I have never left a review before but our family had such a negative experience dining last night it had to be done. The server was so focused on upselling, she was borderline deceptive. Management more or less argued with me when I questioned the bill and the way upgrades were sold to me without my knowledge of ridiculous prices and he only slightly adjusted my bill which took him 30 minutes. The food was mediocre but not that far away from Skippers, definitely not $ 80 worth for two adults and two children.

Service was slow and it was hard to get our drinks refilled but we had a big party at 6:30. Food was average while prices were high.

We were originally told that the wait time was going to be 35 – 40 minutes, but we kept noticing empty tables that weren’t being filled. We were starting to get irritated. It didn’t look like the best time for RL because they also had signs up stating that their delivery service never showed up so they were unable to sell anything from tonight’s «specials» menu. 25-minutes after checking in we were taken back to a table. We were quite pleased with that, seeing as how it was supposed to be 35 – 40 minutes originally. We met our server, Holly, who was fantastic. She was polite & funny. Throughout the night we also noticed that Holly was a good salesperson, too! The food was very good. I had ordered the salmon, grilled shrimp, & lobster tail. My wife originally ordered steak, but they had none left because of the absent delivery service. She instead ordered chicken fettuccine which she enjoyed. Overall, the experience turned out great. I would certainly visit this location again & recommend others as well.

Good food. I love the rolls but the prices are so expensive I can’t ever afford to go there.

Service not attentive borderline rude. Chowder portion super small for the price. Coconut shrimp overcooked, stuffed mushrooms super greasy. I have never had to give a one star review but here we are.

I will come right out and say this before you read any more of my review; I do not like lobster or shrimp. However this is a hot spot for dinner in North Spokane(where I live) and I frequently enough get invited out to eat at Red Lobster. The staff so far have been on point, friendly, caring and easy to get along with and offer you enough time to order your food and never seem pushy(perhaps frantic during dinner hour but that’s understandable). Fortunately for me(and others who dislike shrimp and lobster) there are other menu options available to eat and they are pretty tasty and I’ve had no real problems with how they are cooked. Things are seasoned well, and nothing appears to be too salty. My favorite dish at the moment is their crispy fish sandwich; a flaky battered cod fillet deep fried to perfection with cheese on a fluffy bun. It is pleasant to eat, the fish fillet is generously large and oftentimes dwarfs the bread it is served on. The fries are decent enough and do not taste like the oil the were fried in. The desserts they have available are super duper rich, not sure if they are made from scratch(or if anything here is made from scratch) but the food is decent enough. I’m not sure if the pricing is fair though, as the prices are about $ 18 at least per person, it’s probably closer to $ 25. I just don’t think the prices are fair for this particular quality. Overall? It’s okay, you could bring your date here and not be embarrassed.

Clam chowder tastes like it was poured out Of a can… Stuffed mushrooms were so small you couldn’t tell what was mushroom, and what was the stuffing. Not impressed this time around.

I love seafood, so i had to try this place for the first time. we waiting about 15 mins to be seated, took about 30 mins after to receive our food but i say it was worth it. I loved the main lobster and jumbo shrimp, my 7oz pepercorn steak was bland and came medium well when i asked it to be medium rare(i didnt even mention this as i probably should have but maybe another time, it was closing soon anyways). Daiman was our server and he was very curteous and friendly, my friend and i enjoyed having him as a server.

I think this restaurant is good but not special. We went there because of the lobsterfest. The food was decent, but everything was the same as in other red lobsters.

So I decided to come for lunch today. What drove me in was a Facebook ad for their new crispy fish sandwich. Sadly it was nothing like the ‘picture’ implied. The roll/bun in the picture was not the same, in fact what I received was simply a grilled and smashed run of the mill cheap hamburger bun. Also the cheese was virtually nonexistent. On the plus side though… It was crispy and hot! The waitstaff/bartender was awesome and we had a great conversation. I’m posting pics of the advertisement and my actual sandwich.(I didn’t have the lettuce or tomato) I will come back, but not for this meal.

