Rude waitress(Suzanne) service was awful waited over 25 min for my kids corn bread. Had to ask several times for the same thing and waitress had an attitude. Horrible manners and rushed us out the door before barely getting to eat by bringing ticket. Never offered dessert before ticket… no refills. I will never go back here. After confronting waitress about her rude behavior she became even more rude. Manager shrugged her behavior off and didnt offer to fix anything.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had with consistently below-average food. Complaints about one horrible waitress in particular were shrugged off by supervisors.

It’s your basic a Cracker Barrel with poor service and below average food. I don’t mind Cracker Barrel however this location always has issues. The issues could involve poor service, badly prepared food or running out of food or menu items. You’ll find these problems more often than not. On more than one occasion I’ve ordered food only to have the waitress come back and tell me they’re out. They’ve told my wife they ran out of dressing for the turkey and dressing special or on another time did not tell us they ran out of gravy and served it anyways. I ordered chicken and dumplings and received one piece of chicken and loads of dumplings and vice versa. My wife ordered A Dr Pepper to drink and was served Diet Dr Pepper and when I asked why this tasted bad the waitress said they ran out of Dr Pepper and she thought Diet was better than nothing. My advice, don’t eat here unless all restaurants are booked and even then, waiting 30 minutes may be more beneficial. Pros: It’s Cracker Barrel at any other location Cons: This location is far below average

Horrible service. Food isn’t up to par with other Cracker Barrels I’ve been to. Waitress put the food on the table, and didn’t see her again until we stopped her and asked her for the ticket. Refills, forget it. Then, waited over 15 minutes just to checkout. They have a bunch of slow Chatty Cathies ringing up folks. Not that they chat with the customers… They are just chatting with each other. I’ll never go back. The Cracker Barrel off of HWY96 isn’t too far, and I’ll go there.

Absolute WORST Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to! Food was terrible. Scrambled eggs rubbery and disgusting, had to send bacon back because it was burnt on one end and almost raw on the other. «Replacement» bacon was incinerated. Biscuits were not hot, and flour-crusted on the bottom. Coffee was decent and service was fair. Other than that, the women’s restroom was filthy, and this appeared to be a fairly new Cracker Barrel. Don’t waste your time!

Went for brunch with a couple of coworkers. I had breakfast. The gravy had no taste, fried eggs were fine, muffins were good, sausage and bacon bland. Grits had no flavor at all. Service was fine atmosphere fine. So I asked for some standard condiments in my opinion. Hot sauce and horse radish. All the had was tobasco. Not my favorite. Need to offer condiments like franks and horse radish.

Great food, great service, and great prices. We always get seated quickly and our food comes pretty fast. We usually come here at least 2 – 3 times a month. I love the chicken fried chicken meal!

It’s Cracker Barrel. If you know it, you know why. If you don’t know it, I don’t know why.

I am sitting here writing this review, still waiting for my meal. It has been about 45 minutes. Oh wait now i just got my food and it is not the best either. Also they have no excuse why the food was so late. Even the waitress was talking bad about the staff. People are even sending back their meals. Not coming back here for a while.

The Cracker Barrel at The Crossings in Spring Hill is always consistent. The food is always good, the service efficient and friendly the store well stocked. It’s everything you expect from a Cracker Barrel with the added attraction of being directly opposite a barn and silo that somehow adds to the country charm of the location.

This is by far my least favorite Cracker Barrel! I’ve found a hair and an onion(in the middle of my pancakes… talk about trauma). The experience has entirely put me off of all Cracker Barrels which is a shame… because I used to enjoy them and count on them when traveling for a decent breakfast and cute stuff to buy in their shop.
