I hate writing bad reviews and we love the food here but every single time we have had awful service. We went for lunch today and were not acknowledged for 20 min after being seated. Another 10 min to bring fountain drinks. Food came out in a decent amount of time but that’s ordering 40 min after being there. It doesn’t matter if we go for lunch or dinner, same type of service. We have had multiple servers too so I’m not sure what the problem is? We are basically giving up though… Maybe try a different location?

I have tried time and again to give them a chance but they continually disappoint. This was the hat trick. Bad food, bad service, and a bad wait. Almost an hour wait, led to another 15 minutes of waiting for server. Server had to be reminded 3 times of our drink order which didn’t arrive until after the appetizers. Which showed up at the same time as the entrée. The sides were cold and the steak was one level above raw. After telling them I ordered it medium rare, they tried again and it was still raw and cold in the center. The steak was salty and pretty bad. Basically sizzler /ponderosa bad. Never been more disappointed in a $ 22 steak

Back into the abyss. We had a good experience the last time, so we came back. Mistake! We have had so many bad experiences here and then thought maybe they had worked out their problems, but sadly no. I just love the concept of this place, and want it to be as good as as the cool springs location. It just isn’t. Too bad. Still a crap shoot. Bye, bye Logan’s. We wanted to love you.

It took us 20 minutes for us to ever get to lay eyes on our waitress and another 15 to ever get our drinks. About 10 minutes went by without ever laying eyes on our waitress again and we finally threw in the towel. This place is horrendous.

I’ve lived in Spring Hill ever since this Logan’s opened. We went probably a dozen times the first couple of years and the service and food quality varied from average to good the first 10 times. But the last two times we went were terrible. The staff went from slightly apathetic to severely apathetic and borderline hostile between the next to the last and last visits there. It’s probably been 3 years since that last visit happened! No doubt that whenever this is someone’s «first Logan’s experience» they’ll likely never go to another one. – shame…My guess is the main thing that keeps this one going is the fact that the next door restaurants aren’t extremely better(Fulin’s is by far the best sit-down restaurant in the shopping center by the way). We go to the Franklin location once per month and(though they aren’t perfect) they do a solid job and are friendly. I’d love to patronize my local Logan’s but(from recent reviews) it looks like they still haven’t figured it out. I don’t enjoy writing Negative reviews and my intention behind this one is that it gets noticed(with all the other ones) and the management of the Spring Hill location makes drastic changes to «right the ship» so that I’ll want to go back one day! :)

Ate here 6 times in the last month and a half. Got sick 3 times. Order wrong 2 times. Order and food brought to me using a good pace, not rushed, not waiting, happened once. I see why its not busy. Go somewhere else! Ok gave it one more try, got salad, 3 bites, i see my entrée, being passed around for everyone to touch at the bar, I was the only one eating. Um. Server not bright enough to assume it might be mine. Had the bone in ribeye with baked potato. Tasted pretty good, seasoned fair. So my meal sat for 7 minutes while I woofed down my salad. Just was in the restroom for the 4th in the last two hours. Yep ill again. Do not go here to eat, beer is cold only good thing. Chef has no sense of food timing.

We went in here after a long flight from London. About the only people there. We waited 45 min for our food and it was cold. Don’t waste your time with this restaurant.

For some reason, I believe that an experience at Logan’s roadhouse should be top-quality. But every time my husband and I have gone, it seems like a middle class to low income restaurant. The food has never been outstanding, and a few times has actually been, in my opinion, not worth finishing. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not very memorable.

Good salmon! Two for 14.99 dinners are so worth it. Please see times. Staff is friendly. Salads are average but dressings are homemade. Will try steak next time.

The brand loyalty brought us to the restaurant. The poor customer service by the«could-care-less» manager and his assistant«move slower». Made me start the clock on their«just-here-for-the-paycheck» performance. — Seated at 1:00PM and served one-hour and twenty minutes later. — The grilled chicken salad had the white core as a major portion of the salad. It was obvious that cleaning up between preparation is not important since green peppers were a part of the salad and not a part of the list of ingredients. — The waitress, Amy, could care less about all the white core and green pepper I had laid out of the salad and on to the table. — The tables around the bar seated only by hostess. So, don’t think you’ve just found an easy table. — there are lots of tables open but the manager, assistant manager, hostess staff and table cleaner are too busy eating in the back and sometimes in the front to worry about it.

Horrible service. It took our waiter 20 minutes to even take our order. Drinks went unfilled, the waiter had to be tracked down a few times to get drinks filled, and our food took over an hour to come out. Food quality was great, but the wait and the HORRIBLE service has us never wanting to come back.

