Great place, I’ve been coming here since they open. The staff are friendly and have a warm welcome. The young lady, that cuts my hair, Alica. Does a super job. Thank you. I will be coming back.

I’ve taken my son there about three times. the first time was OK the second two times were horrible one of the hairdressers knew nothing about boys haircuts and my son had to sit through a second hairdresser to fix what the first had made mistakes on. I was never informed before hand that she had no idea what she was doing and was still charged .
On one occasion I got my haircut and the girl cut way too much hair off and it’s extremely uneven on the back.

I’ll attached here a photo and you’ll see why. Not going back here… Unilocal is telling me my review is short so i have to go on. Waited for an hour and a half for my husband’s haircut and to see what has done with his hair made mad. See the picture.

I love this fantastic Sam’s the staff is always so friendly. I love the prices too, when it first opened the cost was 9.99 for a hair cut but they often offer coupons and recently they lowered the price to 4.99 for a hair cut. This is such a great price that I am compelled to tip more generously. This place rocks!!!

I placed a comment and it magically disappeared! Imagine that from a store that doesn’t know how to do anything but ignore customers and are as rude as an «employee» can be. Do not consider this place. Keep driving!

The lady who cut my hair was very nice and did everything I asked her to do. She double checked length with me at every step to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
Price was $ 9.99 even with layering and framing. I got the same thing at the North Park location and had the $ 9. 99 coupon and it ended up being $ 20.
I will be coming back to this location.

I would say that it really depends on who you get here. The person that checked me in was definitely not very friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. Thankfully I got a darling girl named Sierra. She did a great job with my highlights and I would highly recommend her for color. She is sweet and listens to you.

Looooove this place! I’ve gone about 3 times to see Nicole and she out does herself each time! Her cut and coloring is perfect! I got some purple and teal highlights this time around, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She has great tips to make the color last longer and styles too. Totally recommend her to all my friends and family. Thanks Nicole for my beautiful hair!

I went into fantastic sams and got a hair cut by lacey… the cut was great but the shampoo was the best part extra perks! They also clean up your neck line for 5 bucks in between visits

Unfriendly stylist. She gave me bangs and then told me it would look better in a week. Didn’t seem apologetic for messing up. I tipped her anyway, but I’m not coming back.

I came in with my daughter (9) and we both needed trims. I walked out completely satisfied and tipped well because it was deserved! I spent less than $ 20 for the two of us. What more could I ask for? I’m also the daughter of two hair stylists so I hate paying to get my hair done so the price was right. I’ll be back!

WORST PLACE!!! I asked if they could do a kids hair cut nothing fancy and she told me she had never done a kids hair before!!! only 2 people working on day before thanksgiving over an hour wait. they were more busy with there cell phones inbetween customers than helping the kids running around the place. Girl kept asking me if she was doing it right??? WTF I rather pay the 20.00 somewhere else and get it done right then ever go there again
