Baskin-Robbins

This place is always incredibly clean. They ladies who work the night shift are so sweet and kind. We went in a few minutes till closing and they were so nice about it. I try hard to not be one of those people who go into a place that’s about to close however, one night was an exception and they took it in stride !

Located in a run down shopping center that I drive past all the time and never knew about. I received a coupon for joining the PTA and another parent told me where to go. There was a little confusion on how to use the 2 coupons I was given for buy one cone, get one free. At first the employee would only let me use one even though I pointed out it did not say 1 per visit. Then she told another employee that she did not know how to ring the sale up. Thankfully, the other employee stepped up to help. Unless you are just getting soft serve or plain ice cream, this place adds up at $.99 for adding hot fudge or a tiny spoon of nuts.

Best Service ever, they even help me carry out my cake, cause I had my two girls and they lady offer me to carry the cake to my car. They were really friendly and helpful. Coming back here for sure.

Tasty ice cream and very good service. This location is by far my favorite. They always have my favorite flavored packaged quarts so I’m in and out in no time and the service is with a smile. I showed up late once and they looked closed but they welcomed me in anyways and took good care of me.

Great place for Ice cream especially with the 31 flavors they always have!

Great ice-​cream parlor! Lovely owner is always around and is always so sweet to let me taste first anything i may want to buy! Regular at this place because of the flavor selections and staff as well!

I could care less who is nice or rude here, just gimmie my Pralines n Cream!!! It is sooooooo goood. Along with many other flavors. AHHHH I tried banana nut last night and it was yummmmmy.
Way better than other ice cream places like cold stone who molests your ice cream until there is a melted puddle left. Gross. Baskin Robbins doesn’t play with your ice cream.
My mouth is watering as I am writing this review.

The teen that works there is hilarious! He always makes the Baskin-​Robbins run interesting. He has such a dry sense of humor and always has something to say about the ice cream you’re tasting, or the ice cream he’s making. It oddly makes you feel like a kid again in an old school shoppe, even though I’m older than he is. I dig it.

I had a sweet tooth this evening so I stopped by here to get a single scoop of pistachio ice cream on a sugar cone.
The Ice cream was good and full of pistachios. The service was quick and friendly. I was greeted when and I walked in and told to have a good evening when I left. The place had a nice selection of ice cream cakes and ice cream flavors. The place was clean and well maintained.

Service was slow and ice cream just ok.
I’m not that big into icecream but I guess this is not my favorite.

I was happy to hear about the birthday club and signed up early. When I received my coupons I made a special trip to use the coupons before the expiration date. As I enter with my two children, who by the way, all of us have our birthdays in the same week, and ask if we can use the coupons, I’m told that we cannot. As I had printed our three coupons BR placed my name instead of my daughter’s names on these coupons.
When I contacted the manager, Mr. Joe, at 619−670−9694, he explainsed there was nothing he could do. Then he told me that many people could actually print several copies that have the same name and claim they don’t. Even after I told him that I had made a special trip just for my girls to experience their BR ice cream for the birthdays, he continued to say no, and that I should contact BR Corporate and explain to them the conflict with the print outs all having my name… I have to say I was a little surprised at this manager’s ignorance of treating his clients right and I told him I would not be returning to his store.
