This place has really gone down hill. Their«wings» are pretty much just bones, barely any meat. I tipped the carton and was able to put my finger in over an inch of pure grease. No joke. Theyre pop machine was out of everything as well. Trying to get a manager or owner info is impossible. I will not be returning to this location. Pathetic excuse for the wing stop brand.

Not impressed with the quality, speed, or value. My boneless chicken«chunks» tasted like they were marinated in salt, battered in a salt base, and then breaded lightly with some flavored salt, which I understand to be seasoning. Indeed, my wings were certainly seasoned. Thankfully, I had no such qualms with the carrots and celery, which were surprisingly salt-free. Why this place is such a hot spot is a mystery to me. I think chicken is great, but why not let the chicken speak for itself? There are much better options out there. Cool soda fountain though.

SLOW! I’m a regular at the MaeAnne location and my wings are always done in almost exactly 16 minutes. This location says 20 minutes but when you come to pick up your order or while you are waiting for your meal, expect to wait at least 30 – 35 minutes… The wings taste the same as other locations, so if you’re hangry don’t come here. Small dining area as well, I don’t like the hallway type dining area.

I am with all the negative reviews. The cashier Mariam did accommodate the boneless wing special, and she spelled my name right for the order. I wanted to order 24 boneless wings in 3 flavors, she said they had 25 and so then they ended up doing 10 wings of two flavors and only five of the other flavor. She said the manager knew the Wi-Fi password, and she didn’t bother to ask any employees if they knew the password. Also, when she called my order, she held my tray up in the air; she could have dropped it. If you are visiting Reno/Sparks and want to dine at WingStop, go to the McCarran and Mae Anne location or the South Meadows location.

So slow. I can’t come here and eat in an hour? Wings are okay. Just not worth the wait

This place is a joke. When they did not give us the correct order, we called to get the order corrected. Abraham says he is the manager and basically accused us of lying. We payed for an order of fries, 5 extra wings and two large drinks that we did not receive. Abraham argued with my husband saying they gave us the correct order and told him to bring all the food back to the restaurant to prove it. Uh… I’m sure we’re going to lie to get food for free. Rediculous! We patronize this restaurant often and will NEVER go there again. A side note: the wings at the South Meadows and the Macarran restaurants are much better. This Vista location overcooks them.

The most TERRIBLE customer service I have ever witnessed! I ordered my meal at 5:30 online, to be picked up at 6:30. I get there on time, pay for my food, get my drink which I had ordered a large, but got a medium. Ok no big deal it was an extra .40 cents. I get home and my food is FREEZING cold. I had also ordered a mix and match(which I thought the computer did for you, apparently not) so I called to tell them my food is cold and my order is incomplete… The manager HUNG up on me. I called back to get an higher up number, as I know it’s late in the day and they aren’t there. They couldn’t give it to me, stating that«they don’t have it» okkkkkk? Needless to say, I will NEVER spend my money at this location again! They are terrible with their following directions, which my 2 year old could do, and HORRENDOUS customer service!!!

Good food. A little slow expecially when you order online and it tells you to be there by a certain time. Then when you arrive at said time you wait another 20 minutes to get your order.

I am extremely upset. I call to ask what time wing stop is open. They say until midnight. My boyfriend and I drive across town to get there in time to find out we can’t actually order anything that they only do pick up orders. No where does it say that, and they have a huge sign in their window saying open until midnight. This is extreme false advertising and I’m not to sure I’ll be coming back.

The wings were good. The one star is because the online ordering did not work, and we had to wait another half hour for our food(apparently this is an ongoing problem — so turn the system off!) The fries were awful, soggy and underdone. A hint: change the oil every three thousand miles. The food was ice cold when we opened it at home — too cold for a seven minute drive. When we have dined in, the service has always been very slow. I guess I am going back to Bully’s the next time I crave wings.

