Always nice to have exceptional service at a subway in your neighborhood! for serving people who are too lazy to make their own sandwiches and salads this place is awesome! Unfortunately I cannot remember the guy’s name but he’s the best service I’ve ever had in a fast food place! I’ll be sure to get his name and report back!

Two people in line before us and they both were complaining. When the manager came out she was wiping her nose with her hand then proceeded to pick up all the salad containers and the soup handles with out washing her hands. Absolutely disgusting. The guy making our sandwich must of had brain diarrhea. He had to ask 2 and 3 times what we wanted on our sandwich. He kept forgetting. Poor guy. Will not return. For those that go, don’t get a salad! Lol

This place has to be the filthiest subway I’ve ever been at. The counter where the sandwiches are prepared is totally gross. I don’t know when it was clean. It wasn’t today. I will never and I mean ever step foot in this subway again. The Manager should be discipline for such a dirty store! Take note general managers in this area. See if you eat at sandwich from this store???

Seriously 30 minutes in line just to orders only 1 person working … Last time I go here not worth the wait for fast food. Never went to a subways and it took that long no wonder this location keeps getting low stars!!!

I just came here to get a sandwich and the man that works here his name is chase. he was very rude to me. I got two sandwiches and I wanted one toasted and I had changed my mind about the other one getting toasted and when I asked to get it toasted his response was«I just asked you and you said no» also I watched him the whole time that he was working on the customer behind me and he was very rude and he does not know how to work under pressure very well and that’s something that he needs to learn especially working in fast food and because of him and his ugly attitude I will not be returning back to this Subway

We live close by so it’s convenient but that is ALL it has going for it. They are so rude and inexperienced! One time we asked for extra meat(even if we had to pay extra) and the guy said«sorry we can’t give extra meat it’s against policy.» then he made our sandwich with 2 slices of turkey and ham. What the hell??? It was the smallest sandwich. But then I figured out why. His girlfriend came in and he stuffed her sandwich with the rest of the turkey and ham. What a douche! I will NEVER eat there again.

Terrible. I’ve lost confidence in this store and perhaps the entire brand. Totally got skimped on the meat and stuck me with the wrong soup. Try putting more than 2 slices in a sandwich. Maybe if you go here take a photo from a commercial cause this store can’t copy what subway advertises. Next time I’ll drive on to the closest Quiznos or other sub shop.

If it were possible to give a place zero stars, that’s how I would rate this subway. And that’s me being generous. My fiancé visited subway today around 3:30 to grab some lunch, and as he went to pay, the heavy set manager/cashier couldn’t tell whether or not his $ 100 bill was legitimate. She went to get a second opinion. My fiancé knew that the bill was in fact legitimate because he had gotten it from the bank yesterday. However the cashier came back to the front of the store, bill in hand, arm flailing in the air shouting«THISIS A COUNTERFEITBILL!!! THISISCOUNTERFEITMONEY!!!» Now, had she quietly told him that she was unsure of its legitimacy because it was an old $ 100 bill, he would have just used his card or given her another bill. However she shouted through the busy subway about how he was trying to pay for his lunch with counterfeit money, quite unprofessional if you ask me. He was angry and shouted back at her, because she intentionally brought negative attention to him for having what she THOUGHT was a fake bill. She needs to learn how to conduct herself in a more professional manner, because she is doing a poor job at representing this subway as a respectable establishment. And even if that bill had been counterfeit, not everyone in possession of counterfeit bills is a criminal, which was how she treated him. He left the subway and went to his union bank across the street to be absolutely positive that his $ 100 bill was legitimate, and they confirmed that it was. So this woman yelled about the store, making a scene for NOREASON. We will NEVER be returning to this subway and we will advise our friends, family, clientele, and coworkers against it as well. Shame on her.

There has been a change in management many times in the lat 2 years and it is doing a lot better. The remodel also helps, it looks to much better and the sandwich making area is a lot longer so more people can be helped at once.

So yes there are some negative reviews of this place but the place has since been remodeled and there are some new faces. I stop in about once to twice a week. There is always a wait as it’s the only Subway in the area. I never mind since the staff is friendly and knows the regulars that stop in by name and what they like on their sandwich. If you want Subway, stop in enjoy a meal it’s what anyone would expect. A good sandwhich for a decent price and there are always specials running.

I picked up a egg white breakfast sandwich here today on my way to work. The place recently opened up for business in the morning. I ordered the 6 inch wheat bread, egg whites with bacon, provolone, tomatoes, and green bell peppers. No sauces as usual with a touch of salt and pepper. I had it heated. The reason I gave this location 2 stars today was that the bread was stale. All around the outside the bread was very stale. The inside was okay, but the staleness pretty much ruined the sandwich. To make matters worse, their coffee machine was broken, so no coffee. I know I can not hold that against them because those things happen. Luckily the service was good and friendly because if it were not, I would of been forced to give them 1 star. I hope they check the freshness of their bread more often. I may of gotten one of the day before batch.

I think the $ 5 idea is a big winner. The workers at this store are always nice. UPDATE: Just had to edit this, to take away a star. This past Friday I stopped by for two $ 5 subs. They rang them up for $ 12.65 total… and according to the employee(name starts with C), he said not all the subs are $ 5. Even though the Subway jingle goes«ANYANYANY…» «Only subs number 1 through 7 are $ 5» he says. Meanwhile up on the menu board, the numbers 1 through 7 are listed around a big fat square that says $ 7 for a meal deal. And on the door is a giant decal that says $ 5 Foot Long… just like it has for months now… So nothing makes sense. So screw Subway for engraving a jingle in my head that goes, «Five dolla… five dolla… five dolla foot long… ANYANYANY five dolla… five dolla… five dolla foot long.» THENTHEYGOANDCHANGEAROUNDALLOFTHEIRPRICING without warning. Even my daughter knows your jingle that is now useless. So I had them re-make the $ 6.75 sub into a version that was $ 5. And then I swear I am not making this up… the employees literally fought over which one of them was going to get to eat my rejected sandwich. Pathetic.

Ever have a «condiment sandwich»? I just did. My daughter called this evening from this location to say she and some friends were eating here and did I want her to bring me anything. She reminded me all the sandwiches were $ 5 each. I really never go to Subway so I asked her to read me some choices from the menu and when she got to «Prime Rib» I said that’s it, get me one of those. She asked what I wanted on it and I said«the works». Figured I I’d eat half and save half for tomorrow lunch. Well, I think I was 10 bites into the thing before I hit the sliver of grey they called Prime Rib! The sandwich tasted fine and was plenty thick(from ”the works”) but I think a vegetarian could order one and not feel they were going against their beliefs. But hey – for $ 5, it was still a deal. Next time I’ll remember its a BYOM(Bring Your Own Meat) party.
