Rude teenagers, rude manager, terrible place to take your childern, go to Baskin Robbins much classier never will go to this location again.

My gripe is this: I’ve been to the Dairy Queen in Spring Hill several times. They mail out coupons to your house if you live nearby. Tried to use a coupon. Was not refused. Drive away and find that while they took the coupon, they did not honor it, and instead substituted a different discount that is in their favor, without telling you of the change in terms. So you end up spending a buck or buck and half more than you intended. Rough example, a coupon says buy one get one free and instead they apply some sort of generic $ 1.00 off item on the receipt.
I have problem with a store not honoring a coupon. We all know it’s not a sure thing (up to each store). But have the decency to tell us you don’t honor it, but XXXXX is what you’ll do instead. I know, it’s only a little more than a buck, but it’s the principle of the matter.
I watched them like a hawk about a month later and darn if it didn’t happen again (different item and different coupon type). I called corporate, got into and email conversation, took several reminders over 2 months, finally the general manager called and left terse message, I returned their call with the details and never heard back from that call. I simply wanted to know if this is what to expect every time and/​or if they will investigate and make them start telling customers of the change in the discount terms. It’s been weeks. So it feels like they don’t give a darn and apparently condone the policy.

Unilocal won’t let me give zero stars, so they get 1 star by grace of Unilocal... I have been here several times since they opened this year at different times of the day & night, Hoping they would get their act together… No such luck. I have never been here when a table was clean, except for the time my wife asked for a cleaning towel & she cleaned every table in the side seating area. The food & ice cream takes over 5 minutes to get once ordered… How long does it take to pour a chocolate sundae? & if you get food. 10+ minutes. Love me some DQ but I won’t be back here again.

All around bad service and the food was cold i was just disappointed all around with my experience

Went here for lunch had to wait over 30 minutes for food. They gave our lunch to the wrong table. We were going to get ice cream too but decide to go next door to Baskin Robins

Hopefully it was just a bad night, but we’ll be going next door to Baskin-​Robbins next time. We ordered two soft serve cones and two sundaes. How long do you think that should take, maybe five minutes? It took over 20 minutes! The drive through seemed like it may have been moving, but if you walk into this location and see other customers standing in the lobby holding order numbers, either run or I hope you brought a book.

DQ is a rare fast food restaurant offering both ice cream and different types of burgers, chicken and hot sandwiches. I’ve never had a bad experience and the only issue you could have here is getting tired of eating the food.
I’ve gotten multiple drive thru orders and not once has my order been messed up. The service is excellent and I can’t think of one thing about DQ that takes away from the experience.

I am a huge Dairy Queen fan and I was super excited when I heard that one was opening right down the road from my house. Since it has opened, my Wife and I have gone here at least six or seven times. Every time the staff was super nice and our order was correct. We will be going back many many more times!
