The staff was very nice and super sweet. I purchased the new spicy wingettes. I didn’t receive a receipt but was told to wait about 7 minutes. Which is fine. I love fresh & hot food. So I’ll wait. Pulled to the side of the location as instructed and waited. Got the chicken but not the sauce that supposed to come with it. I was given buffalo sauce without being asked what I wanted. Went in and asked for the sauce that it came with. Waited for them to look for it but they ran out. Which is also fine, I prefer Mardi Gras mustard anyway. Got the sauce and left. Drove home, starving & ready to dig in. Sat at the table, bit into the first piece & it was gummy. I pulled it apart and it was raw. Tried another piece and it was fine. Shrugged it off as one piece that was undercooked. Tried a 3rd wing & it was also raw.

My fist time getting some food here to go and when I got home they forgot to give me one my meals. $ 30 with only $ 20 worth of food is never good. I tried calling their number and it rings as a fax, ghetto.

We just stopped by because the fast food places that were open have very long lines. We noticed Popeyes and it was open for five minutes. A nice man from the back told us to order. The lady that took my order was very friendly and was happy we chose them.

Food quality was consistent with other locations, but the physical location is awkward and customer service was so-so

My boyfriend and I had a taste for some fresh Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken so we decided to meet at this location, since it’s the only one off of 45N near us. We decided to go in and order the family pack that comes with the two large sides and plenty of biscuits. There was nothing Famous about this location! This was my 3rd time giving this location a chance. Once again the service was dreadfully horrible. The lady who comes off like a manager to us acts likes she doesn’t want to fry the chicken or do anything, they were already cleaning at 8:00PM, how disgusting to see the beans and rice scattered and scraped on the counter while the food is being prepared. But whyyyyyyy did I ask for onion rings??? Argh! the onion rings were burned, over-cooked and not flaky and mouth-watering how I use to get them when I was a lil girl with my Dad. My mouth watered because the grease was ozzinggg out of the batter. HORRIBLE! The sad thing is she acted like she didn’t want to make them, if she didn’t know how to make them then she should’ve just said so. Some of the chicken was hard, hot, room temperature, and surely not fresh :(, It was a waste of money… we ended up instead of getting our money back that night. just trashing the food. It was very unhealthy to consume PLEASESAVEYOURCALORIES&GOELSEWHERE or go to the one on Cypresswood.

Not one of my favorite Popeyes locations. It is almost impossible to get into and out of the parking lot during the evenings(rush hours) due to the intersection it is at and the configuration of the parking lot. My last visit will be my last… the service was friendly enough but I had to take back my order TWICE to be corrected. How hard is it to get a 3 piece chicken order right. Anyways, if you just have to have some spicy chicken and don’t want to drive to an easier location to visit, you can make this work… but I don’t recommend it.
