Cleanliness 3⁄5 This was probably the cleanest TopGolf location we have ever visited… Directly comparing to Alpharetta(Atlanta) and Addison(North Dallas). The interior was immaculate – nearly sparkling, however the bathrooms were horribly dirty and the Bays on Floor 3(Audi Lounge) weren’t overly presentable; most notably finding sticky residue all over the table, menus and even some of the clubs. EEEEECK! Food/Beverages 2⁄5 The menu is a real disappointment from a price standpoint. Sure, the quality of food is slightly better that Buffalo Wild Wings, IMO, however I would say in three visits it is nothing worth waiting on or paying for. During our Spring visit, we decided to eat Hibachi prior to arriving and apparently that was a splendid idea because the Bay directly next to us(326) was given free food vouchers for the poor quality of their food orders and overall dissatisfaction. The drink menu, while inventive, is extremely overpriced and the drinks were FARTOO watered-down and sugary. My sister and girlfriend shared the Pineapple Express for 2 and each had a Old Fashion. After one sip both girls went«Woah! Too sugary and watery!» Oh, and the bucket of six beers is $ 28.00… Ummm seriously? Anyone could buy a 24-pack of whatever domestic for less than $ 25.00. What a joke! Digital TopGolf Interface 3⁄5 The Houston area has been hammered with torrential rains and flooding, which, as you can imagine, messed up the net sensors for keeping one’s score in any of the game modes. I literally lost count at the number of times(over two dozen) the scores had to be added manually. This took a lot of the seamless design TopGolf is known for, and made the experience choppy and somewhat annoying. Service 4⁄5 Really, I can’t complain here other than being owed some vouchers for our experiences in the other areas. The associates and managers inside were helpful and attentive. Our waitress checked on us 7 – 8 times in our two and a half hours, however, my brother in-law issued a direct complaint about the overall poor experience to a manager on the third floor, who gave us ONLY a fifteen minute credit? Considering our drinks and game time combined was $ 160, we were owed much more than a measly time credit. COMEON TopGolf!!! Step it up. I know you can.

Wanna give negative review. Think they should refund our membership. Husband was yelled at by the bartender. Bartender told him«cash counts». Sure this establishment does not operate on cash.

Pivot3, a Gartner quadrant leader in Hyperconvergence, had our 2016Q1 success celebration at this event space. Marc Williams made it very easy to plan, shuffle plans because of local flooding, and when we got there Megan and Kirby and Christina kept us happy, fed, and libated. We had a great time for an amazingly low price point and will definitely be considering this venue for further Pivot3 celebrations. Thanks so much to the Top Golf team for an unmatched company outing!!!

Good food can’t complain. THis is your typical American flair with burgers nachos chicken sands. Great atmosphere and price is right for food and drinks. Golf prices can be high at times but play smart and join the club for special pricing and ads. Good time here regardless.

Went to this place w/a few friends to kill some time. I was greeted by a couple of female staff members BEFORE I got inside. Don’t know if they did this b/c of my swag or this was actually a part of the routine here but I did feel welcomed! I do recommend arriving early to swing for $ 20 rather than $ 40 as I’m really not into the sport of golf at all. Friends was playing the golf games but I was the only one swinging trying to hit the cart that gathers all the golf balls. The food/drinks were reasonably priced and I love the outdoor patio bay lounges that separates the groups from each other.

I was invited to an appreciation party from my awesome realtor, Dawn Beltrami, and the invite read that it’d be fun, no matter how little or much you knew about golf. I think the last time I played puttputt was about 10 years ago and I’ve never, ever done anything more serious than that, so I certainly had my doubts. Since food and drink were included, I was not going to miss out, and envisioned being a party pooper and just watching others play while I enjoyed adult bevvies and free food. Man, was I wrong! I was up enjoying swinging at those balls like a 3-year old. Some went a few feet and rolled across the green, but for the most part, my balls earned points and I actually got the highest score of my team! I read the numerous reviews here before going, but what no one seemed to demonstrate was that this isn’t about hitting balls for accuracy or distance. There are numerous and large ‘holes’ to aim for, a few very close and a few very far. But someone like me who has no experience, it’s quite easy to hit balls in a fashion in which has them bouncing into the holes with nets. The balls are chipped so they are recorded and you get points for the parts of the large holes in which your balls falls. Sometimes my balls bounced over the nearest hole and actually went into another hole further out. I couldn’t get enough! It really was fun and Dawn didn’t lie when she wrote that it would be enjoyable! The party was catered by Topgolf and all the food was good or better. Excellent salad with choice of ranch or champagne vinaigrette(the latter being the clear winner), southern style beans(not quite cooked enough and rather course), some sort of mac and cheese that was very good, sliced BBQ pork slathered in a tangy and not too over-powering sauce, southern style fried chicken nuggets and sliced potato rolls on which one could place the BBQ or the chicken. For dessert, our hostess chose mini cupcakes that were fresh, moist and delicious. The service was flawless and quick and always with a smile. The rest rooms were clean and even though nearly every slot was being used, it didn’t feel crowded at all. Upon leaving, I was even offered a ride to my car in a golf cart. Every staff person I encountered were polite and helpful. I would never in a million years have thought to come to this fun experience, but thankfully, my realtor loves the place and her little soirée exposed to me a fantastic new place for parties and good times with friends.

