These people literally stole the my iphone 5. They quoted me $ 150.00. I get that is just a quote, but they ended up sending me $ 11.00. Thats right, $ 11.00 for an Iphone 5S. They gave me a bunch of lies about that I was to call a certain department in 5 days after some thing happened. This is a total scam. Just sell your stuff on craigs or to Apple. Total scam.

Good thing my laptop was worthless to begin with. No, I didn’t read the reviews, but oh well. Yes, absolutely a scam company. I did have a good experience with another company but I couldn’t remember their name. Stupid me.

These folks are crooks. I sent a laptop in and was honest about its condition and in return they wished to pay 6 bucks for a working laptop (original offer was 46) Then they wanted me to pay 35 dollars to have them return the laptop to me. Read the fine print and you see you don’t have a leg to stand on if you have a counter offer and deny it. I found many other complaints and found it common that they wanted 35 dollars to mail back your laptop-like who would trust them with that info? I have offered to send a prepaid label and they refused to do that too. Better to take a sledge hammer and smash it to bits or donate your laptop to a good cause then to watch this company take your laptop for free.

This is a scam company. They make you an offer online then when they get the device, totally low-ball their original offer then keep the device if you ask to have it shipped back.

all went as promised EXCEPT was told would receive $ 5 check for using express shipping. called and explained to the folks had not received money was told it was sent in another check. I know $ 5 is not a lot, but if i’m told in writing I would get it, I think I should get it
