Marco’s Pizza

Average delivery pizza. Would just rather have Pizza Hut. Orders from a mom and pop pizza joint if I want take out. Delivery took forever, tried to order once off the phone and once online — still was difficult.

I got my other free pizza here on national pizza day and I’m going to tell you their chicken Florentine pizza is to die for!!!

I really enjoyed the service I got. This pizza pie is great. Every thing was fresh and the mixture of tastes was very distinct.

Edit mistake

The franchise offering the steepest competition was Marco’s Pizza. There are two things to I need to disclose up front.
1) I eat Marcos a lot.
They deliver, and I like their pizza so it’s a good combination.
2) I like the owner there.
Bruce does a LOT for the community, so I like to support him where I can. He’s given away a lot of pizzas to a variety of other community events. He also does events with the schools and is just an all around great guy.
The pizza itself I find very good. I order a concoction that someone put me onto a few years back known as the ‘Bob Special’ in our circle of friends. There is speculation on the true combination of ingredients, and there are some bastardized variations of it, but as best I can tell it’s the meat special with mushrooms and jalapenos. Feel free to play around with it as you please and let me know your favorite combo.
The crust is medium in thickness; not as thick as Besta One but thicker than Guido’s. But where the pizza excels is the sauce. It was one of the tastier offerings as far as this foray went. It is rich and extremely tasty and makes the pizza. The ingredients are good as well but they really play second fiddle here. I could eat that sauce on anything probably.
As far as chain pizza places go this is way out at the top for me and it really does compete with some of the top pizzas in the category. This is one of the only places that I allow myself to break my ‘no chain’ rule for, along with Carrabba’s, so hopefully that speaks for what I think of it.

Pizza was delicious. Fresh ingredients and friendly service. Will definitely eat here again.

I have been investigating this store for over a year now. This place has very good food; however, the management needs Major adjustment. The crew is fantastic and friendly. It’s the owner, Bruce Raber. He is extremely disrespectful, especially to his employees. There have been multiple times I have experienced him screaming at his crew while there are customers in the lobby. If he cannot learn to have respect for the people that work for him, he will one day become a very unsuccessful business man, no one will want to work for him. I have spoken to a few of the employees and they have reported that he is constantly screaming at them over everything, even the littlest things. He is the Owner, not the general manager, who really should be running the store. The GM, Adam Halsey, would run the store much better than Bruce. He knows how to talk to people without yelling. BRUCE RABER needs to learn to be respectful and understand his employees, or should NOT be in charge of this store, or any at all.

Great pizza fresh ingredients. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I have eaten here a few times. We have had subs, and pizza. The pizza was awesome! LOVED IT. The crust was awesome. The subs are good, and we’ve had them a couple times, and it was just the last time that we ordered the pizza, OMG, it’s awesome. This was the best pizza we had since we moved here. The pizza was a large pizza with up to 5 toppings, and it was only $ 10. Even though they deliver, we’ve never had it delivered, because every time we call they wait for delivery is longer than we want to wait, and we’re normally starving, so we pick up. You can even order online!
