Best Pizza in Spring Hill for sure. We no longer order from any other pizza place. They have some very good pasta and the best greek salad!

Disappointing. The pizza crust needed more time in the oven, it wasn’t soggy but it was limp. The cheese, which was congealed by the time it got to me, kinda just sat on top and slid right off instead of nicely melting and sticking to the dough. The taste was ok. The pizza was edible but I wouldn’t order it again. The wings(medium) were not great but good enough, however, I shouldn’t have to pay extra for blue cheese; they were overpriced to begin with.

Best pizza in spring hill! Only place I order from. They are the closest thing to home here in Florida. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. Never been let down here.

I think the pizza is really good, spent my entire life in new york and def miss the pizza and delicious bagels. I think this is the closest to ny pizza, lived in tampa and st pete, and havent found that many places that come close. Have i found good pizza places, absolutly, but for my taste i like this one. I have had a couple soggy ones but 98%of the time they have been delicious, no restaurant is perfect. To avoid the soggines, i ask for it a little on the well done side. Lets face it, if you live in ny nothing is ever going to be better than the pizza place you grew up with and ordered for years,(if your lucky, i was) This is the only pizza place i order from here. Delivery take a little over an hour. Staff has always been friendly to me.

I like their(either style) pizzas and would rate them higher as I think they are the best in town. With that being said, the wife does not — coming from Chicago it’s been REAL hard finding good(let alone great) tasting pizza. She could not stand the fact that they #1 use margarine, not butter on their garlic bread(which we didn’t order cause the gal taking the order told us) and #2 the second time we ordered sicilian style they must coat the bottom of the crust with margarine or some bad tasting oil — which she hated to put it bluntly. First time we ordered reg crust — back home we judge pizza by how it tastes the next day cold — her cheese was awful and to quote her«tastes like plastic» — so one thumbs up and one completely down.

Pizza is always great at this place! Awesome New York style pizza, pasta is great too. There’s no dining in, but who cares when the pizza is great? Bread sticks are good, Stromboli is good, calzones are really good, salads are good, but the pizza is great! I never have to wait more than 15 minutes for my order, sometimes it’s ready in 10. You can tell that the employees like working there, and that means the place will continue to thrive!!! The pizza is great!!!

Im a big fan of village. I’ve been eating here going on 15 years. Very good portion to price ratio. When you order extra cheese they really give you extra cheese. Its a good not to thick not to thin NY style. They also have decent specials.

This is the best pizza in town! Real New York pizza. Very cheesy. Great toppings. Everything is always fresh tasting. Try it you’ll like it.

Village pizza is definitely one of a kind. Although the staff are all sweaty, disgruntled, seemingly overtired people, and the service isn’t the friendliest, the pizza is still pretty good. Definitely on the greasy side, this NY style pizza is often times a little too saucey for my liking. overall I think it’s a good choice in comparison to major pizza chains like Pizza Hut or dominos found in Spring Hill, FL. Don’t let the unpleasant environment scare you away. It’s still a good pie.

Hand tossed thin crust pizza. Tasty oily cheese(my favorite) and tasty sweet sauce. Probably the best pizza in the County, but they charge for that. Bought a large«Special» and a large Extra Cheese everyone loved them cost $ 30.10 picked up myself. They also deliver. Would get 5 stars but they are expensive. When on a budget I go to PJ’s Brick Oven Pizza on Mariner. Almost as good far less expensive, especially when they have their Monday Tuesday take out special.

They really have great pizza, and they have been my favorite. Last few visits I have noticed that they weren’t as busy as usual. Then I found out why. They were highlighted on a local news spot called dirty dining. They were shut down in September due to live and dead cockroaches found in the food prep areas. They had also been cited for the same in June 2012. In December, they had to toss 25 gallons of sauce because of improper storage temps. Sadly, I’m looking for a replacement

Village Pizza on Deltona has been around for a long time in Spring Hill and was recommended by a lot of people(including Mr. Pizza again) so it had to be tried. I liked that they let us order a half cheese/half pepperoni. Very accommodating. We had a meat pizza as well(pictured) as a take out. It’s a thinner crust pizza; very much like a New York style. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get into this pizza. I know that a lot of you love it, and it wasn’t that I didn’t enjoy it. It’s just didn’t do anything to excite me. It was ever so slightly overcooked and the ingredients just didn’t seem as fresh as some of the other pizzas I had. It’s possible that I may have caught them on an off night, but they didn’t quite break into the top 5 and probably wouldn’t be on my rotation as I feel there are better pizzas out there for the style that they do.

I really enjoy Village Pizza because it has the best Sicilian pizza in town. It comes the closest to New York pizza for a Spring Hill pizzeria.

The pizza here was really good. It’s more of a New York style and very tasty. I took away a star because the ignorant girl who takes the orders was unbelievably rude. Had we not been starving, we would have canceled the order. Here’s what happened: I was visiting a friend who has two houses– next door to each other. It’s kind of like a small compound. We place a large order– several pizza’s and appetizers. When we placed the order, we gave the address of house #1. After a few minutes, we decided to move our party to house #2. Remember, this is right next door. When my niece called to check if the driver had already left, she was told that he had not. She then requested that the driver please deliver to the house next door, the«order taker girl» said loudly to someone else, «They don’t know what the f… k they want or where they live.» My niece asked if there would be any problem with this and the ignorant«order taker» said the driver would be there shortly and abruptly hung up. I don’t know who that rude person was but she has turned me off to Village Pizza. What a shame.

Best pizza in town. Perfect crust. Not dry like most others. Comfort food at it’s best :) Edit: The food is still good, but by god, the service has gone to complete SHIT. I can’t even begin to express how bad I have been treated here as of late. I ordered food today before work, was quoted 30 – 45 minutes for a cold sub and a small calzone. The food didn’t even LEAVE the restaurant until an hour after it was ordered(I called to check), and didn’t get to my home(literally 5 minutes from the place at most, in traffic, and catching every red light) until I had to go to work almost an hour and a half later. They didn’t give sauce with the calzone, messed up the ingredients in my sub, the driver just took my whole $ 20 without asking if I needed change(The order wasn’t near $ 20). When we called to complain, and expressed that we wouldn’t be coming here anymore, the girl on the phone just said«ok» and hung up. TERRIBLESERVICE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. If you MUST go here for a good pizza, order way in advance, and avoid speaking to the girls at the counter as much as possible, because they are unbelievably rude.