Stopped in for a business lunch with 6 people not including myself… we were sat at a bar table to begin with, then had to move to make room. After we were moved, we didnt have a server for 15 minutes(wonderful) and when we DID get a server, we got a new kid. Claimed he was 22 but probably had the iq of a 10 year old. He took our orders, and when the food came, 1 was missing. He claims he «dropped it» but when confronted about it, he owned up to not entering it. Food was good, dont get me wrong. Took forever to get refills, we thought he was brewing the tea himself! But when attempting to split the checks, he didn’t understand… so I ended up paying a $ 95 bill on someone else’s food, even though my food was only $ 21… what really got me was the the manager put him up to lying about the steak that was«dropped»… Logans will no longer be my first choice for out of state business dinners… or even a thought. So much for«southern hospitality»…

Stopped in for a business lunch with 5 colleagues. We were seated quickly. Our waitress took our drink order quickly. She placed a bucket of peanuts and rolls on the table shortly after we were seated. I ordered the lunch salmon. It was just a little over cooked but was still very moist. The rice and broccoli were good with the broccoli being cooked about perfect. Not to mushy, not to hard. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. I would have given them 4 stars but the table was very sticky. I would give them a pass on this because we were just after the lunch rush but we asked three times to have it wiped off with no luck, so we gave up. Other than the sticky table issue the service was very good.

We came here on a Sunday night about 8PM and we asked to be seated in the booth, we were placed in three different booths because every booth we wanted to sit in that station was closed. you’re supposed to get a bucket full of peanuts that you can devour and eat all you want but our bucket was empty and we had to get up ourselves and go get a bucket of peanuts! I think the station we sat at was closed and they didn’t want to mess up the floors I they didn’t bring peanuts to us. part of being there is the joy of dumping the shells on the floor. We both ordered steak, we were waiting for a breadbasket to come we had asked the waitstaff for the breadbasket then we had to ask for water and a drink we wanted to order didn’t come with the extra shot in the little cute rocking chair because they mention everybody steals the rocking chairs so we couldnt get one of the famous drinks they had disappointed in the service the food was three stars the service was two stars probably would never go back

Logan’s use to be an excellent steakhouse however with the changes a few months back it has still not recovered from the fall. Changing what’s not broken has made me dread this place. The steak use to be amazingly tender along with a bountiful salad and great loaded baked potato. If I wasn’t in the mood for steak, the burgers or chicken strips were great. However the steaks(filet mignon) became chewy and stringy like they used a type of meat glue. The burgers are decent and nothing special. The chicken strips are chewy and are filled with gristle. Now I rarely visit Logan’s unless I want a salad and even then it is hit or miss depending on who makes the salad that day. Service is again hit or miss however I have seen an improvement in this area. My advice is to try another restaurant in the area or wait a few months and try again like I do.

I visited this restaurant 2 times(not by my choice) in past 1.5 weeks. The service is slow, painfully slow. It wasn’t busy at all during the second visit either. This has be been an issue at this location since it opened. The food is average at best, the salads are good, but the burgers and steaks leave much to be desired. The only reason this location received 2 stars is the staff was very friendly and professional aside for the lack of attentiveness when it comes to basic table waiting.

This was a terrible experience! I ordered the trio skewers and they were over cooked and didn’t come with the pineapple it said it would. When I asked for it they told me they were out of wooden skewers so I didn’t get pineapple… WTF?! Makes sense to me :/then the grilled mushrooms were gross so I asked for broccoli instead. It was good. The baked potato was good. I don’t think you can mess that up. My husband ordered a steak that was cooked wrong according to the server and she said that she was making them recook. After she brought his aides and my whole dinner. So I had to eat in front of him while he waited for his steak because he didn’t want mine to get cold. When they finally brought his steak it was cooked wrong again.(Undercooked, he asked for medium) so then the manager brought it back to him and said that he wouldn’t charge him for the steak. Our drinks ran out twice. Just not good at all

Went in last night at dinner time and they were busy but was able to sit at the bar and had a great meal and cold beer. Bartender was busy but kept up a good running conversation with everyone. Manager even went behind the bar and said hi to everybody. Thanks for a great steak and potato.

I’ve had good & bad experiences at Logans. Good service, horrible service. Great food, awful food. No wait, hour wait. It’s a crap shoot… If you get a good server the chances of having a good dining experience seem to be greatly increased… but a bad server and you might as well leave. I’d recommend Logans if you have a coupon… but if you don’t… it’s really not worth it. Their food is generally OK, but not for the price. Their drinks are way overpriced and it’s very loud and«bar-like». NOTE: If you have a peanut allergy… STEERCLEAR!!! PEANUTSAREEVERYWHERE!!!
