My experience was wonderful the first thing that caught my attention was, how clean the environment was and once I went into the restroom while my mom ordered I was amazed on how clean the restroom was. I eat the cheese and ham, bacon and cheese pasteles if you don’t like these they have a variety to choose from and I also eat a few cheese fingers with a coffee. Make sure to try the salsa with the pasteles and cheese fingers. It tops it off. Marco was very friendly and welcoming I liked the fact that he spoke both English and Spanish. Overall I would come back.

Delicious. The cheese fingers are really addictive. Crisp on the outside with a nice slightly salty cheese on the inside – good for breakfast or whenever. The pastels are all good and I have tried every flavor. They are baked and not greasy. The empanadas are really good too. They are fried, but with a delicious crunch and one is big enough for a lunch meal for sure. Stick to the simple fillings so that you know it will all get hot enough(I had one with many ingredients and it still had a few cold spots after reheating). the desserts were just ok. the only drawback may be that the pastels are a little pricey for their size(you need two for breakfast) and it is not super fast — but if you are not in a hurry, you can wait a few minutes while the owner makes them up fresh. He is super nice. The location is odd and easy to miss and his hours are a bit late for the early breakfast crowd, but I hope his business makes it b. c the food is good.

I was only picking up food for somebody as I did not even know it was here. When we walked in we were given a cheese finger to taste while I waited. It was so yummy I ordered some to take home. Our order consisted of only pastels(I had no idea what this was when I arrived) so I can not discuss any of their other products. Realizing what I was ordering I decided to order two for myself. The cream cheese and bacon one… oh my word! I could eat those all day and night. The order I picked up consisted of six different types, not one complaint. The cheese fingers previously mentioned put your typical cheese stick to shame. Imagine doughy goodness with the best melted cheesy heaven and that is what a cheese finger is! The man working was great, he explained there were dough issues with one item, he would try to make the item we wanted but if it was not up to the highest standards he would not want to sell it as it would not be perfect. I appreciated his honesty rather than only making a buck to sell a subpar product. I will be back.

Two stars is a stretch being that this place is all premade frozen imported food. I’ll give credit to a very friendly small business owner for seeming to really nice though. But I won’t be back. The empanadas were awful.

This café is so good!!! Empanadas were amazing, full of flavor, so glad I went in. Their new banner caught my attention! Conveniently located right next door to the Shell station. Stop in while you fill up the tank I promise you won’t be disappointed!

These pastels were unbelievably delicious!!! Small in size, but the flavor profile of each(I sampled two) were HUGE! Had some empanadas before(not here, other establishments) and were not blown away by the flavor; tasted more of the dough than the actual contents. We then were offered cheese fingers which were thicker and shorter than mozzarella cheese sticks, but do not compare in flavor. These cheese fingers were much more flavorful than any cheese stick I have ever had, and that was without any type of dipping sauce to go with it.

My husband and I stopped by to grab a quick bite and we were happy to avoid the long waits that accompany the Sunday brunch crowd. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious, the portions were generous and the service was stellar! If you are in the area, put it on your«Must try» list!

They have been open two months and it is a crime that this is the first time I have been in. The name might be confusing so here is what to expect: incredible food and outstanding service. I had the chicken lasagna with us trying out the cheese fingers, the pizza pastales and the enchilada pastales. The meal started with our pastales. He brought my brother and I one each of the pastales with a garlic sauce and a pepper sauce. The enchilada was spicy but not overly so(with me being spicy sensitive), but when you add the garlic sauce it put it over the top. Next I tried the pizza and honestly thought it was even better originally the the enchilada but again you add the dip and you have a new level. Next were the cheese fingers. I would liken them to cheese sticks but that is an insult. Cheese sticks hope and dream to one day grow up, get rich and become these. The owner calls these the hook and I understand why. You must try these. Next came the chicken lasagna. Very smooth taste. Great taste. It is cooked with a kind of spinach in a white cream sauce and was perfect for the day. The owner waited on us and engaged us with great conversation for our whole lunch. He was very friendly and explained each dish and gave suggestions. You owe it to yourself to come by and try this place. I am going to try every thing on the menu. I know I will.

I love meat pies so their pasteles and empanadas really hit the spot. I had the beef pasteles and cheese empanadas which were both very good. The creamy, salsa blended sauce included pairs really well with them. The yummy food and pleasant owner will have me coming back.

This is a small café with some tables if you want to eat in, but they also offer lasagna, soup, empanadas and desserts to go. I tried their leek empanadas, which were fabulous, beef and navy bean empanadas(also great) and bacon and cream cheese pastries, rich and good, especially if you love bacon. My father can be particular about food but he loved the empanadas I brought him. If you’re in the area, I recommend trying the offerings!
