Applebee’s

I have no idea why I gave this one star. If you could give negative stars this would be a –4. Let’s break this down… If you’re looking for a place to sit for 15 minutes before you get them to take your drink order then this is your spot! If you’d like to wait an additional 10 to get your drink then this is your spot. If you’d like to wait another 10 to get your menus and then have to wait 10 more nod only get service after you catch one of the 4 managers walking by… Then this is your spot. No excuses — 20 total people in the place eating (should have been a clue) and the staff to patron ratio was 1 staff per 2 customers. How do you manage to screw service up? I ask the waiter what the deal was with all the staff on deck and no service? His reply was «some are in training». My reply to him, «how about some on the job training»? Do I need to show you more then once how to pour ice tea?
Pathetic ! Worst service and restaurant ever? Not certain but if it’s not number 1 on the list it’s certainly in the top 5.
It’s Applebee’s for goodness sake, at let’s live up to the average standards set at Applebee’s nationwide. We come to you because we know we will get consistent average everything.

This is possibly the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever gone to. You will come out better going to your local grocer, buying a $ 4 Applebee’s microwave dinner and staying home. I promise you the quality of food is the same. Not only was the food not good but they were out of have of the side items and a couple of appetizers.
I ordered A 9 ounce ribeye which was a 7 oz and less than half of another one. I’m assuming they were out of steaks as well for them to piece together 9 oz of meat. Over all terrible quality of the food they did have on hand. The server was so so. Very slow even though were were 1 of 3 customers in the business.
Diners beware this place is terrible!

Ate alone at bar. Took bar tender 10 – 15 mins just to take my drink order. Dropped thing to measure alcohol into drink and continued to use it. Didnt wipe down counter.

The Pub Pretzels and Beer Cheese Dip are to die for! Not really on the diet menu but ohhhh so good! Service is usually great and if they have any slowdowns in the kitchen, which is rare but does happen sometimes, our server always keeps us updated and I really appreciate that.

This place was great! The food quality was outstanding and the server was very personable!!! Definitely try this place out.

My Wife and I have been to this Applebee’s 3 or 4 times and every time the service is poor and the food is even worse. Spend the few extra bucks and go to O’Charley’s instead.

I completely disagree with the last reviewer. I have never seen better service at a place like this, and being a former server at a high end restaurant, I am hard to please. The host was as welcoming as I’ve ever seen, our server John was hilarious and attentive, and the food came out steaming hot and very good. Plus, the Bahama Mama I ordered was only $ 3.50 and very delicious. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed and will be back often.
