Impress Nails

Lena and Kim are amazing! They take their time and make sure I am always pleased with my pedi. Reasonable prices and relaxing atmosphere.

I went for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased! I have been to a few shops and I can never find one that shapes my nails the way I want them to but Hoa took her time and did my nails the way I like them… Definitely going back just for Hoa! Place is nice and comfy and they are all friendly.

I have been here many times with numerous members of my family for Pedicures. Just like always they start off great, get comfy and them do a not so hot job.
My LAST and I do mean LAST visit I wanted a Pedicure and Shellac Nail Polish change. I must mention that I did NOT get my nails done there previously. The Shellac job the MAN did was TERRIBLE… He did not soak the Shellac off like he was supposed to — he just GRINDED it off along with my cuticles!!! He cut my nails way back without asking and them tried to make jokes because he could tell I was mad. He also made a comment about me coming late (it was two hours till closing time and they were NOT busy)… Needless to say when I was done my nails looked terrible and my cuticles were bleeding — he had the nerve to try and charge me more for «taking off shellac» — Uhhhh No… Shellac should LAST for at least ²⁄₃ weeks, surprisingly the job he did started peeling in less than a week and 4 nails have broken in less than two weeks!
I know you may say «why didn’t you go back and complain»… The ONLY thing I would have wanted from them is my money back and I knew that wouldn’t happen. I never want them to touch my nails again.
Some of them are nice and pedi’s are decent, but considering everything, I will not be returning.

Great service. Kim is very friendly and she really cared about what I wanted and needed. She took her time to make sure it was done right. First time I had my eyebrows threaded was at the mall and I wasn’t happy. Second time doing it so I came here and I was happy with it. Recommended.

I love impress nails! The staff is very friendly and always remember your name. Lena is the best!