We asked for a couple of beers and water before we ordered our food. Took 35 minutes for our beer and another 10 for our water. Food wasn’t too long of a wait.

Spent a few hours at TopGolf this afternoon. The bay was $ 40/hour. We split it amongst a group of 5 people, so it ended up being about $ 8 +tax. The appetizers and food were delicious. It’s a bit pricy, but what else would you expect while you’re golfing?! Great selection of beers, drinks, and games to watch while March Madness was on! I thought the staff was friendly and generally attentive. Would definitely visit again during an early morning time(when it’s half price).

First time at Top Golf… We spent a couple hours there for my Uncles 60th birthday. The building both inside and out is wonderful! They have people to carry your clubs from your car if need be. The server was a bit slow with drinks but otherwise good experience and we all had a good time!

Topgolf Spring is an amazing Entertainment Venue!!! Not just a place for golfers. Ladies, families, friends and more can enjoy this place. Women bring your friends for a night with just the girls. Guys night out? Heck yeah! Kid and pet friendly even! Great place for social and corporate events too. Great staff! Friendly and Fun! They have fun theme events where guests can dress up and participate like a Suits and Boots event in the winter where you can dress in beach attire and your show boots! It doesn’t even matter because the bay’s are climate controlled. Or a Super Hero theme event where you dress as your favorite Super Hero. How awesome is that! As if all that wasn’t enough, they have great food made from scratch and four bars inside so you can get your favorite adult beverage if you want. If you don’t, that’s fine too because there are plenty of other things to enjoy including a family friendly lounge with pool tables, shuffle board and lots of video and other games to play for additional entertainment. It doesn’t get any better…

Once. That’s it. I came due to a group I had to meet, I experienced and left. I don’t support business that have 30.06 signs on their doors. Sorry, don’t restrict my right to protect myself.

Sitting at the bar for half an hour… still parched. Must be invisible or drying glasses is more important than pouring beers and making money.

Hard to complain about this place. If you like golf then there is really not an issue here. Everyone is friendly and it has always been clean. I gave four stars because I always enjoy myself when I go but I do see room for improvement. My latest trip here was on a national holiday, Presidents Day. I was taking my six-year-old son there because I got him clubs for Christmas and the bays have shade and it is a great place for anyone to practice. I was a little perturbed by the fact that it was lunch time and there were a ton of open bays and they told me there was a 10 person wait in front of me. I understand that they do have payroll they need to watch hours and the reason that I wasn’t able to go right to a bay was they didn’t have service to accommodate just putting people that walked in into bays. My wait was about 25 minutes. I will say though that it was about half full and it was a holiday so maybe there staffing planner dropped the ball on that. Also adding time to your game sometimes is a little confusing using the system I always have to ask for help so perhaps they could do something with their programming to make it a little easier. Other than that no real complaints even for people who don’t like to play golf it is still a fun place to go even for drinks or just to hang out with friends.

Topgolf is my new fave spot in Spring. Had a blast here for a «Sunday Funday» last weekend. We started at the bar to wait for our group and were well taken care of by a super nice and friendly bartender. We tried a whole bunch of different apps and food as well– all of which were pretty good besides one that was some sort of burrito sliced up like sushi– strange… Our golfing experience was awesome– it was my first time there and I didn’t really know what to expect, but we all had an amazing time. Can’t wait to come back and play again!

What a cool place! A group of 4 of us went in on a Friday night around 7:30. It was packed and we were worried it would take a long time to get in. We checked in and they told us it would take less than an hour for us to get a lane. We didn’t mind and went to the bar to order some food and drinks. Less than 5 minutes later we got a text that told us our lane was ready! They just transferred our food and drink order over to the lane and we were good to go. The woman that walked us to our lane was so helpful and showed us how everything worked. You pay at the lane and it’s easy to split payments between people which helps when you’re with a group. There are men’s and ladies clubs there to use. They play fun music and the servers were great and really attentive the whole night. We are so excited they have a location in San Antonio too so we can go back soon!

First, lets start with the Top Golf concept. You rent out a bay, play as much golf as you want in the time frame you pay for, while having a table at a full service bar and restaurant right in the bay with you. As far as the location goes, when the sun sets, you are driving balls directly into it. Bring sunglasses. Good sunglasses. This also means it gets HOT. Very hot. But its okay, because every two bays shares a reciprocating fan. $ 40 an hour for a bay(and remember, this plays typically runs at capacity), and they couldn’t give each bay its own controllable fan. Priorities. The fans feel great, for the 50% of the time they are blowing in your direction. Did I say«when»? I meant«If». We have been put in a bay, in the blistering Texas summer, with no working form of climate control. I guess we were not the only people that asked to move, as the waiter told us he didn’t know why they don’t just close the bays. No one wants to use them without a fan, and for good reason. Service is always hit or miss. Very inconsistent.
