All of the staff here is helpful, friendly, and great at their job. I am a regular customer here and will continue to return. They always help with packing and mailing needs, and often give me advice for sending out packages that saves me money.

Wonderful service today. The Notary Kayla stayed late to provide us service when we called and asked for help with Notary service for a car registration at closing time. We really appreciate the above the normal service. Matthew cut us an extra key as well. Nice people work here, you all should use Postal Annex.

If I need anything mail-​related I will always go to this Postal Annex on Francis. Ellie and Rosie will always help you out. They did a great job with their customer service. I was already fuming from a coming from a «nationally owned chain» to buy a few pieces of paper. They were able to sell me 7 sheets of legal paper. I was in and out of this place in less than 5 minutes. After feeling grumpy from my previous experience from the nationally owened store and stopping in here and getting what I needed and treated how a customer should be treated, I walked out of this place with a smile. Good job ladies, I’ll be back again sometime!
