Whoever the guy with the hideous combover is, is terrible — to avoid using colorful words. I stood at his stupid desk and walked around his isle for 10 minutes without him so much as looking in my general direction. I gave up and walked over to the hardware isle and found a nice man that walked with me back to the combover guy’s desk only to ask combover guy the questions I had, which he answered, only looking and speaking to the hardware man. So, F U, combover idiot. Don’t work at a home improvement store if you can’t have a cent of overall respect towards customers.

Waiting for flooring in stock to be brought down out of the rafters. Unfortunately the stock out is all one«color» and not the one I want. Taking a lot of time, but at least the people are generally friendly.

Customer Service is the worst at this location. Always have lines at check out while employes standing up front continue having conversation with one another instead of cashing out paying customers.

I normally shop here, but today was especially hot & I had just finished loading 3 bags of soil into my car when a lowes employee came ACROSS the parking lot to get my flat bed, whoever you are, THANKYOU!

I needed a new kitchen faucet — and I needed it quick. Somehow I broke the handle on my current one, so I needed to buy a new one right away. Lowe’s was my first stop. If they had what I wanted, they’d be my one and only stop. So many faucets! I knew I needed one that would fit in a one– or three-hole sink(but I only have one hole outlet), so that narrowed my choices. And I wanted one with a pull-out spray handle. Again, that limited what I had to choose from. That in and of itself would have given Lowe’s a 2-star rating. Every one of their faucets that fit in these categories also came with a separate lotion/soap dispenser. Knowing that I could never use that part(it wouldn’t fit in my sink), I was literally paying for something that would sit in the box in the garage or be thrown away. Lowe’s had NO faucets, in fact,(pull-out handle or not) that did not come with that separate lotion/soap dispenser. However, there was a very nice salesman who did give us some advice. We had some questions which were answered clearly and he offered to assist us with anything that we may have needed. Because he was there and willing to help, I’ve bumped up their rating to 3 stars. Hubby and I left Lowe’s with no faucet, because I wasn’t going to spend a chunk of change for something that contained parts that would sit in the box unused.

We visited this store yesterday. We had a basketful of items but when the last item rang up, it was $ 15 more than it had been marked. The product was a mailbox that is screwed in to a shelf with a price tag below it. When we questioned the difference, an employee from hardware came to the register, scanned it with his iPhone, and told us the higher price was correct. He said it had probably been misplaced. When we told him it was screwed in to the display, he indicated that it didn’t matter, the price was the higher one. Needless to say, we asked the cashier to just cancel the basket of items and we left to get everything at Home Depot. There was another employee in Hardware who got us a box from the top shelf who seemed rather irritated with our request. The checker, though, was very pleasant and apologetic. We will not be returning.

This is the Lowe’s I visit most often since it is close to my house. I usually go to Lowe’s as opposed to Home Depot. The employees there seem to be friendlier and more helpful. They have everything you could need for any type of project at this location. They have a huge outdoor section and large supply of plants, materials and landscaping items. This section is where I spend most of my time. I also go there for any type of bolts, screws, nuts and such as they will have whatever I need. This place is easy to get in and out. No huge lines at the check out and staff is very friendly.

This Lowe’s is right by my house. You wont find me there buying anything other than maybe some flowers, seeds, soil or other landscaping/gardening stuff. I leave the hard labor for my brother or whomever wants to do it… which will definitely not be me! Huge store, great selections. I have purchased paint for Lowe’s, which turned out pretty. Their products run from very low to very high end materials. You can make a very beautiful kitchen or a very nice patio. If only I had a person who would work for gum, I would have them build me some stuff! Yeah I would!

I don’t know what it is about Lowe’s in this part of Texas but none of their employees are very happy to be working there. We needed a a piece of wood cut and got a very rude employee who kept complaining how he shouldn’t be helping us because he should be at home. He kept chanting«There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home» and complaining. Then he told us that we had one cut too many and that he should charge us but if we made it worth his while(meaning tip him) that he would do it. Then he took a good 20 minutes to do the cuts. He was slow as molasses and complained the ENTIRE time until we tipped him. SInce when do we have to tip employees to get them to do the job??? We did it to get out of there but will never go back there again. I think Lowe’s needs to train their employees better for customer service.
