Beer and wings, and a hundred televisions displaying an alma mater, a last second catch or game winning goal. This is the epitome of Buffalo Wild Wings: Beer, Games and Finger Foods. Don’t expect much more than your run of the mill sports bar, and as for the food, does this really matter in the final minute of overtime? I’ve tried a multitude of food here, and none have stood out above fast food. The wings are decent enough with a large selection of sauces to pile on. The service is great, although don’t expect much on a Sunday in October or Saturday during Nextel. I don’t come here to chow down on high classè food or expect service to be spectacular on Football Sunday. I come here to drink, watch the game and head home. The food is a «sobering» additive when you’re leaving in an hour. It’s a good spot to sit, scream and yell at a TV with your friends, not a sit down and enjoy food. I’d file this as a sports bar with edible(sort of) food.

We had the most ridiculous experience here on Saturday night. We arrived at 9:40-ish. It wasn’t busy at all. It took at least 10 minutes for our server to greet us and get our drink order. We ordered food at the same time so, it’s around 10:00. We ordered 5 boneless wings and a chicken quesadilla. My husband didn’t get his beer til 15 minutes after that. When we received our waters, we asked for straws and our server did not bring us any throughout the whole time we were there. Around 10:35 we finally receive our food order. We have been to BWW many times on BUSY nights and have received our food order consisting of 30 wings and large fries usually within 10 – 15 minutes. I was totally blown away by how slow it was for such a non busy night. Our server was inattentive, he probably forgot to ring in our order, he didn’t keep up updated about the status. And when we asked for the bill it took about 15 minute to receive, pay, and receive the receipt. It was just exceptionally slow service for so little food.

Overall service was horrible! The chicken wrap was so nasty! Never will I order this item again. Wings were brought out and no sauce or vegetables were received, had to ask our server multiple times for these items that eventually got brought to us by us asking another server. Manager came over and apologized but then she completely forgot what she had originally told us regarding our bills. Simply all I can say is this place needs alot of improvement on wait staff, customer service, and the quality of food being served.

Food is very mediocre. Service is horrid. Atmosphere is sports central with t.v.‘s galore. The surprising thing is the prices, really high. It’s like they think the food is really good, it’s not! I don’t know how they stay in business with those exorbitant prices. We do have a great new sports bar named«Jonathan’s» next to the new movie theater. It’s much better and has good happy hour deals. Also, it too has more televisions than a Best Buy !! Went back for more and it still just sucks ! Bartenders are the worst. 2″ head on draft beer and they refuse to put less, said its company policy. Who cares what the actual customer wants ?? Not Buffalo Wild Wings.!! Avoid this amateur operation at all costs!

I remember when this BWW first opened up and it was great. We were seated and it took our server 20 mins to take our drink order. We ordered our food and waited an hour and still didn’t get it. We ended up leaving and their excuse was that there was a party that was being served. Honestly, if you can’t handle a party then don’t allow that many people to eat at one table. It was absolutely ridiculous. Our waitress didn’t apologize for it either. I was extremely disappointed. Never coming here again. If I could give this place no stars I would.

I used to work at BWW and let me just say I know what it’s like to have a crappy night as a server but I think 8 out of 10 times the service is horrible. First of all 15 minutes to come take a drink order then rude, dismissive, and a complete disregard for customer service. Then we tell the manager on duty and he laughs and smiles and says okay. Yeah if you like terrible customer service and management and an I don’t care attitude then this is definitely the place for you.

I visited here with a business associate one Friday for lunch. It’s a loud, rowdy kind of place, even on a weekday at 11am. Our server was heavily tattooed and pierced and maybe suffering from some kind of heavy metal contamination because he struggled remembering what to write down on his notepad in real time as we explained what we wanted. But he was polite and friendly and kept the ice water coming when it was required. My colleague ordered hot wings and I ordered fish tacos. We also got the stuffed jalapeño poppers, which were excellent. The sauce they bring with it really converted them from that typical, frozen side dish you can get in any supermarket to something interesting. My fish tacos were great-larger than I would have dreamed. My friend devoured his wings. The environment isn’t exactly what I would choose for place to frequent while sober, but I found my experience to be consistent with what was promised.

The service is not very good. The chicken on my crispy chicken salad was cold. My husband shared his crispy chicken sandwich with me and it was good. It’s too loud and a ton of little kids running around. Not our idea of a nice unch.

Food is good but service is horrible. I paid with a 50 dollar bill and my waitress didn’t bring me any change back. When I asked for my change she just ignored me and carried on her duties.

