Popeyes

The chicken is cooked to perfection. You know how sometimes the crust on your chicken is really dark from the oil getting to hot or being old… this chicken s crust was far from it. Perfect and crispy in every way. I throw on some Cajun sparkle which you can ask for at the counter, and voila I have me some Cajun masterpiece. Daryl took me order, very friendly and polite, welcomed me as I came in, and suggested I use some of that Cajun sparkle the next time I BBQ chicken at my house, said that it’s amazing. I was delighted and told him I would have to try that. Now I’m sitting here listening to great zydeco music, all the tables are clean. All the employees are jiving well behind the counter, like they are happy to be here.
Very pleasant experience, especially for fast food.

Manager here sucks. All other employees are nice and note sticklers. If she’s helping you prepare to pay extra for things that should come with the meal.

BIG PRICES little pieces. …this Popeyes is ripoff should have gone to churches. The Red beans is $ 1.99 for half bowl. That come to 50cents a spoonful now that’s pitiful. The chicken I think is pigeon. I noticed a definite lack of birds in the area.

I come to this location a lot because I work 5 mintues away. When i get my food its always hot and good. Luckily my chicken is never dry. Today they did forget to give me my biscuit which upset me a little. I had to go in and get it. Good thing I checked my food.

WARNING — Keep a drink near by at all times.
The chicken was soooo dry It was like chicken jerky. I just ate the crunchy skin off it and threw the chicken away.
Had a chocolate pie. Don’t get one. It’s dry.
Fries were pretty good though. But yeah not joking — dry also.
The whole time I was dehydrating, er I mean eating, the manager was walking around the kitchen at full speed hyping up his employees in a loud voice. To him I say lower your voice, dim down the heat lamps, and stop selling old dry food.
I think they just renovated this store. TV’s are everywhere. Seriously. It’s like Best Buy down the street exploded and all the LCDs landed here.

Worst Popeyes ever. Chicken was hard as a rock and dry. $ 50 to feed an entire family after other plans fell through and ended up throwing most of it away. Will not return to this location but this one gives other Popeyes a bad name.

I had to wait 10 minutes for none spicy chicken, but they threw in some extra fries for my wait.

Disgusted and Disappointed !!! They had us wait over 30 – 40 minutes for our 12 piece order of chicken to cook. Drove home to find out that they gave us scraps of left over chicken, shrimp, and chicken strips that were burnt and cold. I don’t see how the store manager Alex would let something like this happen… he was so unprofessional about the incident and stated it was a «mistake». He made it so obvious they could care less about fixing it ! Food chains like this should be closed down !!!

I don’t eat fried chicken much or fast food for that matter, but for some reason I had a chicken craving on the way home. I should have ignored it! The drive thru employee had zero personality and barely acknowledged I was there except to hold her hand out for payment.
The chicken was spicy and crunchy, but nothing special. The cajun rice lacked flavor. The biscuit was yummy. Overall, I should have just went home and made myself a PB&J. My tummy would probably have appreciated it more.

So much for bonified chicken!
I went into this place for lunch today and when i was walking in i dont know what made me look up but there was a roach moving inside the light. you know the glass that covers the light bulbs well the roach was moving in there trying to get out.
Me and my friend look at each other and we were like ewww should we leave. and i was like man we only have 30 mins if we leave right now we wont be abel to get back to work on time!
So i took my food and left.: (when i got back to work the food wasnt even hot!
