So I have been to this location a few times and today was the first time I decided to order delivery. I ordered a 16 piece boneless wings and when dividing them up noticed it was 3 wings short. So I decided to call back and let them know. Robert(I believe that was his name) so very sweet and apologetic and offered to make another 8 and have them delivered to my house. I really appreciated the customer service and that goes a long way!

It’s been years since I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut due to past experiences, but I thought why not give it a try again. The Spanish Springs staff was super friendly, starting with the gal who took my order. The delivery driver was also very friendly. They delivered the pizza and wings hot and fast. My two pizzas were awesome and the wings were great. Great work Spanish Springs Pizza Hut team, I’ll definitely order again!!! Friendly staff, reasonable prices and good food!

The employee was very nice and courteous. The store, however, wasn’t very clean and there was a weird non pizza smelling smell. I’ve had better crust at other locations.

I had a moving party and ordered 4 pizza’s. They were great. I had not eaten at pizza hut in many years, I was very surprised at how wonderful they were. Order the hand tossed.

Curiosity killed the cat. I would have never thought of ordering this on my own or much less driving to this location. Having ordered online, we didn’t realize how far away this place is. The nearer one didn’t allow for online orders so instead of chancing a phone call(really bad phone reception where we live), we decided to just go ahead and order here. Driving over, we drove past various other pizza joint and I slowly regretted being enticed by Pizza Hut’s ad coupled with a recent news article claiming that there was a shortage on these pizzas(HOW?!) There are far too many other local places that I can think of spending my money with and Pizza Hut will not be on that list again.

A coworker and I ordered our dinner from here last week. When I called it in the girl in the phone was nice, but I could tell she was very very new. When we arrived to pick up our food, I said«the bread sticks are mine and the wings are hers, can you split the bill?» She then got very confused and printed out a receipt and said«split it however you want». We eventually just split the check in half because the girl couldn’t figure out how to separately charge us. When we got our food, my breadsticks were very, very hard and crispy, way too much time in the oven! The wings came without fries, even though I specified I would like the meal. When we asked the girl about the meal, she replied«that offer is only online»… So we can only get fries if we order online ??? There didn’t seem to be any supervisor around, and all the employees looked about 16. They need some supervisory and a push in the right direction!

The young man who took the order was very polite. The young man who delivered the pizza was right on time and very polite. The pizza was awful. Completely undercooked and it seemed like they were running out of cheese. Little Ceaser’s uses canned mushrooms and I’d still prefer their pizza to Pizza Hut’s. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them, the first time was a bad experience too. They told me what time my order would be ready, I went to pick it up five minutes late, but I still had to wait 20 minutes on top of that.

Pizza Hut — This is my experience with the Pizza Hut on Eagle Canyon Road on November 24, 2012. I called from Costco at 6:13 to place the order. At that time I was informed order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I then drove to the pizza hut for pickup of the items. We arrived at 6:26 pm. We paid promptly for the pizza box meal. We were then informed it would be just a few more minutes. At 6:33, the verbally confirmed time that the order was suppose to be ready, the box was not ready. We waited. 6:40, still no order yet. 6:45, the two pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni came out of the oven. They were put into a pizza box with the lid open, staff inquired of each other where the wings and breadsticks were. Everyone neglected to put wings in to cook and breadsticks in the oven at the same time of the pizza. 6:50 still not a completed order, 7:00 pm still not a completed order. 7:15, still stuck in the store waiting for pickup of an order placed at 6:13 for immediate pickup. Mind you, the pizza box was sitting open on the counter with pizza but no sides items. Finally received our entire order with an extra order of breadsticks for«sorry for such a long wait.» By that time the pizza was over a half hour old sitting in the open. I also had three kids with us ages 6, 4, and 2 that were starving waiting for the pizza. The pizza was now cold, the store and its employees looked completely disorganized. Everything was out of sync, employees were not getting orders completed entirely and out the door, more than one customer was missing some part of their order while we waited in the lobby up to an hour for my pick up to be completed. I WILLNEVERGIVEMYBUSINESSTOTHEPIZZAHUTONEAGLECANYONRDINSPARKSNVAGAIN. All I get compensated is an extra set of breadsticks and cold pizza. Thanks for nothing.
