Went thru Drive-​thru and were told «Just a moment» at the speaker– that «moment» took over 10 minutes. The wait at the window was even longer. Asked for a drink carrier and never received one. Inside WHERE FOOD IS PREPARED is disgusting! Hate to write a bad review, but at this point it’s more of a *WARNING*!!

Wow the service is absolutely terrible! The lady was so rude with my mom and I. When I would correct her on an order she would repeat it with an attitude. Also, when I repeated an order so she can hear better because she misheard what I said she replied with «I heard you».
Food is just like any other jack in the box. Good luck with the service though

I just left the one on 45 at rayford feeder stopped to get lunch on way back to work order the homestyle ranch with bacon and no bacon but a crumb on my sandwich. I try to call up there to tell them and the phone is non-​stop busy cant get through and cant leave work now. worst experience ever from them.

I love Jack in the box, but this location is the worst. There was absolutely no one there and we waited 20 minutes for 2 tacos and onion rings. The cashier was nice, but that’s a ridiculous wait. The tacos had wilted lettuce and no sauce, so had to ask for that. On the upside, at least everything was hot after that wait. Try another location.

Do not go here. I just walked in to use the restroom and notice a cockroach inside then another one in the bathroom. On top of that someone had an accident in the bathroom and no one cleaned it up. So disgusting. The place is filthy.

Service? The drive thru and counter are kind and respectful.
Speed? Food comes quick.
Cleaniliness? Rasonably clean.
Food? It isn’t awful. In fact I’d give them four stars in the fast food category if they didn’t cut corners at every opportunity. What do I mean? I got a breakfast sandwich last night. It was late and I gave in to cravings. I ordered the sourdough ham, egg and cheese. I might as well have gotten an egg and cheese sandwhich — there was one solitary slice of thin sliced shaved ham. I won’t go to this Jack in the Box again… in fact there is a Burger King two blocks away that is better. And a McDonalds that is cleaner.