My mom and I ate there during the day last week, food was great! At first the server did well, was attentive then as after the meal delivered, she disappeared and when we did as for things she forgot and showed up at the end of the meal with them. We did ask for a box, then she disappeared for close to 15 minutes, I was worried maybe she fell in the back and hurt her ankle, but have no fear I found her gossiping at the front near the register. Delicious fresh food, next time I only go at prime time when they have the best wait staff on. Too bad my mom had this experience for her first Red Lobster experience.

What do I mean by 2 stars? Well, let me see. Wait staff: super nice, attentive to our needs. Ambiance: clean, nicely lit, attractive. Food: variable. Cheese biscuits very nice, freshly prepared, a bit salty for my taste but then I’m a little wierd on the subject of salt. Salmon grilled correctly, not overcooked. Salad crisp and served as requested, with dressing on the side. Catfish– well, that’s another story. We’re all eating like crazy, but when I look up and see how my mom is doing I notice she’s cleaned up everything but the catfish. How is it, I ask? All I get is «Well, I don’t really care for it». Oh-oh, I’m not getting the full story. She never complains. My mom’s friend reaches over and tries it. She made up her face. «Not fresh at all», she says. «Not quite spoiled, but…» OK, that explains the two stars. More attention to freshness of fish would get these long-time customers to come back.

Food is smothered in butter. They even forgot to put potatoes in the dish. Dressing on the side??? We asked for that! Nice environment but the food is mediocre. Spend that money elsewhere.

Attentive and friendly service staff. Good lighting at the tables, dimly lit walkways. Makes the table feel isolated and cozy from neighboring tables. Seasonal music play playing overhead loud enough to mask neighboring conversations, but not loud enough to disturb your conversation. Meal portions are very generous, and taste is exactly what I wanted, and expected.

Disgusting! My brother paid $ 50 for our lunch and we both hated what we got. The Broiled Scallops were actually boiled in greasy water. The Shrimp Scampi was just shrimp fried in butter, no hint of garlic or lemon. My broccoli was also overdone. My brothers hamburger was dry and tasteless. My first experience with Red Lobster in Spokane and it will definately will be the last.

Three stars! Good location, good food(served warm), nice atmosphere. Music is not too loud and warm inviting interior. I had the shrimp and chips lunch special. Fries are like homemade with skins still on. Shrimp was a little small. Service was horrendous. Our salads where brought to us without silverware or napkins. Took 20 min for our main course to be delivered after our appetizers where brought. We never got a request to refill watered down soda. All and all only three stars!

Quantity does not equal quality. We came for the Endless Shrimp and were not disappointed in the never ending quantity. Service was 4.5 by waitperson Kaley, who promptly took our drink orders and took care of the free appetizer coupon we presented. She checked several times on our cheese biscuits basket, kept the tea glass filled and made sure that our shrimp selections arrived near seamlessly between servings. Now the quality of said shrimp was another story. Between us, we had the following, some more than once. Garlic Scampi: lacked garlic flavor and was swimming in butter, as these pinky finger sized shrimp were probably flash heated in a convection oven or quick broiled, with each successive order coming out with less browning touches. Parmesan Shrimp: like butter baked shrimp, topped generously with fine, grated parmesan cheese Coconut shrimp: too sweet, piña colada sauce weak but at least the coating was crunchy in both the appetizer and entrée Sriracha Shrimp: skewered, grilled, and drizzled with sriracha sauce. I squeezed a lemon wedge over it to add depth in flavor and to cut the heat a bit. We both had a fresh garden salad with an okay blueberry vinaigrette. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were moist and tender. Outstanding service. However, our menu choices today only filled our bellies and left the palate wanting more.

It’s red lobster guys… You can’t expect all that much. It’s a chain restaurant. What I can say is that this is good food for a red lobster They do need to improve the fried seafood… Like the fried clams and shrimp. There’s too much breading and you can’t really taste what’s inside. Near the thing is that all the shrimp dishes putting much taste the same… And everything is usually over seasoned… Especially with salt. Staff was great and super friendly… The restaurant is clean and newer. I only give it three stars because it’s typical chain food…

Horrendous service by an overly loud-mouthed male server, coupled with mediocre food, pretty much sums up our experience. The green bean starter was foul and the main entrees(albeit edible) took 45 minutes to arrive. Overall, this Red Lobster location was very disappointing. It has been officially added to our Never-Try-That-Place-Again List! Sigh…
