Bee Cave Baking Company

Bee Cave Baking Co provided my daughter’s wedding cake, cupcakes and cookies this past Sunday. (We are both Celiac) I cannot begin to rave about how great everything was. Seriously, GREAT! We had a large cake (amaretto), 15 dz various flavor cupcakes (Cherry, vanilla, choc & amaretto) and dozens of sugar cookies. We had 160 people, but I ordered enough for 200 (I wanted plenty & was hoping for leftovers). There were only a few dozen cupcakes left, sob, I wanted more. I cannot… CANNOT begin to tell you how incredibly wonderful everything was. There were nonstop compliments the entire evening from all raving over the cake and other items. Hands down the Amaretto was everyone’s fave. The cakes were all moist & flavorful. The icing was perfection… a buttercream (various flavors) that was the absolute perfect confection. Truly spectacular. Oh, and btw, nobody knew it was GF except a few family members… Kim delivered the order and everything was packed and delivered in very secure packaging. Beautiful, it was all so beautifully done. Well done, Kim, well done. Kudos to you! Will definitely order again!

I recently ordered two teacher appreciation baskets. I was so pleased when I went to pick them up as they turned out beautifully. Kim was very nice and able to fill my order on ‘short notice’. I am so glad there is a high quality gluten free option available close by. I would highly recommend them!

An absolutely tasty and professional bakery for those in the Austin area! I live out of town and had a specific idea in mind for cookies with my sister. Since she is celiac, I knew finding someone who could do the design, deliver to her and also be safe was a big challenge. Bee Cave Gluten Free Baking Company actually made the surprise incredibly easy and fun! I really enjoyed working with Kim. My sister will continue to get treats from Bee Cave for years to come!

The cookies and cakes are so amazing that I didn’t even know it was gluten free! Absolutely delicious and GORGEOUS! Some of the cookies are too pretty to eat! Fabulous! They even made cookies that looked like wine glasses for our Wine party! Too cute!

Excellent taste and amazing presentation. I prefer more natural fruit tastes not the rich decadent flavors so when I heard there was the option of pineapple upside down cake I was ecsatic. This cake was moist and flavorful with just the right balance. I am ready to try more of what Kim creates… yummy!
