $ 24 worth of food. Pizza and service was good. A cool, fun place for the kids to run around. We stayed in downtown Reno, from there it seemed like a never ending drive. Would return if we lived in the area.

Took my Groupon coupon in and found out it was expired. Man on counter called owner and he refused to honor coupon for value I had paid for it unless I ordered full price pizza. Told employee that I couldn’t buy the special of the day even though value was exactly what I paid for coupon. I have called Groupon and gotten a full refund and apology. Needless to say I will not be back to this business again.

I always have a good experience at Pizza Factory. They have really good pizza and it’s hard to find a place that puts a GOOD amount of pepperoni on your pizza! Haha They always make my pizza fast and on time. They also have delivery which is great. I walked inside to get my pizza today and realized they have a few good beers on tap and good seating with some TVs! Always a plus :) They people there are very friendly and you can always find a good coupon or deal!

Hadn’t been here for a few months, and the wife and I were hungry and not in the mood for miles of driving. With that said, we opted for takeout from our neighborhood Pizza Factory. Our meal was definitely a series of defined higher and lower points. We’ll start with the bad, the wings. They were really bad, I don’t know how else to put it. They were soggy(we only live a few minutes away, so they didn’t sit for hours), chewy, and didn’t pack much of a flavor punch to boot. They didn’t look particularly appetizing, even though I was in the mood for wings, and they certainly lived up to their lackluster appearance. We also shared an order of breadsticks, which garnered mixed reviews. I like chewy, doughy, breadsticks. If you do, too, you might want to give Pizza Factory’s breadsticks a try. If you prefer a crunch, or more bread-like texture, they definitely aren’t for you. The pizza was actually pretty good, and is the reason that I’m going to rate this as a 3-star experience. I would say with confidence, though, that there are better pizzas in town in the same price bracket. There are various coupons available online that can help with this at local Pizza Factories.

Bad pizza. Went there twice pizza was under cooked. Can get better at little slezzers or a frozen pizza from the store.

I brought my daughter here for lunch. It’s really quiet in here but a non stop flow of traffic coming in with to go orders. I just wanted a slice of pizza and they have a lunch salad bar with pizza and a drink for $ 6.99. Not a bad deal since it looks like it’s all you can eat. The salad bar has good options for toppings for your lunch salad. They were asking one of their regulars about the sauciness of his pizza. He must have a special order. The owner came out to ask how everything was for us. I think the price is right for lunch.

This spot is our usual Friday Funday go-to pizza parlor. It is clean, all ingredients are fresh, and we are always met with a friendly greeting. The owners are super cool and come by our table to check on us. We blow about $ 5 in quarters on the video games and that’s fine by me. Monday-Friday there is a $ 6.99 all you can eat lunch buffet I think from 11 – 2. We love the salad, the breadsticks, and of course the pizza. We will keep coming back and adding more pictures!

I give this Pizza Factory a C– They’re pizza is awesome however they have a younger staff who can use a class or two on customer service. The salad bar is very sad. You get lettuce that look like it was made for hamburgers and you pretty much need to cut the salad your self. And it’s not a salad mixture. It’s only lettuce. It lacks the favorites like: mini corn, sunflower seeds, fruit etc. they also have broken kids games which take your money and are poorly labeled. I’m a huge fan of pizza factory and so disappointed in this one. Needs improvements!

Pretty decent pizza place. I had noticed a $ 10 for $ 20 deal on groupon so I purchased it. I honestly wasn’t expecting too much but it’s close to home so I figured I’d give it a try. Walking up to the door, we noticed signs that said they had Rolling Rock Draft beer for $ 5 for a pitcher or $.75 for a glass. I wondered how they could justify selling it so cheap. The inside of the place is pretty big. They even have an arcade area with six or eight games. We ordered a small wolfpack pizza, a small(8) order of wings(hot), an order of garlic cheese bread and a glass of Rolling Rock and a couple of regular drinks. The young girl working the register was nice and took the order without any issues. She had a guy that was a bit older come pour the beer. The pour was good, he filled it right up to the top of a large glass. The wings and bread came out first. I waited to try them while my wife and son played an arcade game. By the time they got back to the table the pizza arrived. The small pizza is definitely small in size. It had a lot of toppings but for over fifteen bucks I’d say it was a bit pricy. Same with the wings, eight mediocre wings for $ 6.49 was too much. I suddenly realized how they could afford to offer the beer so cheap. Anyway everything was decent. Nothing negative but nothing to get too excited about. I’ll probably try them again.

Time of enjoyment, end of March. A couple of weeks ago, my dad wanted pizza. we didn’t have any coupons, but we could think of only one place that deserves our business, so… to the Pizza factory we went. Service is always decent when the order is taken, but the people working behind the counter surprise me. They go above and beyond what would be required. A mistake was made in our order which would not have been known, but they told us and we actually benefited from the error! The owner was there and again, I was surprised that he remembered my dad and myself! Though I like some of the chain pizza places near Scheels, it can’t compare the the«Cheers» type of atmosphere when you walk into this place. It really means something when you become a semi regular and they know who you are. Now, for the food. The pizza is still surprisingly good! The crust has a good taste, not too doughy, crunchy and tasty. The toppings we got were sun dried tomato and mushroom. Too great tastes that taste great together! The tomato sauce was good, not too light which is how I like it. Each ingredient has its time to shine when food is prepared correctly. As with pizza and ice cream shops, this place isn’t for everyone. A reason why Baskin Robins has 31 flavors. It’s worth the drive. Come out here and try them out. Things that I liked this time over my last visit are the addition of real plates for the salad and pizza! Kudos! I really like that touch. 10-1-2013 I’m writing this addendum in response to trying out the new(different owner) Pizza Factory on Red Rock road. If you enjoy the good friendly service and good food at this Pyramid store, don’t try the Red Rock store. Let’s just say, even though I can walk to this Pizza Factory(Red Rock), it’s worth the drive to the Pyramid store!
