Placed a mobile order at 9:25am it is now 10:01am… I’ve seen the bariesta mess up on a total of 5 orders as I sit here writing this review. They had to give away two free drinks because they messed up on the orders. My mind is going bananas because of all the hands that have been on those«free» drinks. It’s now 10:05am and I’m canceling my order.

This location seemed easy to get into the drive through, but very difficult out as you can only go one way. I made the mistake of trying to cut through the adjacent mini-mall’s parking lot, but a divider prevented me from going West on Louetta. I just wanted a quick in & out, but it did not work. Also, the barista was not very friendly. Oh, my drink was perfect though.

I have had Starbucks at various locations in the past year: many in chicago, New York and even paris, and I was pleased with those experiences. I was very disappointed upon returning to my hometown in Houston to find that the Starbucks was the most lacking in customer service and drink quality. When I walked in the door, there was no one in line. the employees were chatting very loudly with each other. I stood at the cashier waiting for a few minutes while three employees behind the counter disputed over who would take my order — as if I was some kind of burden. Once someone took my order, they were still not very friendly. To top it off, my drink did not taste good and didn’t include the piece of lime that has always been added at other locations. Hope this location steps it up. To think even the Starbucks in Europe were friendlier.

I love Starbucks but I’ve always had bad experiences at this location. My drinks never taste the way they’re supposed to. Also they close at 9… Very inconvenient

Went there on Mother’s Day in the morning. People behind The counter seemed more concerned with chatting to each other then helping guests. Took forever to get one drink. Tried to give them another chance the next day. They gave me milk instead of soy and were not very polite. Won’t be going there again.

My first experience with this location was using their drive thru service and I had no complaints there. Second time around I came inside to study and was greatly disappointed. I’m used to the friendly service from Starbucks’ employees but the older lady who took my order acted like she hated her job. She didn’t greet me so I greeted her instead and gave her my order. I asked if she could warm up my pastry and with an attitude she replied that it would melt. Instead she should have explained that the frost would melt when heated up and given me the choice to still have it warmed up rather than snapping at me like if she were my mother. Second thing that really bothered me was the lack of common sense from another employee. While they were making drinks and serving up coffee, one of their employees was dusting around the top cabinet shelves behind the counter! I could see all of the dust coming down and was pretty grossed out! Who does that?! You either dust before opening up the shop or after closing up the place, not while your co-workers are making drinks and serving up pastries for customers. Last time I visit this location and it sucks because the location is very spacious, good for studying.

This is my go to place for studying for school for two primary reasons: 1. It’s the largest Starbucks I’ve come across in the Spring area, and I mean it’s huge inside, there is a TON of seating inside of this place, large tables for groups, single tables, chairs, booths, etc, there’s always a spot open. 2. In addition to being large, it’s not near a major freeway and there aren’t a ton of people coming in and out during most of the day, which means it stays quiet inside. The staff has always been great here, they’re polite and handle custom drink orders without a problem, and the place always stays clean. I’m not sure what else you can really ask for.

I’ve been a drive thru latte drinker at this location for years. Finally went inside and the remodel is awesome! Found a great corner to work in and it’s my new Friday office!

I don’t think I have ever been inside of this location. I usually use the drive thru. But all of my experiences going through the drive thru at this location they are always polite, professional, fast and efficient. No complaints. I’m a big fan of the stoner, burn out sounding dude that works the drive through. «Right on bro» always goes well with coffee.

This location is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, hands down. I used to work for this awesome company and at my store on Ben White in Austin, we actually hired people with personality and enthusiasm, everyone I have encountered at this location lacks any kind of spunk at all. This location is the closest one to my work, otherwise they wouldn’t get my business at all.

Service was so slow. Not enough baristas. Waited in drive thru about 15 minutes before I ordered. I couldn’t back out to go inside because drive is on a higher level and enclosed.

Great atmosphere, we go there regularly, the lines sometimes get out of control, but for the most part, we are content.

The attitude by one of the workers there lacks professionalism big time! One night while some colleagues and I were conducting a business meeting he yelled ok everyone out we are closed instead of asking us nicely to exit. Trying to give them another chance I returned a couple of weeks later except this time going through the drive thru. I had to literally beg for assistance from what ended up being the same guy who appeared to be in a very bad mood. I actually told him I thought Starbucks folks were supposed to be helpful and cheery. He looked at me like I was stupid. Definitely will not be back. Going to the new Starbucks at Kuykendahl 77389 instead! They can have my business. And they appear way more happier.

The service here is really hit or miss. On a Friday morning, I would expect to see the«varsity» shift… High energy, knowledgable… But nope. These guys act like they hate their jobs.

Starbucks should get a 5, but more often than not they get the drink or syrup on the outside of my cup and I end up with a wet or sticky hand and it’s very annoying.

Yes, they are THAT slow! New renovations are nice. Now renovate the staff at this location. Much better locations but this one is too close and convenient for me.

This is a great Starbucks because it’s huge inside. There is plenty of inside and outside seating. Lots of couches and lounge style chairs as well as table top seating for laptop work. In the summer they keep the A/C so cold that it’s almost damp inside.

We liked the looks of this location compared to the 242⁄45 starbucks. Their coffee was still subpar. I’m a huge fan of lattes but their coffee isn’t as strong as other locations I’ve been to.

This former Taco Cabana was repurposed into a Starbucks more than 10 years ago and ever since I’ve been going here, spending my time with friends both old and new met over coffee and tea. They’ve had live bands, Holiday celebrations, poetry & book readings. The art on the walls is either by local artists or the baristas who work at this location. For the longest time this was the main Starbucks in the region and a million dollar store, the lines were long, but the smiles were ready for them. There have been a lot of changes over the years, remodeling, new walls, tables to booths. The patio fence taken down and replaced, then removed entirely. Trees planted and taken down. The stone centerpiece on the patio was a water fountain, then a planter, then a fish pond and back to a planter. Its a main hangout for the local high school and college crowd as well as a variety of groups and friends. Precint 4’s headquarters isn’t too far away so its a local favorite of the Constable and Sherrifs department. I’ve spent many nights writing, studying and simply hanging out with good friends as well as a few special women in my life I had dated at the time. This is my ‘special place’ a place even though I’ve moved and lived all over the world, that when I come home to Houston, I will always visit.
