I usually won’t write a review for a shipping store, but this store in particular deserves credit where credit is due. I went in here recently to print a document from my smartphone. I asked the woman working behind the counter (I believe it was the owner) if they had a WiFi enable printer. She replied no, but you can use our office comp and printer for what you need to print out. At first she stated that it would cost $ 4 to print 2 pages, I thought about it. She saw that I was thinking too hard about it. and stated, ok… how about 15cents per page… and you can use our comp and we’ll print it out. I quickly jumped on the comp and printed what I needed and was done in about 2 minutes. All together about a 5 minute transaction for a whopping 34 cents AND she offered me a piece of cake they had behind the counter because of one of the employees «special day». This is what a mom and pop store should be about. I came in, had a deliemma, she offered the services that they specialize in, had a smile on my face when I left AND offered me food. Overall, a great experience. I will make sure I go out of my way to patronize this Postnet, next time I need to mail, fax, or print something out. This is what every business should be like. They know the importance of taking care of their customers. Thank you PostNet!
