Spring Creek Barbeque

I love this place. I have brought many family members here when they are in town. The rolls are brought to your table fresh from the oven. Nice, soft and warm. You almost cant get enough of them. The portions are fantastic and you can go up and get more sides of anything other then meat whenever you feel like it.

This place has great loaded baked potatoes with chopped brisket. The kids love the brisket and fries too! The rolls are great and they keep on coming. I like that you can get up and refill your drinks yourself and you don’t have to wait on servers. It’s always been friendly every time we’ve been in. A great family friendly environment!

Our favorite BBQ! The loaded baked potato is my favorite and the fresh hot bread that they bring aroung to your table is the best!

Spring Creek barbecue: director of marketing-​called me the other day and sincerely apologized. We talked for quite a long time. He wanted to understand the weight-​loss surgery and how it affects food. He said that he is going to retrain his staff on how to handle situations like that so it doesn’t happen again. They are also looking into an adult option for people who can’t physically eat large portions anymore.
My husband and I came in here to eat and I had asked for a kids meal. The guy that took my order said because I’m not 12 and under I could not order a kids meal. I explained to him that I had weight-​loss surgery and that the doctor provided me with a card saying that I’m allowed to order a kids meal due to the small amount of food I can consume at a time. He asked a manager to come over so I can explain the situation. The manager, Andrew told me that it didn’t matter about my weight-​loss surgery that I was still not allowed to order a kids meal. Needless to say I was very upset. This was the first time that I have been to any restaurant in the past 11 months where they have not allowed me to order a kids meal. Never again will I do my business here. Including all the spirit nights I attend for my kids school.

Very nice people that happily serve you. Nice menu all dinners come with as many sides you want. Best ribs ever tasted. I will recommend this place to everybody.

This place is awesome. I always stop by a Spring Creek BBQ when I am in the Houston area and they never fail to please.

If I could give zero stars I would.
We have ordered the same take out to-​go order countless times.
Two-​some — normal
Another Two-​some — all baked potato toppings on side, and double toppings. The sliced beef sandwhich extra very lean, no fat no grissle.
Order of fried okra.
Countless times the baked potatos are more than a day old, very golden brown when a potato inside is white.
I have ordered a «very extra lean sliced beef sandwhich» and go further to state to the order taker that I hate fat, it makes me sick to look at it, and I get marbled, with so much gross fat I want to vomit.
This establishment is run by local highschool kids who could care less.
The managers won’t even correct the workers.
I will never spend another dime here again and will continue to blast this establishment because they don’t even care to make things right.
I can spend my money somewhere else and get quality product and accuracy.

My favorite bbq place! Lean quality beef is used. Warm dinner rolls are offered while you eat. Chocolate pie for desert! I could go on but you just have to try it for yourself to really understand how delicious their food is. Awesome atmosphere too and good location. 5 stars all the way across the sky.

I frequently get BBQ takeout from here it’s always good. The brisket is moist and perfectly smoked. We also like the fried okra and mac n cheese.
Don’t forget to try the rolls there awesome and the banana pudding! Also the service here is always very good they the friendliest staff I ever seen.

The food was perfect. The store was very clean, but most of all the friendly employees.

Pretty solid food and experience at this place.
Food: I had the chicken BBQ with the sauce and it was pretty darned good! The sides that I added on were Mac n Cheese and potato salad. The Mac n cheese was WEAK. No flavor whatsoever. The potato salad was much better, but not the best I’ve had.
At the line, they also served corn on the cob, green peas, and salad as sides. They had desserts like cream pies, pecan pie, and banana pudding. My sister got a piece of pecan pie and was pleased with it.
They also walk around serving an unlimited number of fresh and hot buns. When you finish your meal, they walk around again and serve a generous scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream, which is GREAT.
Service: the guys that cut the meat were very nice and pretty lively. They sang songs to themselves or with each other about the meats that we ordered. The woman at the register was also very sweet and helpful. The only thing was that she forgot to give us our silverware so we had to get up and ask her. That’s it as far as service goes, because it’s self serve after that – as in you have to get up to get your drinks or get up to get a to go box. I don’t mind though, because I tend to gulp down my water faster than the average person and am usually left waiting for the waiter to come back at typical restaurants!
We went on a Sunday and it was not crowded at all. We were able to find seating for a group of 10 – 15.

Pretty good BBQ especially when you consider how easy it is to get in and out as opposed to the top notch paces in town. I’ve enjoyed the pulled pork the most and the brisket is pretty good as well. As far as the sides go I really like the green beans the best. The baked beans are ok, but nothing special. Skip the corn on the cob. It really is flavorless. Now the rolls are where this place really shines. They are excellent!

Great tasting BBQ. Pick meat of your choice. Then help yourself on the sides. Whatever you can put on the plate. Fresh rolls taste great and you can have as much as you want.

I frequently come here. The food is always good and the homemade rolls are killer.
This is a great place for kids as you can get your food without hardly a wait. Yes, it gets a bit noisy as it is a very popular place.
During the school year I am impressed with the elementary school fundraisers that they participate in but those rare Thurs events can cause a slight but worth it wait.
Not a BBQ place to drink if that’s what you are looking for. Some of the sides are great and some not so much. Overall, I find myself going back.

The Q is great. Moist and tasty meats and the sides are always fresh. The tea is refreshing and the bread… The bread is off the chain!!!

Worst ribs ever, if I wanted beef jerky I would have bought it. Nasty, only thing good was the sides. And I brought my whole family. I feel bad. They didn’t even want to eat. And not cheap either. So sad.

Spring Creek is always pretty good! The atmosphere is a decent place with a lot of room.
The food is really good. Today my fiancé had the slice beef BBQ sandwich was very tasty with potato salad and green beans which we both enjoyed.
I had the chopped baked potato and the baked beans which were both fantastic! I love their baked beans they never disappoint. Last we shared a banana pudding which I highly recommend.
This place is clean and provide great service. I’m a big fan and recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Was hoping to have some good BBQ while visiting Texas and I got my wish on Easter Sunday! My brother in law ordered catering from here and it was fantastic. We had four meats… ribs, brisket, turkey and ham plus amazing yeast rolls. The sauce was excellent and the meats were tender and well cooked. YUM!

Quick, fresh, and delicious rolls. Their peach cobbler is amazing!