Ordered via the Mobile app. I was not impressed with how quirky it was, bouncing me back and fourth across the app. Once I got to the store there were several people there waiting on orders. 3 people placed orders while I was in line to check on my order(was to be ready in 15 minutes) as I was there a couple of minutes early. After completing the transaction, I had to wait another 15 – 20 minutes in the store while the people that ordered their food in front of me, got their orders before I did. I ordered the«Hot traditional» which was anything but HOT!!! I’ll be hard pressed to return and will keep by business for BWs

Only get Wingstop once a year. It must take me a year to remember why I don’t come here that often. Pretty disappointing to get my food home and find my boneless order came with bones and my french fries were undercooked and soggy. Needless to say we ate it since it is an 8 mile drive one way. Hope I remember to never visit the Vista one ever again.

Ordered my food ahead of time. Arrived and the so called store manager said I never ordered… even when I showed her my phone that showed I called and spoke to someone! I was pretty much told oh well and had to wait for them to cook my order after other people’s. When I asked to speak to the owner since she said she was the store manager she had me write my information on a piece of paper and told me she can’t promise he will call me back! I definitely won’t be returning if the store manager doesn’t even know how to own up to mistakes. Also, isn’t this a family establishment? The completely unedited music blaring from the kitchen definitely doesn’t make me think so!

The fries are kind of soggy and the wings aren’t anything to write home about. With an abundance of sports bars(at least 2 bullys within driving distance), buffalo wild wings, and even pizza plus with equal or better wing offerings, this place is just not worth it.

Bad service! Don’t ever order online or your fries will be cold even when you are on time. They are wayy to busy to keep up. Hire more people and better cooks.

I would give zero or negative stars if possible. This is THE worst run business I have encounter, and I have spent many years working in bankruptcy and restructuring. Placed order and was told it would be 21 minutes. At the 35 minute mark I asked for a refund, and they actually gave it to me. Never went to look if my order was close, just refunded. No evidence of a manager present, minimal evidence of English proficiency. You have been warned, avoid if you expect to get fed within an hour of your order.

This place sucks have order here before services sucks takes longer they say. I did a order online and the cancel the order no bother to call and tell me. Manager is rude owner cussed at me. Just take your money to the two other locations in reno they are way better and nice plus their wings are way better not dry and plenty of sauce. 1 out of 10 vistits was good. Done wasting my time and money for crappy service.

Wing Stop on Vista SUCKS!!! They totally screwed up my order, and when I called back they basically told me to screw off. 3 of the 4 in Reno area are owned by one franchisee. This one in Sparks is not. When I called the other locations they were not surprised about my issue. «We get complaints about them all the time»

We’ve eaten from this location many times but the last 2 they have failed miserably. Time before this I placed an order via my app and got there about the time the order should be done. They claimed the order never came in via the app yet SOMEHOW they knew what I had ordered and claimed that they called to let me know there would be a delay. If you never got the order, how would know what I wanted and how would you know who to call(which I never did receive a phone call) and then they wanted me to wait another 20 – 30 minutes? Hell no. So today I called the second they opened to place a very small take out order. The person who answered the phone could BARELY communicate in English but I did get enough out of him that the order would take at least 30 minutes. I“m sorry… what??? For 10 boneless wings? Um no. Screw that. He said some other things but I literally could not understand what he was saying. For shit’s sake, if you’re going to have your employees taking orders, make sure you customers can understand what they they’re trying to say. So ya, I“m done. D.O.N.E with WingStop, especially this location. And then to find out they won’t reveal where they source their chicken? That tells me it comes from very unsavory places, most likely outside the US so I think I’ll eat elsewhere.

My boyfriend had his pregnancy craving HAHAH just kidding,(well i say that because im pregnant and he gets the cravings). He wanted some wings. He ordered I think 20 pieces or so. Half hot and half mild. The hot wings were hot, and the mild were mild. It was an okay-good taste. The wings were pretty good sized. We took it togo and had it at home. Downfall is that their togo boxes soak up all the sauce and it leaks through so that was pretty annoying. The wait for the order was about 20 minutes. Which is a long time I think especially for a small order. We’ve experienced better. But I think if you’re craving wings, its a chance for you to try it I guess. Prices aren’t too high, Its about average. But we probably won’t be trying another Wing Stop again, we’ll keep our Hot Wing business with Spiro’s Bar off Sparks Blvd and Prater Way.
