Terrible job 32.00 dollars shot they were done yesterday got up this morning went to cut the grass just a very small area the grass stop to the nail why I think it’s only a polish I didn’t smear but they just did a terrible job never go back

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CHOOSE THIS NAIL SALON! OVERPRICED, unsanitary and rude af! This is by far the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I live 2 minutes away and work 4 doors down so I thought I give them a try. My nails look ridiculous. They still have the pink from my last set under my new French tip and it is noticeable. I’m furious. What’s sad is She would not refund me. And the older lady with a lot of eye liner started to get very aggressive with mE. She was pushing me! Hahaha and threatened to call the police on me!!! I wasn’t ever frickin rude! Never ever ever again. I’ll stick to my 20 dollar lady. At least she does them right. Looks like a monkey did my nails.

Everyone was very nice. I was quickly greeted and helped. There were plenty of employees there and the atmosphere was nice when I got there.
I requested extensive nail art which they said they could do. I sat down at one chair then they moved me to another chair and gave me a new tech. Mid way through her doing my nail another new tech came so I was on person #3 less than 15 minutes in.
The atmosphere was nice when I walked in. Then they turned on all the tv’s to these silly controversial talk shows which I didn’t appreciate. The smell was ok, a bit stronger than I care for in there. Things appeared to be clean.
I got shellac nails and they were pretty good, a bit thick in areas but not terrible.
All in all I won’t go back but it wasn’t a horrible experience.

Wost nail salon i have ever been too in my life, Rose did my nails, i told her to not put alot of acyclic on my nails but she did anyway my nails are so thick they look ridiculous i also asked for square nails and she gave me duck nails (they come out at the tips), she filed the sides of my nail so hard they turned red when i told her it hurt she rolled her eyes and called me a baby, and what upset me the most is she didn’t even paint my nails right (they were patchy) i know wasn’t my nail polish (it was opi and brand new). Overall this place is trash !

I always come here for my eyebrow waxing. That alone deserves 5 stars. Jackie or Tammy usually do them for me and they are the best! I just got word that my current nail salon is moving farther north into the woodlands. Just too far a drive for me. So when Tammy took a look at my nails and strongly suggested a refill, I knew I was due for one. I was a little hesitant to do it here though. I had come here once before for a full set (a few years back) and it wasn’t the best experience. Terrible actually. But lately, I’ve noticed a HUGE change in the salon. I think a lot has to do with the new owner (Tammy) taking over and also having better technicians with lots of experience. Every time I come here I am always greeted with a smile, given great customer service and they are always so patient with my rambunctious son. Taking all of that into consideration, I agreed to have my nails filled. Tonya, was the lovely woman on the job. She was warm and friendly and incredibly talented. She did a beautiful job on my nails! I am very meticulous and picky with my nails and she could read that on me. She took her time and did everything I asked for. I like them short, thin and natural. And boy, she delivered! I was so happy and impressed that I set up a pedicure with her as well. It was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. She took her time and took care of a problem area for me (ingrown) She was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. My toes have never felt or looked better. I can say with total confidence this is my new place! I love the convenience of it being so close to my house and I appreciate how professional and kind Tammy is. Do yourself a favor. Give this place another try. You won’t regret it!

Worst experience Ive EVER had here. The woman who did my eyebrows tonight SCALPED my eyebrows! Furious doesn’t even begin to describe me. The new people are friendly but don’t have nearly the same level of quality. Very disappointing!

I have been a loyal customer of this salon since fall of 2008. Although a little pricey it was always well worth my biweekly trips for my pedicure and crystal nails. In June of this year management changed and so did all the technicians. I can no longer justify spending upwards of $ 60 for nails that are cracking, and peeling after 5 days. and bleeding and sore cuticles they have been ravished by their files. I have given them multiple chances and seen multiple technicians… and the quality is just gone. I just wish someone would tell us where Jennifer went! She and Rose were the best… time to find a new salon home :(
