Pizza Hut

I sent the following to Pizza Hut after I ordered one of their deep dish pies about a week ago — make sure you check out the photos!
«I ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza– just regular, nothing extra. The pizza was very lacking in the amount of pepperoni (I have photos), the cheese was also lacking. I went back to your online site an re-​ordered the exact same pie, and as depicted by the animated pepperonis that appear on a MEDIUM pizza I counted 32 pepperonis on your website illustration. Assuming this meant to be a realistic depiction of the product I am purchasing I would expect about 32 pepperonis on MY MEDIUM pizza also! After I had eaten about 3 slices I noticed the pepperonis were lacking in number so I shot a photo and I later counted them– a GENEROUS counting of the pepperonis on the half of pizza left when I took the photo is 5 and a half pepperonis! Going by your web illustration half a medium pizza should have 16 pepperonis! Even if it were close I would not be complaining, but FIVE AND HALF vs 16!!!
Come on, that’s a gyp!

I ordered take out tonight for delivery. Chicken wings fries and chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delivered ice cold and as far as I was concerned inedible. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager in training & she was willing to re deliver the food but I had already eaten so that didn’t help & was not an option. She did give me credit for the amount of the order but I don’t know if I would ever go back.