Saturday May 2nd, Tony and I stopped for late lunch after taking a drive through the country. We love to just go out and drive. and stop for lunch. We love Buffalo Wild Wings, it is our favorite place to eat. This location is rather large. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very nice and friendly but she had several tables so she was doing her best, Not her fault we had to wait. I ordered the Rib plate with french fries and cole slaw with the Blue Moon BBQ sauce on the ribs… with a soda on the side. Tony went with our usual, Hot Wings 10 traditional with blue cheese and ranch dressing for the dipping sauce. The food was good. The services was a little slow but manageable and the price was so good. I enjoy the BWW Restaurant… it is our favorite for Wings anytime…

I have YET to be disappoint at this location. We went for dinner and drinks last night and not only had a blast but our waiter was amazing and the girl that brings the sauces for taste testing was SUPER helpful. It is nice to have a place to eat where you know you will not be disappointed. The waiter even went out of his way to get my Fuzzy Navel made the way I like it!

Anyone who reads my reviews knows I rate based on a known expectation(i.e. McDonalds burger versus O’Charleys versus Ruth’s Chris) of the type of restaurant. I rate based on the food quality and the service expected. Holy sh*t I just had the worst experience ever at a mid-level restaurant! It took between 5 – 10 min to be asked for drink orders and another 5 – 10 minutes to receive the drinks we ordered. After another 10 minutes we had to flag down our waitress to let her know we were in a hurry and needed to place our order. She offered an incredulous excuse and we placed our order. We received the appetizer(soft pretzels) timely and hot. Unfortunately, the entrees were wrong, all wrong… and late. It would’ve been ok if we weren’t already needing to be in and out… in 90 minutes. Now, we had 15 minutes before we had to leave… and worse yet, another incredulous and indignant excuse from our waitress. So…my 13 yr old and I wound up with one soft pretzel each and no other food. We are at his two hour, baseball practice. My stomach is incessantly growling… I can’t imagine what he’s feeling. Two more notes of interest… The waitress had only one other table to my knowledge AND wanted me to pay for everything… food that wasn’t eaten. To the credit of the GM on duty, he spoke with my partner as we left. I don’t know if anything got resolved… I can’t wait to get food elsewhere, as I won’t be visiting this location again.

I can get cold beer pretty much anywhere and I can make better wings. Been there twice because I thought I had missed something the first time. There won’t be a third time.

I go to this location due to it’s close and the service is always good and food hot and order correct but I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I order Honey BBQ wings it’s like the sauce has been diluted. Like their trying to save money back in the kitchen or something. I see the pictures of the wings and mine are never like this and when I go to the Cool Springs location the wings have SAUCE! Just wondering if anyone else has had same experience.

Great wings, people r very friendly. Beer is expensive!!! much better than hooters… Where beer is crazy expensive, wings r from baby chicken and waitresses r flat as a pita bread. :)

Food not the greatest but to watch games and have a beer is not bad. Servers seem to not want to be there when working.

I have been to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings at least 7 – 9 times. It is one of the few sports bar type places in the Spring Hill area. Most of the time my visits there are pretty good. However sometimes the service has been a bit hit or miss. The wings are pretty good, as well as other dishes they serve. The buffalo chicken wrap is really good too. However for some things the price is a bit too high for what they are. BWW has a great atmosphere if you are a sports fan and playing trivia while you eat can be cool at times too. However being that it has the whole sports bar setup it can get loud. I will probably go back in the future until another good sports bar opens up in Spring Hill. However because of the sketchy service and overpriced items, I am going to have to give it 3 stars. PROS –Tasty wings –Great sports atmosphere –TVs everywhere –Trivia –The Blazin Hot Wing Challenge CONS –Sketchy service –Can get loud –Some things are too pricey

Great service every time Ive been — outside of Maybe the first couple months they were open. Only place in Spring Hill to really hang and have drinks and watch football. Their chili cheese queso and Asian zing wings are sooo good!

I generally like BWW, but this one is not great. Their servers are just awful, I’ve never waited so long for my food at ANY other BWW(at first I chalked it up to it being new & working out the kinks… but come on), it’s really not clean… and I’ve never seen it clean, it’s VERY loud and I think that comes from it’s just wide open design, and the food… is not good. I don’t know why this particular BWW is so bad, but it really is. They seriously need to evaluate the management at this location… I’d say it’s going downhill… but it’s never been uphill. Come on BWW– Spring Hill… get it together!
