Awesome customer service! It can get complicated ordering with all the options at fat burger but the gentleman that helped me today was great! Thanks so much for the awesome customer service :-)

Love the burgers. I always get them loaded with everything. Been here several times. Fries are also good. Stop by for lunch once in a while, aways had a good experience. Better than any other fast food burger joints. Always nicely stacked and evenly spread ingredients. Not sloppy with one pickle slice hanging off the side. They also never put ketchup in the burger. Because ketchup doesn’t belong in a burger. Other gourmet burger places have bigger burgers for a little less. But then on the other hand I’d rather pay the price than sacrifice quality. Keep up the quality, I’ll be back.

First time here, I ordered just a burger combo, was a little over 12 $. Food came hot and fresh. I think the beef they use is pretty lean which is nice, although the burger can crumble apart easier. I liked the fries… actually they taste like burger kings fries to be honest. Burger was overall good but a little bland and left me wondering what all the hype was. Not sure if id go back just because its a little expensive for fast food.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Staff came around to see if we needed anything else. I had the veggie burger(first one ever) and it was good.

Dirty. Not busy and no clean tables. Garbage can over flowing. Bathrooms disgusting. Slow to get food.

Haven’t been to Fat Burger in years, should have skipped it. Way over priced for the quality you receive. I paid $ 11 for a burger and fries. The burger was absolutely nothing special and the fries were bland and flavorless without a grain of salt. Brought them home and the birds won’t even eat them. Won’t ever go back.

The servers are friendly and upbeat here, very positive and fun. The selection here is pretty amazing. You can have just about anything imaginable between the buns, and for those a little worried about calories(although maybe you should not be at a Fatburger if you are, but I digress) they have turkey burgers as well. The place is really clean, and pretty comfortable seating arrangement. It’s a nice place to hang out. Downside now. The price is really high, especially since this is just a fast food burger. Also, the buns are dry and kinda bland. Burger itself is just OK. Some people complained of them being overseasoned, so maybe they are over compensating the other direction now. Also, we got chili cheese fries that were underwhelming. Chili was meh, and they dumped everything on top of fries and used grated cheddar instead of cheese sauce. Just didn’t mix well and just poorly done. This experience was just not great, especially for a price that is as high as Red Robin. I would concur with another reviewer and say go to Five Guys instead.

My expectation, based on the name only as I have never heard of this place, was a large juicy hand formed patty. I ordered the medium with everything on it. When my burger was delivered to my table, I could barely see any meat under all the shredded iceberg lettuce. After one bite I was assaulted by the sweet relish flavor dominating my taste buds. I walked up to the cash register to verify if I had failed to read correctly what«everything» identified. It said relish not sweet relish. I had them remake my sandwich without the relish. While my family is eating their burgers, my husband dealt with the relish but I scraped it off for my 10 year old, I read that the original store was started in 1952. I wonder if sweet relish was popular then because I know no-one who likes it today. The bun was poor quality, I had bites with no burger meat at all. Just terribly disappointing. Will not be back. Period.

Overall pretty disappointed. Tried the 1 lb. burger exactly the way it was designed. Patties were over seasoned, and I am a salt lover. I despise the sweet relish and yellow mustard combo. Bun was crumbly and the burger did not eat well end to end at all. Dry. Staff was friendly, although I hate being asked at the counter for promotional stuff. I’d pay big money all day long for a great burger, but this is not it! Try Meltz Burger Bomber in Cda for tasty burger creation!

Crazy over priced for me my wife and 3 kids the order total was $ 58… we can go to Texas Road House for that. Food was hot and made to order. Nothing special. Five Guys is much better all around

Fat burger delivers great burgers, shakes, and onion rings. What makes fat burger’s so great? I think I know. It’s the patty. It’s lightly pressed and thick. This delivers a tender sensation to the palette. Very pleasing. I think I add too many toppings to my burger. The tomato, onion pickles, and lettuce are simply too much. It isn’t needed. It will cover up the flavor of that amazing patty. The shakes are thick and dense. They are hard to suck through a straw. I appreciate that. The onion are big, crispy, and greasy. I appreciate that. Why not five stars? Well, Five Guys has better fries. Sadly. The Cajun fries at Five Guys can’t be beat. However, when I am at Five Guys, I really wish I could have a Fat Burger burger. The burger patty is simply better because of its texture.

Nice clean eatery. Good service but Very over priced and lacking in taste. Probably the smallest least tasty hamburger I have ever had or seen. Should be considered a slider but not for $ 4.00. The fries were plentiful but at $ 2.50 they should be plentiful but were the run of the mill. Have no reason to ever go back.

Best milkshakes ever! Burgers are good… but I agree with everyone else — VERYEXPENSIVE for what you get. $ 31. for my husband, me & my 6 year old. I didn’t even have fries, just a burger & shake. Random sidenote… it was FREEZING in there! It was hot outside(August), but it was really too cold in the restaurant. But, on the service side of things, it was outstanding. Alex & Jade in particular, were extremely refreshing to come across in the fast food business. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and their customers. Wonderful to see! Thank you!

Burgers seem fresh and are made to order. So this is not drive thru or Jimmy Johns fast. They have different size patties to choose from, good toppings you can select and also a turkey burger and veggie burger. The french fries come thin or regular. Onion ring are large and sweet, although they are also a touch oily. The burgers at Fatburger taste very fresh. Service has been great. Place your order at the counter and they will deliver it when it is ready.

Very pricey — a small burger with cheese and bacon, for which you pay extra, a drink, onion rings, fries(the fries were free) — $ 15.72. Not worth it — the onion rings sat in a layer of grease. Only good thing — the patties are not preformed and appear to be made with the order. But I will not return — unless like others have said — the price goes down 20%.

The burgers are really good, but their prices are way out of wack. We had two«Medium» size burgers, fries and drinks, and the total was over $ 21! Bring down the prices by 20%, and I’m all in. This is Spokane, not Los Angeles. It’s too bad the prices are so high, I live a matter of blocks away, but won’t be a regular customer due to the high prices. In the meantime, I’ll stick to Five Guys. If I want to pay $ 21, I’ll go get waited on at Red Robin and be more comfortable. Sorry, Fatburger. Your food is good, but not at this cost.

Ridiculously over priced. Burger patty was hand-formed but completely dry. Had to pay $ 1 extra for single slice of American cheese to be added. Bland food, runny shake. Staff got half the order wrong. Friends in LA love this place, but Spokane must be doing it wrong.

I completely agree with the previous posts. My burger was good but nothing special. The food was served hot(made to order) and the employees were all very friendly. In the future, I will be going back to Five Guys.

Saw that this new Fatburger store was open and decided to give it a try. Looking at the menu you would think they only sell single burgers. You can add patties but nowhere does it give you the add on cost. In addition the single burger is pretty expensive @ $ 4.99 and that does not include cheese. That will cost another $.99. Add a medium soda for $ 1.99 and you’ve got yourself an expensive meal. The burger was good but nothing to write home about. The burger was fairly large and the trimmings were of good quality. I just think for a quality burger I would stick with my personal favorite, 5 Guys. Btw, Fatburger also sells shakes but they are not on the menu. Cost and quality are unknown.
