I was able to try a sample at Maytoberfest. They were offering a Chicken Yakisoba with a slaw. The guys running the truck were great and friendly. I was really excited when they were describing what they would be serving I REALLY wanted to like it. The problem was the noodles. They were the consistency of over-cooked spaghetti. For me Yakisoba is al-dente, dense, chewy with a bit of crispiness from the pan. The slaw over it was very citrus-y. I think if the soba noodles were cooked better and there was some teriyaki sauce that the slaw would have done a good job of lightening it up. Unfortunately, it just ended up tasting like spaghetti with lime juice all over. I’m hoping to check out the tacos sometime. to see what that’s about but they gotta step up their noodle game.

On Sunday my wife and our friends went to the food truck gathering in CDA. We were a bit disappointed that only 6 trucks showed up. the Meltz truck had what looked like about an hour wait(we should have waited) !!! So we decided to try the 3Ninjas truck what a MISTAKE !!! It was only 2:00 and they told us they were out of all rice and noddle bowls. The ladies ordered the wraps and we ordered the fish tacos. The wraps were fair at best. The tacos were horrid the special tortillas were cold with no flavor !!! The solontro cabbage slaw had no solontro !!! The sauce WHAT there was none that I could find !!! The salsa tasted like any you could get at any average Mexican restaurant !!! The Mahi Mahi fish well there was some but OVER battered with ZERO flavor !!! $ 8 for Wraps $ 11 for the fish tacos Any way ya look at it $ 40 wasted Should have just gone to Atilonos and got 10 times better food for ½ the cost of these guys !!! Just cuz ya hava food truck doesn’t mean ya know how to prepare GOOD much less poor food … NEED I SAYMORE L8ter on 4 these guys

I have to say their food does not disappoint! We tried their Thai tofu tacos and one of the chicken rice bowls, they were both delicious, super fresh and flavorful and the guys are really friendly to boot! Seriously, check them out, you won’t regret it!
