Limited selection, high prices. Upon paying, employee with short strawberry blonde hair(didn’t catch a name) said loudly«There’s a tip jar.» So terribly presumptuous, horrendous service. Please stop employing people like that.

I had a sausage sandwich for $ 3 that was better than any $ 9 comparable sandwich. Toasted bun and juicy sausage and condiments. You can sit down and dine or the will delivery close hy. Try it out, looks like best deal in town too me.

This is a serve yourself yogurt Shoppe, that you build your own, and sold by the ounce. Plenty of yogurt flavors, and toppings. Place is clean, service, fast and friendly. There is a busy Starbucks next door, which leaves parking a little dicey. Highly recommend.

Tonight’s visit was not what I was hoping it to be. After a rough night a concert that was a bust the only thing we wanted was a cold treat. When we arrive at the store there was a little bit of a line nothing to crazy. As we were choosing our flavors the trays were overflowing with melted yogurt and was dripping down the side of the machine to the floor causing it to be sticky. Next was the topping bins that had some serious health code violations. Instead of individual spoons you picked a spoon from the holder in each topping bin, mixing. Toppings as you choose you’re favorites. Which was dangerous considering I am allergic to peanuts and couldn’t choose any toppings because of a fear of what might be in the topping bins. Peanuts could Easily gone into the fruit loop bin. NOTOKAY! Then the boy working at the cash register wasn’t very friendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there via the way the store looked. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this place. Owner/manager might want to make a surprise visit some evening.

Frozen yogurt is always good, and tonight I was completely craving it(plus the boyfriend hadn’t had it before, so I had fun making an extreme sundae, made with really fantastic toppers, with him). The staff was helpful and polite, and all of this would have gotten them 5 stars anyways, but the reason I even bothered to write a review on here was that they told me it was«guess the weight Monday» guess the weight of your food within some amount and it’s free. I’m pretty pathetically bad at weight, but I always know how much my froyo is going to cost-and I jokingly told them as much. Well, the guy made me a deal and said I could guess within a small price range – and they looked genuinely shocked and happy to give me free yogurt. :) I’m silly, but fun people who are willing to play games like that make it a place I’ll go back to.

A-MAZING! This place has some goooood stuff to offer your sweet tooth! Many flavored with Vanilla and Chocolate always available. Cake batter is a flavor that I would have to say is usually available but it can go quick! The staff is very friendly and will make a genuine attempt to engage in light conversation to make you feel at home!

It is so easy to wreck your treat by adding too many conflicting toppings. So I give them a solid 4 for having tasty toppings and tasty flavors of froyo. Please bring back the dulce de leche!

The service is pretty awful, and parking even worse. Plus, it’s not a very quaint place. Kind of dumpy actually. Besides, most frozen yogurt places are basically serving up the same stuff. So if you can’t get the other parts right… what’s the point? I would much rather go somewhere else.

I am going to start positive here. The yogurt was good. Wide variety of flavors and toppings so you can make a sundae for whatever you are feeling. The price is by weight and in comparison to other yogurt shops I thought their prices were great and maybe lower than what I’ve had elsewhere. The service was the major downfall. I never knew it was so difficult to say ‘hi’, ‘please’ and ‘thank you.’ The young lady that helped could have cared much less. There was a few of her friends there and I don’t they paid or she cared. Also, seating was a premium. The set up was a little awkward and it seemed to be a college kid hang out because there were a few younger people there with outside food(McDonalds). I would go back but it would be nice if the staff paid a little more attention.

Warm evening, perfect for a cool treat. This particular FroYo was messy and not replenished. Several of the fresh fruit containers were empty and not clean around the counter.

It can get really busy during the evenings, especially on weekends. Because I am lactose-intolerant, I had their raspberry pomegranate sorbet and it was actually really yummy!!! I wish they had more options of sorbets and were more vegan friendly, but meh — whatever.

Went here last night with my family, love that they have sample cups to try all flavored before you commit, yogurt n toppings great, ringer super friendly nice girl, however parking lot super small shared w a busy Starbucks next dooreft no parking so had to park across division st at the 7eleven n run across this. Or ally wouldn’t be a problem but getting safely across w 3 children sucked! This location is small n crowded but the yogurt n toppings like I said earlier was great but because of fustrations of setup I probably will go to the n. side location next time, can only see going back to this one during summer w no kids as a walk in walk out date night type of thing if I were ready in that area…

I have nothing negative to say about this quiant little downtown yogurt shop! It’s truly amazing in both product and service! Mondays are«guess the weight, get it free» days(within a tenth of an ounce)!

It’s true. One bad experience can seriously alter your perception of an eatery. Case in point: tonight’s visit to Froyo Earth. My girlfriend and I have decided to be vegan for November. Why? Just for the heck of it. So to commemorate the last day of non-veganism, I decided to go to Froyo Earth for a dairy-infused treat. When I pulled the lever to dispense chocolate yogurt, it poured out like runny ice cream that has been sitting on the counter for a couple hours. So I said to the girl behind the counter, «I think your chocolate is runny.» She retorts, «Sometimes it gets like that if it isn’t used for a long time. It will get better in a few seconds.» Okay. So I ask, «Can I start my cup over?» She replies, «Let me see your cup.» I hand it to her. She stares into the chocolate soup and says, «This is normal. Just put some more on top and you’ll be fine.» But I don’t want any more. Awkward. Now, I hate confrontation. I could have stomped a foot and demanded, «This is unacceptable. I WILL start my cup over and you WILL let me.» But I’m mild-mannered. I avoid the plague like confrontation. Yes, that metaphor is reversed in my case because I would rather stare down ebola than have to argue with a 16-year-old counter girl about the viscosity requirements of my froyo. So, what do I do instead? I pay for the choco-soup. Write a negative review on Unilocal. And not go back there again. Vengeance is mine!!! Sigh …

As close to Yogurtland as one can get. Definitely not Pinkberry status. Some yogurt are better than others, plain is alright. The best thing about this place, other than it’s the only froyo place within reasonable distance? It has absolutely amazing hot fudge and tons of toppings. Oh! Be sure to let them know you’re a Gonzaga student, 10% off! Park in the lot, it shares a lot with Sbux which might make finding parking tough. We’ve had to park on the street behind the building a few times.

So what makes it «earth?» As far as I could tell, the toppings were all the same. There was a great variety of flavors, and flavors I’d never seen before. There was a cash discount, nice. Staff was friendly and there were two cashiers, double what I’m used to at a place like this :-) Not a lot of parking — park across the street if needs be and run across.

Taste and then self serve. Lots of fat free choices!!! Terrific new treat spot in town. Wish they had more vegan, fat free, sugar free combined choices, but have had at least one every time. Yum!

Yum! Love the self serve!!! Only complaint is that there are too many amazing flavors to choose from!!! I love how they do their prices by weight, and since you do your own, you can get exactly the amount you want… and did I hear«unlimited toppings???»
