Taco Time

Slooooow. I’m the drive through for 25 minutes. Pull up to order and she asked me to hold on just a sec and didn’t ask for my order again for another 10 mins

Slow. Overpriced. And slow. Did I mention they are slow? Their food is quite bland, and their attitude is always one of not caring. At least that is what has happened over the last few visits. Never again!

I’ve visited this location many times. Food is good for the most part and the service is normal. Today I went in at about 3pm — not busy lunch and looked pretty calm. I stood at the counter and watched soemone at the drive through, one gal making food and another guy frying stuff. The fry guy comes toward the counter — and just walks on by me without a look or a greeting. They were having a meeting in the dining area with the manager and that’s where he went. Then he came back — and again completely ignored me. But went to chat with the gal in the back. I wait a few more seconds and then the drive through guy comes by — and does the same thing — walks right by without noticing me!
So I stood there a bit more and looked over to the «meeting». Still no one seems to notice the gal in the bright green shirt standing at the counter ready to order. Finally I gathered up my purse and left — shaking my head and saying out loud — well, I guess they don’t want my business. STILL no one stops me or says a thing. As I am getting in my car I see two of the workers looking out the window at me and then one looks to the other and SHRUGS! Really? They couldn’t figure out why I left.
With all the choices out there, why would i give my money to these people. And in the future I won’t.

This is my favorite Taco Time location in the Spokane area, the food seems to be at its best and the staff they have working there are really customer friendly and the food is really good, I only wish they would come down to Walla Walla.
