Absolutely a joke. They can’t seem to return calls or voicemessages/emails. They never actually answer their phone. They are one of the most expensive repair shops in town seriously quoted me 719.00 for a new top deck for a 2009 MacBook pro which is a lid and LCD. The part is 125.00WITHLCD on amazon and an easy install but I was curious. I could by an entirely newer and faster machine for that seriously. They’re on CL. all the time. The part and labor markup was more than the machine was worth. Apple who is also expensive quoted me half that but did it myself for 179.99 with free shipping and it took one and a half very easy hours to do it all. Highly recommend not going here whatsoever. There’s a few Mac techs in Spokane that are far cheaper and have 20+ years experience. The name escapes me but its fas-something. Maybe Fastpc or fasmac I dunno he’s great and has TONS of references and backs all his work. Fast-Tech! That’s it. Looking k on FB you’ll find himche hooked mybwife up and has TONS of references. We’ll definitely be going back. Ibdint mind a fair price but to be scammed??? Yeah no thanks.

DONOTTAKEYOURBROKENPHONEHERE! I brought in my sons phone to have the LED lights fixed– I left with a phone that is more broken than it was when I brought it in. I now have a huge crack on the back that they are blaming broke in my pocket on my way to my house! They never accept blame that MAYBE it could have been dropped in their shop! Horrible customer service as I called as soon as I got it home. NOONE even called me back. I had to call them again to discuss how it must have broke in my pocket??? I own a business in Spokane and knowing that the Customer is always right, would have helped tack down how the phone got broke. Even offer to pull the cameras or??? All I got was that I broke my own phone. Do not go here, you will be disappointed!

reasonable service. but BEWARE, they do install off site MONITORING on your computer. I was shocked when i found it and was told when i called that«Apple does it too». i looked and found that option was not in use on my computer as i had not accepted it. was also told to check my contract for service as it states«we are monitoring your computer for its health» … arghhh.

Poor customer service. They say they are open until 4:30pm. That usually means the doors will lock at that time. I took off work early to have them look at my Iphone. I got there at 4:20 and the doors were locked already, even though there were still customers in the store and a women at the sales desk. She finally let me in after a couple minutes and said they were closed and to come back tomorrow. She would not even look at my phone, let me leave it so someone could look at it the next day, or take my number. Lost a customer for life folks! Customer service rules in this day and age. I posted this review over at WKA innovations page and thought I should also post it here. Strong solutions is a great place to get your computer worked on. Here is a little back story about how I discovered them. I recently moved back to spokane and during the move my iMac was damaged. My insurance company recommended that I take it to WKA innovations. At the time I didn’t know that WKA was not an authorized Mac repair shop. So a month later after they replaced the hard drive, cd drive, stand and cleaned the computer I got it home and realized that the fan was super loud. Like a vacuum cleaner. I chalked it up to a bigger hard drive running hotter. There was also a new program installed to run the fan. I messed around with it and it wouldn’t work the fan was still going crazy. I also noticed that there was still dirt inside the screen and the«new» stand had a horrific piece of profanity attached to the back.(It was a WKA sticker) I attempted to remove that nastiness and saw another sticker below it. The WKA sticker was placed on top to hide it. Basically I paid for a new stand and got a used/horribly refurbished one. This is where I started to really question why the fan was running so fast and obnoxiously loud. So my iMac and I took a road trip to the apple store downtown Spokane to see what was going on. To my surprise the iMac didn’t have a temp sensor installed on the hard drive. Both of these were supposedly replaced by WKA. Not only that but a third party drive was installed and apple would no longer be able to work on my computer, however they did recommend that I vista Strong Solutions and see if they could help me out. …Unfortunately the iMac and I needed to pay the WKA place another visit to find out why there was no temp sensor installed. I was told that the temp sensor was in fact installed in the correct spot and that apple was only trying to get me to spend more money. I was also told that this is how it is and that apple most likely messed it up with a firmware update. So on the iMac and I go to a little heavenly place for Apple products that have been abused by businesses like WKA called Strong Solutions. Within 24 hours of dropping off my computer I got a phone call stating that… you guessed it. No temp sensor installed on the hard drive. After another 24 hours, my computer works great and I can actually tolerate writing a paper without earplugs in. To sum things up I am actually very grateful for WKA. If it wasn’t for your overall unprofessional, dirty, and insulting business I would have never discovered the people at well trained and professional people at Strong Solutions. So, to sum it all up, Strong Solutions might be a little more expensive but at least you get a product back the way the manufacture intended it to be.

Super relieved to find Strong Solutions while traveling with a laptop that went kaput. My computer wound up being old enough that it was not worth repairing, but they gave it a good shot, spelled out my options objectively and put no pressure on me to replace it. I chose that route, and they were terrific transferring the data quickly from my old computer that would no longer turn on. I felt very well cared for, and in a timely manner, which was a priority under my circumstances. I wish they were in my area!

Love these guys! Great staff, support, customer service — plus I am happy to support my LOCAL authorized mac dealer — - they honor your apple care & hardware warrantees & they smile & say hello when you walk in, unlike that hipster infested downtown box. Was able to use my education discount & love what they are about. I would absolutely recommend them!

Customer service is amazing as all I had to do was bring in my defunct Mac power adapter and wait for Kevin to call. Free shipping and received in less than 24 hours as a part of Apple’s free replacement power adapters program. Kevin did all the work for me to have a working charger for my beloved macBook. I know you like going to the Apple retail store but why not support a local business? They are an authorized Apple dealer and can handle most, if not all, of your MacBook questions and concerns. They do not dabble in iPhone-ery though but was more than happy to offer suggestions.

Avoid this place! Not only are they overpriced but the service is terrible. Just to diagnose a problem it will cost you $ 49, the Apply store will do it for free — go to the Apple store! I had a hard drive replaced there and while JD did it correctly, he put an older version of the operating system on the new hardrive, which meant that NOTHING from my external hard drive would transfer over. I called Strong Solutions for help(since they caused the problem) and never heard back! Like I said, poor customer service. When I didn’t hear back from Strong Solutions, I went to the Apple store on Main and they updated the operating system on the new hard drive for free! Then they helped me transfer all my information, again for free! Go to the Apply store and avoid the headache otherwise known as Strong Solutions.

Strong Solutions is the only place I would do ANYTHING related to my Mac products. JD continues to impress me with his great customer service and amazing knowledge. I have sent all my family and friends to him and they have all been just as impressed as I am!
