I had not been to kohls since having my baby. Just left. Shopping carts with baby seats are worthless if you can’t take them in the family restroom. I took the 2 shirts I intended to buy out of the cart, put them on the customer service counter, and started to go in the restroom with the baby when I was accosted by some rude man who told me I couldn’t take the cart in the restroom. I pointed to my unpaid merchandise on the counter, offered to let him look in the cart, and he curtly said not supposed to bring carts in restrooms. I’ve balanced a baby on my leg on the toilet before and it’s not safe. I won’t be shopping at kohls again. Congrats you just lost a work at home attorney building a house as a customer. I can shop at the target next door and take the baby in the cart in the restroom all day long. Same with Kroger, hardware stores, and anywhere that cares to be parent friendly. Bad policy and rude help, Kohls! You’d think you wanted my business.

Love this store! I can find clothes and shoes for the entire family! And good prices… Especially with Kohl’s cash! All employees are nice excluding one that I have encountered so far!
