I bought a speaker set from them online. It didn’t work, but no big deal; I mailed it back for an exchange. They called and said the serial number didn’t match. They offered to send the defective speaker back to me. Really??? So that’s how they do business? Ripping people off. Don’t buy any thing from them. Go to Best Buy. They won’t do you like this.

Do not buy anything from these crooks. They sold me a defective Beats headphone and will not give me a refund. They have the audacity to accuse me of returning a different headphone and the serial number did not match. They told me the serial number on the right band is scratched off. It’s all lies. The serial number is actually on the left side by the audio outlet. They don’t even know where the serial number is located. It is obvious that they sold me a refurbished headphone and pawned it off as new.
Don’t ever buy anything from them.

Went to to shop for a Bluetooth speaker and the salesman struggled to link one up for me to compare sounds and would have thought they would have better displays to hear and how each one sounded. after about 10min watching him mess around with them and the headphones I just left. I wasn’t to impressed but maybe it just was the salesman.

Huppin’s is a top-​notch camera store. I was traveling through Spokane on a road trip and needed some help with my camera and these guys were extremely friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed because I have an old camera and wasn’t going to be a big $$ customer for them but this dude James gave me awesome info and attention and hooked up exactly what I needed.

Great place for TV shopping. The show room has plenty of models on display and Huppin’s will deal at very competitive prices. Mike B. was a big help with getting my new TV and when I had a problem with it they handled my exchange without any hassle. I highly recommend giving these guys a visit, there’s no reason to buy online with a shop like this in Spokane’s backyard. They also skip the salesman BS about Monster cables that you get shopping at Best Buy. I’m one happy customer!

Nice new store and great product selection. Knowledgeable staff member helped me select a ~$ 3000 surround sound system. Prices were reasonable compared to online retailers. All was well until… they didn’t have the pieces I paid for in stock. Staff said they would order the next day (Thursday) for a delivery by the next week Wednesday. When the supposed delivery date came and went without a call I contacted the sales rep and was given some excuse about a shipping delay. «No problem, we expect it in by Friday» I was told. After Friday came and went I again contacted the sales rep and was again given an excuse. I was given 2 more delivery dates that came and went without as much as a call from the staff to explain. Fed up, I finally went into the store 18 days after the order, still not complete, and canceled the whole thing! This required the assistance of a floor manager who didn’t even bother to inquire if there was a problem or anything he could do to help. I’ll definitely be using Huppin’s again for their knowledgeable staff and to demo the gear they have in their showroom, but I’ll take my dollars elsewhere.

Went in today to check on a few things. Have not been there for awhile and thought things might change. NOPE. Status quo. Sales guy met me at the door with hands in his pockets. Later he scratches his crotch right front if me. Well I have seen enough of this store, great selection of products, good inventory, but the sales people have not changed. Not professional, not happy people in general (they should have stayed home). What ever happened to customer service and just being nice to customers. Must be hard to find energetic happy people…

Huppins is the best for DSLR camera needs in Spokane. I purchase all of my equipment there because of their knowledgeable staff and great customer service even though I now live across the state (I used to live in Spokane). When I was about to spend $ 800 on a 10 – 22 Canon lens, I was beginning to have some second thoughts on if it was the right lens for me to be buying. The employee who assisted me was more than helpful. He spent over 30 minutes discussing the lens with me, along with other lenses, and even put one on the same camera body I have to show me what it is capable of. I walked out of the store with the lens and not one regret. I have also purchased my tripod here, which was so sturdy that it held my camera in a 60mph gust wind storm (probably not my brightest idea, but still). They carry quality products for a reasonable price. They will price match too, which is awesome. I’ve also purchased some Yurbuds headphones from here too, which were not only priced $ 20 below the MSRP at the time of purchase, but have been the best headphones I have ever used for running.
