I originally had a terrible experience when it came to this place. I reached out to the company and they swiftly took care of my problem. I was given poor customer service by a few individuals but mainly one woman. The company reviewed the tapes and saw what she did and took care of them. They personally apologized on the phone and told me that they do not tolerate that kind of behavior. Now they make sure to «roll out the red carpet» for me on my next visit. I couldn’t feel more like a valued customer and this is how customer service should be.
