Very poor attention to the details of the customers order. Once again tonight we got home with large drinks that were supposed to be Diet Coke, but had the flavor of lemon lime. Drove back to the store, They corrected the order but offered no compensation. I frequently drink ice tea, and all to often they throw a coffee bag in the tea pot. If you go through the drive thru, Always, I repeat always, check your order, including the drinks and change before you move from the window. This is the worst Jack In the Box I’ve every ordered from, and I’ve ordered from many.

I don’t normally review fast-food establishments. It’s fast food … whatever. And, especially when it’s a place like Jack in the Box. If you haven’t heard of the place, nor been to one yet, that is more strange than myself writing this review for a fast food joint. I’ve never had a problem with Jack in the Box, it’s always been consistent across the books over the years. Whatever I order, has always been as I expected it to be. Especially the $ 1 chicken sandwich(with tomato) … I’m a sucker for that one in a pinch. However, as good as my breakfast steak burrito was this morning as I left Spokane Washington heading back home to Montana, it’s not the food I want to review. We were blown away by the cashier/customer service professional who greeted us at the counter. Her name is Joanne. She worked the early morning shift on this day of 9÷16÷2013(should her manager, who SHOULD be reading this, see this). We think her name tag might have abbreviated to «Jojo» or something else, but she was too busy doing her job and those of 3 others, that we couldn’t see it long enough to determine it. We’re simply going off of the name on the receipt. It was very apparent that they were understaffed this morning. Joanne was not only running the counter out front, but was obviously in charge of the drive-thru as well. I’m pretty sure there was only one other in the back arranging orders. However, under pressure and backed up, Joanne never missed a beat. She was extremely polite and very customer service oriented. Truly professional. I’ve had worse experiences in top-notch restaurants. All in all, I would simply drive out to the Valley just to get some Jack in the Box from this particular location, if I should have such a craving or need. Our hopes are that Joanne would become the manager of this location, and be a trainer who could make every location treat their customers this well in due time. Very impressive … very impressive.

I like Jack most of the time, because most locations are fast, friendly, and accurate. This location is really only consistent on the second one. The food quality here meets the standard most Jack franchises have. I am upset they dropped french toast stix as that was kind of a bonding thing with my youngest and I to share those. Instead they have pancakes now. Meh, not a flapjack fan. Inside is mostly clean, have been a little discouraged by how the bathrooms look at times. Overall, if Jack came to visit I think he would have his not happy face on.

Food was alright except for they ran out of sourdough bread for their sourdough jack. Fries were cold so we sent them back and we got hot ones which were good. It’s freezing in here. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and smell of piss.

I just have 3 words for you — MINIFUNNELCAKES !! Oh yeah — the burgers are pretty good for a fast food joint.
